Daniel Trachsel — first synthesis, 20034-(2,2,2-trifluoroethylthio) analogue. Mentioned by Shulgin inside the 2C-T-21 entry of PiHKAL (1991), but he only partially completed the synthesis and never tested it; Trachsel completed the synthesis in 2003 and he and colleagues defined its human properties in 2013.
