The long read

Hippy House is an online smoke shop at hippy-house.store. It calls itself “one multi brand smoke shop”, and its footer lists its “brands lines dozo perks 7 oh proxie d9 smashers don t trip x11”.[1] Nearly all of those are lines of one hemp brand, Dozo, covered in our Dozo dossier. This file is about the shop: who runs it, how it came to be run by them, what it sells and what it says about itself. What the Dozo and Proxie dossiers already establish about those brands' products, certificates and buyers is not repeated here.

A vertical timeline from October 2022 to October 2026: Latro Inc. files the PARANOIC, WEZZY, DON'T TRIP and SHROOMHEAD trademarks; hippy-house.store is registered; the store's terms and first archived pages; Dozo Perks 7-OH appears; the FDA letter and the class action against Latro; the August 2025 assignment to ZVX LLC for $50,000; its recording; the PROXIE filing; the SHROOMHEAD refusal; the Dozo and Hippy House stores naming ZVX LLC.
Figure 1. The record in one column, drawn by us from the trademark files, the assignment and the archived storefronts cited below. [2]

Who they say they are, and what the record says

Since 2026 the shop has named its operator. Its contact page reads “zvx llc dba hippy house business address 848 n rainbow blvd 2037 las vegas nv 89107 1103 united states customer service phone 1 707 387 9450”.[3] A month earlier, the Dozo store's own contact page gave the same company and suite, and the same telephone number, under a second trade name: “zvx llc dba puredozo business address 848 n rainbow blvd 2037 las vegas nv 89107 1103 united states customer service phone 1 707 387 9450”.[4] When a Hippy House customer pays, the cart reads “secure checkout by zvx llc dba puredozo puredozo com”.[1]

Figure 3. The Dozo store's contact page a month earlier: the same company, suite and telephone number under a second trade name. [4]

The shop does not say where ZVX LLC is organised. The trademark records do: a Wyoming limited liability company at a suite in Casper, Wyoming.[2] OpenCorporates lists it as “zvx llc company number 2025 001727517”, with “agent name republic registered agent llc”.[5] Its Wyoming number begins with 2025.

The shop is older than that name. The domain hippy-house.store was registered on 2023-07-11.[6] The first archived storefront, from March 2024, is a Shopify store with Dozo's art on it, and its disclaimer asks every buyer to “hold dozotrips and its agents managers officers directors and employees harmless”.[7] Dozo Trips was the Dozo store's signature at the time. Its About page put the shop “based in the metadozo universe”.[8] In October 2025 the contact page gave an email address and no company: “contact information support hippy house store”.[9] The archive has the shop's pages from 2024 onward.[10] The ZVX name does not appear on the captures we read up to April 2026, and does by October 2026.

The Hippy House home page in March 2024: a purple header, a holiday banner reading Every week bundles sale 70% off, a Don't Trip by Dozo mushroom logo, and a strip headed Hippy House has been featured on with five cannabis brand logos.

The sale: what Latro Inc. sold ZVX LLC

Dozo's products were made and sold by Latro Inc., a California corporation. It held the Dozo trademarks and is the company the FDA warned and buyers sued in 2025 (both in the Dozo dossier). The question the Dozo dossier left open was how ZVX LLC came to run the store. The USPTO's assignment records answer part of it.

The record for the DON'T TRIP registration lists one assignment: “conveyance assigns the entire interest”, “assignor name latro inc execution date aug 18 2025”, “assignee name zvx llc”, “date recorded nov 12 2025”.[2] The eight-page document filed with it is an Intellectual Property and Website Domain Name Assignment Agreement, dated as of August 18, 2025, by which Latro Inc. sells to ZVX LLC four trademarks and fourteen web domains.[11] Clause 5 sets the price at fifty thousand U.S. dollars, $50,000.00, payable on signing.[11] The agreement is governed by California law.[11]

The USPTO trademark assignment cover sheet recorded 11/12/2025: new assignment of the entire interest and the goodwill; conveying party Latro Inc., a California corporation, execution date 08/18/2025; receiving party ZVX LLC, 5830 E. 2nd Street, Suite 7000 #26192, Casper, Wyoming; four properties: registrations 7284126 DON'T TRIP and 7709431 PARANOIC, serial numbers 97926386 SHROOMHEAD and 97626453 WEZZY.

The first page of the Intellectual Property and Website Domain Name Assignment Agreement, dated as of August 18, 2025, made by Latro Inc., a California corporation in Beverly Hills, in favour of ZVX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in Casper; clause 1 assigns the trademarks in Schedule 1 and the website domain names in Schedule 2.
Figure 7. The agreement behind the cover sheet. It sells the domains as well as the marks. [11]

Clauses 4 to 6 of the agreement. Clause 5, Consideration: in consideration for the assignment of the Assigned IP and Websites, Buyer shall pay to Seller an amount of fifty thousand U.S. Dollars ($50,000.00) upon execution of this Agreement.
Figure 8. The price: $50,000 for four marks and fourteen domains. [11]

Schedule 1 lists the marks: the registrations DON'T TRIP (7284126) and PARANOIC (7709431), and the applications SHROOMHEAD (97926386) and WEZZY (97626453).[11] It does not list DOZO. The DOZO registration's record still reads “owner name latro inc”, “us registration number 7629259”.[12] So the company that runs the Dozo store under the name puredozo does not, on the USPTO's record, own the word Dozo.

Schedule 1, Assigned Trademark Registrations and Applications: registrations DON'T TRIP 7284126 (January 23, 2024) and PARANOIC 7709431 (March 4, 2025) with screenshots of their records; applications SHROOMHEAD 97926386 (May 08, 2023) and WEZZY 97626453 (October 10, 2022).
Figure 9. Schedule 1: the four marks. DOZO and PERKS are not on it. [11]

Schedule 2 lists the domains: puredozo.com, pure-dozo.com, puredozo.store, dozotrip.com, perksrocks.com, perkoset.com, opiausa.com, dozoperks.com, proxietab.com, eatperks.com, dozoshroom.com, proxieusa.com, perks7oh.com and perkskratom.com.[11] Three of them stand out.

  • proxietab.com is the Proxie brand's web store, the one that calls Hippy House its official distributor (below). It belonged to Latro Inc. until this sale. The PROXIE trademark application was filed four months later, on 2025-12-22, by a different company, IJAAM Inc. of Wyoming.[13] The person who signed the agreement for Latro Inc. as its president and the person who signed IJAAM Inc.'s application as its authorized signatory have the same name.[11][13] The documents do not say who owns IJAAM Inc.
  • opiausa.com shares its name with Opia, a 7-OH brand with its own dossier, whose site is opiakratom.com. The registry dates opiausa.com to 2024-08-03, the same day as perkskratom.com. On 2026-10-12 it showed a parked page. Nothing we read connects Latro Inc. or ZVX LLC to Opia's maker beyond this domain and the one Opia product Hippy House stocks.
  • perkoset.com was registered on 2025-04-23, the same day as perks7oh.com and perksrocks.com.

Schedule 2, Website Domain Names: puredozo.com, pure-dozo.com, puredozo.store, dozotrip.com, perksrocks.com, perkoset.com, opiausa.com, dozoperks.com, proxietab.com, eatperks.com, dozoshroom.com, proxieusa.com, perks7oh.com, perkskratom.com.
Figure 10. Schedule 2: fourteen domains, among them the Dozo store, the Proxie store, and opiausa.com. [11]

On 2025-12-24 the four trademark files were updated to show ZVX LLC as owner: the DON'T TRIP record reads “dec 24 2025 automatic update of assignment of ownership” and still names the “registrant latro inc”.[14]

The trademarks ZVX LLC now holds

DON'T TRIP is a registration for dietary and nutritional supplements; the Dozo line of that name is amanita mushroom gummies, vapes and chocolate.[14] PARANOIC is a registration for hemp vaporizers, claiming “first use feb 05 2022”; it now reads “owner name zvx llc”.[15] Hippy House sells it today on the box of the X11 cartridge (below). WEZZY is an application filed by Latro Inc. for hemp vapes on an intent-to-use basis; its status is “a second request for extension of time to file a statement of use has been granted”.[16] We found no WEZZY product on the shop.

SHROOMHEAD is an application, first filed by Latro Inc. in May 2023 for hemp supplements “containing no cbd”.[17] On 2026-08-08 the USPTO wrote to ZVX LLC, now the applicant, that “registration is refused because the applied for mark is not in lawful use in commerce”, citing the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. In bold: “there is no amendment that may overcome this refusal”.[18]

Page 2 of the USPTO nonfinal Office action of August 8, 2026 on SHROOMHEAD: a new issue, Section 1 and 45 unlawful use refusal under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; the applicant's earlier no-CBD amendment no longer obviates the refusal; in bold, There is no amendment that may overcome this refusal.

What they sell

2024: Dozo's hemp lines. The March 2024 store sold mushroom gummies, prerolls and vapes, THC gummies, prerolls and vapes, and bundles, under a banner for a 70 % off bundle sale.[7] By December 2024 every category tile was a Dozo product, and 7-OH had arrived: “dozo perks 7 hydroxymitragynine” beside other brands' “7ohmz kratom extract tablets 3ct 14mg per tablet” and “free life kratom extract shot 60ml per shot”.[19] That month a buyer posted an email ad: “just got this in my email from hippy house”, adding “these are some bold claims”.[20]

Category tiles on the Hippy House home page in December 2024: D9 Smashers THC gummies, Donut Rolls prerolls, White Out vapes, Don't Trip chocolate, Perks tablets in Wild Mango and Party Blend packs, and Dozo THC-A Exotics flower jars, all with Dozo branding.
Figure 12. December 2024: every category tile is a Dozo product, and Perks, Dozo's 7-OH tablets, has its own tile. [19]

2025: pseudoindoxyl. The 2025 menu had a “7 oh pseudo” section, and the kratom lab page listed “perks 3 ct 60mg pseudoindoxyl lab reports”.[21]

2026: one checkout, mostly Dozo. The October 2026 home page leads with Dozo Perks 7-OH tablets at “250mg tabs 1 000mg per pack”.[1] It also sells “dozo perks kratom extract”, “proxie bars”, D9 Smashers (“hemp delta 9 gummies d9 smashers dubz 20k”), “dozo liquid bubble hash thc p disposable”, “dozo thc a flower 10g”, and Don't Trip products, of which the page says “amanita mushroom is sold to adults 21 where allowed”.[1] Brands other than Dozo's are few: “opia 7 oh watermelon”, “magic mushroom gummies tre house”, and “honcho gummies”.[1] The Proxie brand's own web store reads “secure checkout powered by hippy house” and “our official distributor ships within 24 hours”.[22]

The redesigned Hippy House home page on 2026-10-12: a lead tile for PERKS 7-OH High Potency, 250 mg tabs, 1,000 mg per pack, buy one get one free, with a Dozo Perks Blue Razz card; smaller tiles for a PERKS 7-OH jar and PERKS 7-OH 400; a block headed The Legal Stuff. One Checkout.

Figure 14. The same page's footer. The brands it lists are Dozo's lines plus Proxie, and the operator it names is ZVX LLC. [1]

X11. The footer's X11 line is one Dozo cartridge. Its listing calls it a “multi canabinoid vape cartridge delta 11 delta 8 live resin hhc thc p thc jd” and says “oreoz is the hybrid lane of the dozo x11 line”.[23] The same listing says “less than 0 3 total thc” and, further down, “concentrate runs roughly 70 90 thc versus the 10 30 you get in flower”.[23] It gives no amount for any of the five cannabinoids. The box in the photograph is printed with the PARANOIC mark.

What they say about themselves

The 2024 home page had a strip headed “hippy house has been featured on”, above five cannabis brands' logos.[7] It named no publication or article.

The 2026 home page tells buyers that “we curate legal thc online across the top brands so you compare in one checkout instead of hitting five brand sites”, and answers the question of why to buy there rather than from a brand's site with “instead of blindly committing on a single brand site we vet every vendor before it hits the shelf”.[1] Its brand row reads “five brands one box one checkout”.[1] The page does not say that the company running it also runs the Dozo store, holds the Don't Trip and Paranoic marks, and bought the Proxie store's domain from Latro Inc. in 2025.[11][4] Of the six names in its brand list, five are Dozo lines.

The About page in April 2026 still carried the 2024 text, “based in the metadozo universe”, and “our hemp cbd products are legal in all 50 states”, while the shop sold 7-OH tablets.[24] The home page counts “1 700 verified reviews”; one shown there reads “your products are great but are you out of business how much longer to switch payment processors ugh”.[1]

What buyers report

We searched the local archive of 37 subreddits (Arctic Shift dumps, to 2026-10-11) for the shop's names, ZVX, perkoset, X11 carts and D9 Smashers, and found three posts.[25] One is the December 2024 email above.[20] One, from March 2026, is a Proxie buyer who “tried to cancel the order at first with hippy house after seeing more mixed reviews”; the order shipped before the email was read, and the buyer was satisfied.[26] The third, a 2024 comparison of D9 Smashers with another gummy, was removed and has no text. That is too little to say anything about delivery or quality. Buyers' reports on Dozo Perks and Proxie are in those dossiers.

Lab results

The shop posts the brands' own certificates, sorted by product, and says “every brand we carry is third party tested to the same standard and we post the coas”.[1] Its 2025 kratom page was a list of Perks certificates by pack size.[21] We found no testing by the shop itself. The Dozo Perks and Proxie certificates, from PharmLabs San Diego, and how they compare with the labels, are analysed in the Dozo and Proxie dossiers.

Regulatory and legal

FDA. The FDA's warning-letter index returns nothing for Hippy House or ZVX.[27] Its March 2025 letter to Latro Inc. concerned “your dozo d9 smashers peach mango delta 8 product”, and “fda confirmed through laboratory analysis that a sample of this product contains delta 8 thc”.[28] D9 Smashers is a line Hippy House sells in 2026.[1] The class action, “h s et al v latro inc d b a dozo perks 25 cv 999 c d cal april 2025”, names Latro Inc., not ZVX LLC.[29]

USPTO. The SHROOMHEAD refusal above is the one federal finding we found against a ZVX LLC filing.[18]

DEA. The DEA placed mitragynine pseudoindoxyl in Schedule I by a temporary order: “this temporary order is effective august 26 2026 until august 26 2028”.[30] Hippy House listed pseudoindoxyl Perks in 2025;[21] its October 2026 home page lists none. On 2026-10-09 the DEA filed a second temporary order placing 7-OH above a threshold in Schedule I, for publication on 2026-10-14.[31] On 2026-10-12 the shop's lead product was a 250 mg 7-OH tablet.[1]

Hemp. The shop says “our hemp products are hemp derived under the farm bill 0 3 delta 9 thc or less by dry weight”.[1] Federal law changed the definition in November 2025: Public Law 119-37 excludes products containing “cannabinoids that are not capable of being naturally produced by a cannabis sativa l plant”, and final products with “greater than 0 4 milligrams combined total per container” of THC and similar cannabinoids.[32] A 2026 law provides that “until december 11 2026 the amendments made by section 781 of division b of public law 119 37 7 u s c 1639o note shall only apply with respect to products described in paragraphs 1 c ii i and 1 c iv i”.[33] Which of the shop's products fall under which paragraph is for regulators.

The shop's own rules. Its terms, dated “updated last dec 28 2023”, are “governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of texas” and ask buyers to be “21 years or older to purchase and use cannabinoids tryptamine products in the state of texas”.[34] The Texas clause therefore predates ZVX LLC's name on the store; the Dozo store's 2026 terms carry the same choice of law (Dozo dossier). The disclaimer page says “our checkout automatically blocks shipments of any product to wyoming”, ZVX LLC's home state, and its kratom notice warns that “use of kratom may pose serious health risks and may lead to physical or psychological dependence”.[35] Entry is gated: “you must be 21 or older to visit this website”.[1]

The Hippy House Disclaimer page in October 2026: shipping restrictions for THC-A and Delta-8 products by state; checkout shipping blocks on any product to Wyoming, on 7-OH and kratom to Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana and Orange County ZIP codes, and on all other products to California and Louisiana; the start of a kratom disclaimer warning of physical or psychological dependence.
Figure 16. The shop's own shipping blocks, October 2026. It ships nothing to Wyoming, where its operator is organised. [35]

Still open

  • Who owns ZVX LLC. The assignment is signed for ZVX LLC by a person titled its president and owner; the shop and the trademark files name no one. A search of OpenCorporates for “ZVX LLC” returned the Wyoming company and an unrelated California one.[5]
  • ZVX LLC and IJAAM Inc. Both are Wyoming companies with suites at the same Casper registered-agent address, and the same name signs for Latro Inc. and for IJAAM Inc.[11][13] Whether the two companies share owners is not in any document we read.
  • Opia. Why a domain bearing Opia's name was in Latro Inc.'s portfolio. Searches of the trademark register for Latro Inc. and ZVX LLC return no Opia mark.
  • Who ran Hippy House before 2026. Its 2024 pages tie it to Dozo Trips by name; no page we read names the company behind it before ZVX LLC.
