Structure and what follows from it: the scaffold and its substituents, stereochemistry and which isomer is the active one, salt forms and what they do to weight and solubility, stability, and how the thing behaves in a reagent test, on a plate, or under a spectrometer. Metabolism belongs here when it is chemistry — what a compound is metabolised into, and whether the metabolite is the part that acts. Analytical detail is the useful half for most readers: what distinguishes this from the compound it is most often confused with, and what a colour change does and does not prove.

This is not a how-to. The site does not publish synthesis routes, quantities, precursor sourcing or extraction procedures a reader could follow — how a compound is made in the abstract is chemistry, and a working method is not something this page carries.
