Daniel Trachsel — first synthesis, 20134-tert-butyl-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine; first described by Trachsel and colleagues in 2013. In his trials it produced pronounced tiredness rather than psychedelic effects at 7–10 mg; he hypothesised 5-HT2A antagonism, later disproved.
