Daniel Trachsel — first synthesis, 20064-ethenyl-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine, reported at 25 mg / ~5 h. Described as 'first synthesised by Daniel Trachsel and colleagues in 2006', but the only source given is his 2013 book — the 2006 date is not independently confirmed and his 2006 journal paper is about fluorinated MDA analogues, not this compound.
