The long read
Proxie is a 7-OH tablet that most of its buyers met in a smoke shop. The box is blue or red, the name is in capitals with a trademark sign, and under it, in smaller type, the word 7-hydroxymitragynine. From early 2025 it sold 40 mg tablets in blisters of six; from August 2025, a 100 mg tablet shaped like a scored bar; later, tablets of mitragynine pseudoindoxyl and of MGM-15 mixed with 7-OH.
The question this file set out to answer is who makes it. The boxes name two different distributors, and the second of them, IJAAM Inc., is the company applying for the trademark, from its registered agent's building in Wyoming. The brand's own web store sends every order to a third: Hippy House, a trade name of ZVX LLC of Las Vegas, the company that also runs the storefront of Dozo. The documents below are what ties those names together, and what does not.
Who they say they are, and what the record says
The website. proxietab.com was registered on 2024-08-22 through GoDaddy, with the registrant withheld.[1] The archive's captures from August 2024 and March 2025 show nothing but a parked page.[2] By October 2026 it was a Shopify store selling Proxie tablets and bars.
That store names no owner. Its privacy policy, “last updated july 16 2026”, gives a postal address of “19 south main street p o box 225 summerville sc 29483”.[3] Its terms of service, “last updated october 9 2025”, say “these terms are governed by the laws of the state of california”.[4] Its checkout is not its own. A line in the cart reads “secure checkout powered by hippy house”, then “our official distributor ships within 24 hours”.[5] The page's code hands the cart to the Hippy House domain through a script whose file name contains the word dozo.[5]
The boxes. The earliest box in the record, batch G47158, made in February 2025, says on the back that it was distributed by Infinity Wholesale of Las Vegas, Nevada.[6] Nevada's register has an Infinity Wholesale LLC, filed on “2 aug 2023 articles of organization”; the street address on the box is the address the register gives for the company's registered agent.[7] A box made in July 2025, batch SY2501, names IJAAM Inc. of Casper, Wyoming instead.[8] In June 2026 a buyer whose shop sold Proxie in bottles wrote that “mine says distributed by ijaam wholesales and my bottle also has no website on it”, and asked whether one of the two was a copy: “is one a knockoff”.[9]

Figure 1. The earliest box in the record, photographed 2025-03-23: batch G47158, made in February 2025. The front says 7-hydroxymitragynine; the back adds mitragynine and caffeine; the distributor is a Las Vegas company. [6]
The trademark. IJAAM Inc. applied to register PROXIE on 2025-12-22, “for adult human ingestible products containing 7 hydroxymitragynine”.[10] Wyoming's record has IJAAM Inc. as filing “2025 001686908 status active”, with “agent name republic registered agent llc”.[11] Its address on the application is a numbered suite at 5830 E. 2nd Street in Casper: “owner name ijaam inc owner address 5830 e 2nd street suite 7000 25224 casper wyoming”.[10] It is the address of the company's registered agent, Republic Registered Agent LLC.[11]
The application claims “first use in commerce date at least as early as 11 00 2024” and adds that “the first use date is through applicant” followed by the word predecessor, so IJAAM Inc. says another business used the name first.[12] Its two specimens are a photograph of a Proxie Bars card and a capture of the brand's product page, dated “date of access 11 26 2025”.[12]

Figure 2. The packaging specimen IJAAM Inc. filed with its trademark application on 2025-12-22. [13]
The law firm that filed it gave the file a docket number: “docket number latr proxus 31254 00008”.[10] The same number heads the trademark office's letter: “reference docket no latr proxus 31254 00008”.[14] LATR is also the first four letters of Latro Inc., the California company named on the Dozo Perks trademark application and the FDA's warning letter to Dozo. What the four letters stand for in the firm's files, the documents do not say.

Figure 3. The trademark office's letter of 2026-05-07. The applicant is IJAAM Inc.; the law firm's docket number for the file begins LATR. [14]
The page in the specimen. The point-of-sale specimen IJAAM Inc. filed as evidence of its own use of PROXIE is a capture of the Proxie Bars product page on the brand's store. The product panel on that page reads “4ct 100mg dozo perks 7 oh cherry lime”, then “400 mg per pack 50 mg per tablet 4 count”, beside a photograph of a two-bar Proxie card.[15] The page's footer reads “products sold on perks7oh com are intended for adult use only”.[15] perks7oh.com is a Dozo Perks store.[16] So in November 2025 the Proxie store's own product page carried Dozo Perks text and a Dozo Perks store's footer, and the company applying for the Proxie trademark filed that page with the government as evidence of its use.

Figure 4. The second specimen in the same application: the brand's own product page, captured 2025-11-26. The page title and the product panel are Dozo Perks text on a Proxie product. [15]
Hippy House. The distributor the store names is a multi-brand shop whose front page sells Dozo Perks 7-OH tablets and jars.[17] It calls itself “one multi brand smoke shop”. Its footer lists its lines as “brands lines dozo perks 7 oh proxie d9 smashers don t trip x11”, and names its operator: “zvx llc dba hippy house 848 n rainbow blvd 2037 las vegas nv 89107”.[17] That is the operator and the address on Dozo's own contact page: “zvx llc dba puredozo business address 848 n rainbow blvd 2037 las vegas nv 89107”.[18] ZVX LLC is also the current owner of Dozo's registered mark DON'T TRIP, first registered to Latro Inc.: the trademark record reads “registrant latro inc”, and then “owner name zvx llc owner address 5830 e 2nd street suite 7000 26192 casper wyoming”, after a “dec 24 2025 automatic update of assignment of ownership”.[19] ZVX LLC and IJAAM Inc. receive their mail at the same Casper building, in different suites.

Figure 5. Hippy House, the store Proxie's site calls its official distributor, on 2026-10-12. Its front page sells Dozo Perks. [17]

Figure 6. The same page's footer: Proxie listed among Dozo's lines, and the operator, ZVX LLC, at the Las Vegas mailbox the Dozo storefront also gives. [17]
The Dozo Perks store at perks7oh.com and the Proxie store carry the same checkout line, “secure checkout powered by hippy house”, and the same strip of claims, “discreet delivery trusted by 825k no med card required”.[16][5] A buyer who ordered Proxie online in March 2026 wrote that they had “tried to cancel the order at first with hippy house after seeing more mixed reviews”.[20]
So the record shows Proxie distributed and sold by the company that runs Dozo's storefront, on a web store built from Dozo Perks parts, tested by the laboratory Dozo uses in the same intake as Dozo's tablets (see Lab results). It does not show who owns IJAAM Inc., and it does not show that Latro Inc. or ZVX LLC owns the Proxie name. IJAAM Inc.'s officers are not public in the records we could read.
What they sell
7-OH tablets, 40 mg. The first Proxie product was a 40 mg chewable tablet, quarter-scored, six to a blister, sold as Focus Blend (blueberry) and Energy Blend (cherry, strawberry). The brand now describes the box as “7 oh alkaloid extract tablets 240 mg per pack 24 servings”.[21] Online retailers sold them in 2025 under the same names.[22][23] The front of the box names one compound, 7-hydroxymitragynine. The back names three. The February 2025 box gives a quarter-tablet serving as 10 mg of 7-OH, 5 mg of mitragynine and 5 mg of caffeine, and its ingredient list names a fourth compound, mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, which the facts panel neither lists nor quantifies.[6] The July 2025 box gives 7.5 mg of caffeine a serving, lists 7-OH among the ingredients, and no longer names pseudoindoxyl.[8] A buyer noticed the first discrepancy in March 2025: “so it says there”, then the abbreviation for pseudoindoxyl, “in the ingredients but not in upper panel”.[6]

Figure 7. The ingredient list on that box names mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, a compound the facts panel above it does not list or quantify. 7-hydroxymitragynine is not in the ingredient list at all. [6]

Figure 8. Five months later, batch SY2501: a different distributor (IJAAM Inc. of Casper, Wyoming), more caffeine per serving, 7-OH now in the ingredient list, and an addiction warning. [8]
Proxie Bars, 100 mg. From August 2025 the brand sold a rectangular tablet scored into four, two to a card: “7 oh bar tablets scored for precise dosing 100 mg per bar 2 bars per pack 200 mg total”.[24] The trademark specimen is one of these cards.[13]

Figure 9. Proxie Bars at a Michigan vape shop, 2025-09-04: 100 mg of 7-OH in a scored rectangular tablet. Buyers in the thread objected to the shape. [25]
Pseudoindoxyl tablets. In September 2025 an online retailer sold a Proxie Pseudoindoxyl card: “proxie pseudoindoxyl 3ct delivers three carefully pressed tablets with a total strength of 60 mg”.[26] The brand's own store listed a 3-count pseudo card in November 2025, “proxie pseudo 3 ct”.[15] In October 2026 the store still advertised a pseudoindoxyl line, “after a different feel entirely meet the pseudoindoxyl line”, and described the brand's tablets as “a purified extract of 7 hydroxymitragynine pseudo the most active part of kratom”.[21][5] Its pseudo collection was empty: “home pseudo no products found”.[27]
MGM-15 and 7-OH, 200 mg. In July 2026 Kures, an online retailer with its own dossier, listed “proxie mgm 7oh kratom extract tablets cherry 1000mg 5ct 200mg tab” under the brand name Proxie.[28] Its description of the second ingredient read “mgm 15 mgm blend semi synthetic derivative designed for enhanced potency and extended activity profile”.[28] A buyer received “proxie tabs these are m 7 mixed together” from Kures in April 2026.[29] On the brand's own store in October 2026 the home page still told buyers to “step up to 7 oh mgm at 200 mg per tab the strongest thing we bottle”, and the 6-count page to “step up to the 7 oh mgm 1 000 mg bottle”.[5][21] Two reviews on the Bars page are titled “proxie 7 oh mgm 200 mg single tablet” and “proxie 7 oh mgm 1 000 mg bottle”, dated August and September 2026.[24] No MGM product was listed for sale on the store on 2026-10-12.

Figure 10. Proxie MGM + 7-OH tablets, 200 mg each, at an online retailer on 2026-07-30, four weeks before the DEA placed MGM-15 in Schedule I. [28]
How the store sells it. The Bars page headline reads “2ct 100mg proxie bars 7 oh green apple 4 9 0 7k reviews”; the review widget on the same page reads “overall rating 1 5 from 1 reviews”.[24] The 6-count page shows “proxie 7 oh 6 ct blueberry focus blend 4 9 12 3k reviews”.[21] The strip “discreet delivery trusted by 825k no med card required” appears word for word on the Dozo Perks store.[16] Where the counts come from, the pages do not say.
What buyers report
Method: the local archive of 37 subreddits (Arctic Shift), searched on 2026-10-12 for posts naming Proxie. 31 matched; 5 used the word proxies in another sense. The remaining 26 posts, from 2025-03-18 to 2026-08-08, are in r/7_hydroxymitragynine (18), r/7oh (5) and r/7ohm (3). We read all 26 and the comments on 24.[30] By our reading, about ten describe the tablets as working as labelled or better than other shop brands, five as weaker than the label, two describe a QR code that led to another brand's certificate, and four had their pictures removed by moderators. The counts overlap.
Where it was sold. The first posts, in March 2025, are from buyers who found it in smoke shops: “im in georgia and the local shop has 3 packs of the berry flavor”.[31] By September 2025 online retailers ran buy-one-get-one offers on it.[32][33]
Satisfied buyers. “They slap nicely full fx after 20 minutes”, wrote one in March 2025.[6] In November a buyer compared it with an online brand: “whereas the proxies feel great like super mellow but have energy”; another in the thread wrote “proxies actually have labs and are dosed accurately in my surprised experience”.[34] A December buyer found that “the barcode scans to recent lab results”.[35]
Weaker than the label. In March 2026 one buyer chose another brand because they “saw too many mixed reviews for the proxies”.[36] Under a photograph of Proxie Bars, one commenter wrote that a bar was “def close to 100mg” and another that “they are lucky to be 50 60mg”.[37] In August 2026 one buyer placed a large order with an online retailer and found it inert: “i feel absolutely nothing from a 100mg tablet”. The batch on the package, GA05252, pulled up “the official lab report showing the august 2025 as the testing date”.[38]
The shape. Proxie Bars are scored rectangles, and orders in September 2025 came with a free foam bar printed BARS. Buyers objected: “dumb making them look like bars now”, and “it's honestly a good design for higher dose tabs but unfortunately it's very bad optics”.[25] One who received the foam bar with a box of the round 40 mg tablets wrote: “i opened the box and there not even bar shaped just regular circle tablets”.[8] Moderators of r/7_hydroxymitragynine removed the pictures from that post and three others, with a note that “the picture posted shows a vendor marketing towards addiction instead of recovery harm reduction or beneficial use”.[32]

Figure 11. A September 2025 order from an online retailer: the box, and the free gift that came with it, a foam bar printed BARS. The tablets inside were round. [8]
Lab results
What the brand publishes. The store's lab page lists certificates by pack: “1 ct proxie cherry lab reports blueberry lab reports 2 ct proxie bars cherry lime lab reports”, and “6 ct proxie blueberry lab reports strawberry lab reports cherry lab reports”.[39] Nine PDF certificates hang from it, all from PharmLabs San Diego. The Bars page says “every batch is third party lab tested at pharmlabs san diego iso iec 17025”.[24] PharmLabs is the laboratory on Dozo's certificates too.[40]
What they show. The four we cite here:
| Certificate | Product | Received | 7-OH per tablet | Mitragynine per tablet |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SD250315-004 | 40 mg Cherry Energy (6 ct) | 2025-03-14 | 34.21 mg | not detected |
| SD250513-032 | 40 mg Cherry (1 ct) | 2025-05-12 | 42.37 mg | 1.31 mg |
| SD250812-043 | Bars 100 mg Green Apple | 2025-08-12 | 93.03 mg | 0.33 mg |
| SD250812-045 | Bars 100 mg | 2025-08-12 | 102.26 mg | 0.32 mg |
For 7-OH the arithmetic is close to the labels: 34.21 mg is 86 per cent of 40, 42.37 mg is 106 per cent, and the bars run from 93 to 102 per cent.[41][42][43][44] Mitragynine is not. The boxes give 5 mg a quarter-tablet serving, 20 mg a tablet.[6] The March certificate finds none: “mitragynine mitg 0 018 0 054 nd nd nd nd”.[41] The May certificate finds 1.31 mg.[42] None of the certificates tests caffeine, which both boxes list, or pseudoindoxyl, which the February box lists. There is no certificate on the page for the pseudoindoxyl or MGM products. A reviewer on the Bars page noticed the same gap for the 200 mg tablet: “i only see coas for the 40mg tabs”.[24]

Figure 12. A certificate tested in March 2025 and reissued on 1 May with a new sample name, photograph and client name, at the client's request. 34.21 mg of 7-OH in a 40 mg tablet; no mitragynine, though the box lists 20 mg a tablet. Signatures cropped. [41]

Figure 13. Proxie Bars, August 2025: 93.03 mg of 7-OH against a 100 mg label. The certificate tests four kratom alkaloids and nothing else. [43]
The renamed certificates. The March 2025 certificates for the 6-count boxes were issued twice. The one we cite says “tested for proxie” and carries a laboratory note: “laboratory note coa update 5 1 25 sample name photo and tested for updated as per client request”.[41] So the samples PharmLabs received on 2025-03-14 were first reported under a different sample name, photograph and client, and were renamed for Proxie seven weeks later. The certificates do not say what the first name was.
The May intake. PharmLabs gives each sample an ID made of a date and a running number. Proxie's single-tablet samples, received on 2025-05-12, are numbers 031 and 032 of the run dated 250513: “sample id sd250513 032 113739”.[42] Number 028 of the same intake is a Dozo Perks tablet: “sample id sd250513 028 113735 tested for dozo perks”.[40] So is number 033: “sample id sd250513 033 113740 tested for dozo perks”.[45] The Proxie and Dozo Perks samples arrived on the same day and were numbered in one sequence, under two client names.

Figure 14. Sample 032 of the batch PharmLabs received on 2025-05-12. Samples 028 and 033 of the same intake are Dozo Perks tablets, tested for Dozo Perks. [42]
Regulatory and legal
FDA. We found no FDA warning letter to Proxie, IJAAM Inc., Infinity Wholesale, Hippy House or ZVX LLC in the agency's warning-letter index.[46]
The trademark office. On 2026-05-07 the examining attorney refused PROXIE twice. First, on likelihood of confusion with a registered mark, PROXY, for gummy vitamins: “the marks are essentially phonetic equivalents and thus sound similar”.[14] Second, under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act: “registration is refused because the applied for mark is not in lawful use in commerce”. The letter's reasoning is that a 7-OH product sold to be swallowed is a dietary supplement with a new dietary ingredient, and “the fda has concluded that kratom is a new dietary ingredient”.[14] The applicant asked for more time to answer, and the office granted it: “aug 06 2026 application extension granted”.[10]

Figure 15. Two refusals: PROXIE sounds like an existing mark, PROXY, and selling 7-OH as an ingestible product is, in the examiner's words, not lawful use in commerce under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. [14]
The DEA. The DEA's temporary order placing mitragynine pseudoindoxyl and MGM-15 in Schedule I says that “dea bases this action on a finding that placing mitragynine pseudoindoxyl mgm 15 and mgm 16 in schedule i is necessary to avoid an imminent hazard to public safety”, and that “as of early 2026 mitragynine pseudoindoxyl and mgm 15 products are sold in smoke shops gas stations and through numerous online marketplaces”.[47] It took effect at once: “this temporary order is effective august 26 2026 until august 26 2028”.[47] Proxie's MGM-15 tablets were on sale at a retailer four weeks before it, and the brand's store still mentioned them, and a pseudoindoxyl line, in its copy in October.[28][5] On 2026-10-09 the DEA filed a second temporary order, placing 7-OH and pseudoindoxyl above a threshold in Schedule I, for publication on 2026-10-14.[48] Our deep dive on what replaced 7-OH follows that law through the market.

Figure 16. The brand's store on 2026-10-12, three days after the DEA filed its 7-OH order: buy one, get two free, and review counts in the tens of thousands. [5]
Warnings. The July 2025 box carries an addiction warning that the February box did not.[8] The store's disclaimer says “use of kratom may pose serious health risks and can lead to physical or psychological dependence”, and “do not exceed 1 4 tablet within 24 hours”.[49] The Bars page, which sells a 100 mg tablet, carries the line “no prescription required”.[24]
Allegations: who says what, why, and what we could check
That the certificate behind the QR code is another brand's. Two buyers said so in September 2025, both of boxes bought on a buy-one-get-one offer from an online retailer. One wrote that “the qr code takes me to a dozo perks coa”.[32] The other wrote that “when you scan the box for labs it takes you to a different brand and not even the right dosage”, and a commenter in that thread wrote “i scanned that code on the box and it sent me to the labs of green apple perks”.[33] Why they said it: they wanted the test for what they had bought. What we could check: we did not have a box to scan. We could check the certificates the brand publishes. The March 2025 ones were renamed for Proxie at the client's request seven weeks after testing, and the May 2025 ones were tested in the same intake as Dozo Perks tablets.[41][42][40] A QR code printed before the renaming could have pointed at a certificate under another name. Whether it did, we could not confirm.
That the listing hid two of the ingredients. The same buyer wrote of the retailer's page that “no where on the description or product page does it mention mit or caffeine”.[33] What we could check: the boxes do list mitragynine and caffeine on the back.[6][8] The retailer's listing we read describes only the 7-OH.[22] That is a complaint about a retailer's page, not the brand's label.
Still open
Who owns IJAAM Inc. Its officers are not shown on the public page of the Wyoming record we read, and the trademark application is signed by an authorized signatory, not an officer.[11][12] The Wyoming filing itself, and the response IJAAM Inc. files to the trademark refusal, are the next documents to read.
What the March 2025 certificates were called before they were renamed. PharmLabs' own verification page, reached from the QR code on each certificate, may still show it.
Whether Infinity Wholesale LLC, the distributor on the first boxes, is the predecessor the trademark application refers to. The application does not name it.[12]
Whether the MGM-15 and pseudoindoxyl tablets were tested. No certificate for either is on the brand's lab page.[39]
