Be the first. The form below takes about twenty seconds and needs no account.

The two grades are never combined. Ours is what the record shows; theirs is what people who dealt with this entity say.

  • Is there an identifiable legal operator: a registered name, a jurisdiction, an address that resolves?

the store's terms name Savage Enterprises and an Irvine address; the Wyoming registry, the USPTO and a 2021 SEC filing agree

    Evidence: [3][1][15][6]

  • How long has it operated, by evidence: first archive capture, domain registration, oldest attributable post?

a Wyoming corporation since March 2015; Delta Effex from 2020, renamed Delta Extrax in 2021

    Evidence: [1][9]

  • Does it publish third-party certificates of analysis for what it sells?

the store posts NN Analytics certificates for some Pure Ohms products; none of the 278 archived PDFs on the site is for the pseudo tablet

    Evidence: [41][42][29]

  • Where there are results, do they agree with the label, the marketing and the reported effects?

independent tests found 63 and 83 percent of the pseudo tablet's 30 mg, 70 to 72 percent of the black tablet's, and half the black shot's 7-OH

    Evidence: [44][46][47]

  • Are contents and amounts stated on the product?

one product page gives 30 mg, 15 plus 15 mg and 18 mg as a tablet's content

    Evidence: [29]

  • No disease claims, no 'safe', no borrowed botanical names for synthetic compounds?

a 7-OH and pseudoindoxyl tablet sold as an all-natural supplement that has not been shown to cause any serious physical or social harm

    Evidence: [29][24]

  • Pattern of complaints about orders not arriving, long delays, no tracking?

two threads, November 2024 and May 2025, describe orders left unshipped and support that did not answer

    Evidence: [37][38]

  • Pattern of complaints about wrong, inert, contaminated or mislabelled product?

a Pure Ohms tablet failed a residual-solvent screen for methanol, confirmed on retest

    Evidence: [43][44]

  • Chargebacks refused, refunds unanswered, processors dropped?

one buyer says she disputed an order with her bank; no processor action found

  • Warning letters, seizures, lawsuits, attorney-general actions, platform bans?

no FDA warning letter or recall under any of its names; the USPTO refused a Delta Extrax mark under the Controlled Substances Act; buyers' suits over delta-8 vapes are allegations without a ruling found

    Evidence: [48][50][51][52]

  • Is there any attempt to keep minors out?

a 21-and-over gate on the store

    Evidence: [30]

  • Does it say what the legal status of what it sells is, honestly, where it ships?

kratom extract sold as federally legal and compliant; a delta-8 legal opinion posted as a legal notice though it declines to address the Analogue Act

    Evidence: [31][11]

The long read

Savage Enterprises is the company behind Delta Extrax, one of the delta-8 THC brands sold in smoke shops across the country from 2021. It is also the company that registered ZEN PANDA PREMIUM KRATOM, applied for a whipped-cream gas cartridge mark, and from late 2024 sold Pure Ohms, a line of 7-OH tablets and shots that included a tablet labelled with mitragynine pseudoindoxyl. The founder of Exodus Enterprises describes himself as its co-founder; this dossier is the company he left.

A timeline from 2015 to 2026 in three marker shapes: Savage Enterprises files in Wyoming (March 2015); Zen Panda kratom first sold and the mark filed and registered (2020); deltaeffex.com announces a launch (July 2020); an SEC filing on a $44 million purchase (June 2021) and its cancellation (December 2021); Delta Effex renamed Delta Extrax (September 2021); the WHIPX gas cartridge filing (December 2022); Amanita Complex chocolates (February 2023); Savage sues The New Savage LLC (March 2023); buyers' suits over delta-8 vapes (from October 2023); TestMyKratom's methanol failure (September 2024); Pure Ohms on sale (December 2024); pseudo tablets (February 2025); the CHRONIX refusal (February 2025); TestMyKratom's pseudo tablet result (May 2025); the marketplace (December 2025); terms still naming Savage (May 2026).

Who they say they are, and what the record says

Savage Enterprises is a Wyoming corporation, number 2015-000682172. The Wyoming record shows a "4 mar 2015 initial filing" and a registered agent, "agent name capital administrations llc agent address 1712 pioneer ave ste 115", the same Cheyenne office building whose suites appear on several of the Exodus companies' filings.[1] It trades from Irvine, California. In February 2022 the Delta Extrax terms said "this website is operated by savage enterprises ltd 1 vanderbilt irvine ca 92618".[2] In May 2026 they said "this website is operated by savage enterprises ltd 7505 irvine center drive suite 200 irvine ca 92618" and that "all purchases are billed by savage enterprises".[3] The company also registers in other states as Savage Eliquid Corporation; Alabama's record lists a "savage eliquid corporation branch" that is a "branch of savage enterprises wyoming us".[4] A California company called Delta Extrax LLC was formed at the Irvine Center Drive address and now shows "status terminated".[5]

The company's founding year depends on who is telling it. Wyoming has the filing in March 2015. A 2021 press release filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission says Savage was "co founded in 2014".[6] The Exodus About page puts it in 2013 (see that dossier).

The most detailed public description of the business is in that 2021 SEC filing. On 15 June 2021 Acquired Sales Corp., later LFTD Partners, the owner of the Lifted Made hemp brand, announced that it "signs letter of intent to acquire delta 8 thc and cbd industry leader savage enterprises", "for an aggregate merger consideration of 44 million" in cash and stock.[6] The release named Chris Wheeler as "co founder co owner and ceo of savage" and quoted him saying "savage enterprises unaudited revenue is just over 13 000 000" for 2021 to date. It listed the brands: Delta Effex for delta-8 and delta-10, Savage CBD, Vape 100 nicotine e-liquid, for which "savage has filed a premarket tobacco application pmta with the u s food drug administration", and Zen Panda: "under its zen panda brand savage sells various kratom and kava based products".[6] By November the buyer was describing Savage as "owner of award winning hemp derived products brand delta extrax" and of a "kratom and kava based products brand kanna".[7] On 15 December 2021 the parties "mutually stipulated to terminate the letter of intent dated june 15 2021"; "no acquisition of savage premier greens or mkrc by lftd will occur".[8]

The deltaeffex.com home page in July 2020: a grey page with a white triangle logo, the headline Experience the higher standard, the line Be the first to know when we launch, a Register button and a black ticker reading Official launch coming August 1st, are you ready?
Figure 2. Delta Effex in July 2020, before it sold anything: a launch page for the delta-8 brand that became Delta Extrax a year later. [9]

The delta-8 brand was launched as Delta Effex in the summer of 2020; the archived page reads "delta effex experience a higher standard" over a launch countdown.[9] By September 2021 it was Delta Extrax, selling "best delta 8 thc and hemp derived cannabinoids", and its pages carried the banner "we've rebranded please pardon our dust".[10] [11] The About page of March 2023 says the brand has been "unleashing the power of cannabinoids since 2020", that its products are "developed and manufactured within our fully integrated network at savage enterprises", and that "we also produce and manufacture many other up and coming brands".[12]

The deltaextrax.com home page in September 2021: the Extrax triangle logo with the words premium hemp-derived products, the same headline Experience the higher standard, and a line offering Delta-8 and Delta-10 cartridges, pens and gummies.
Figure 3. The renamed store in September 2021, with the same headline as Delta Effex. Its pages that month carried a banner saying the brand had rebranded and was still the same brand. [10]

The Delta Extrax About Us page in March 2023: a rainbow Extrax logo, a menu with Sale, Shop Now, Learning Center, Wholesale and Contact Us, and three centred paragraphs under the heading Delta Extrax about counterculture products, a goal of safer healthier alternatives, and a mission of acquisitions and partnerships, above a banner reading at the forefront of the Delta-8 Revolution since 2020.
Figure 4. The About page in March 2023. Lower down it says its products are made within its integrated network at Savage Enterprises and that it also makes other brands. [12]

In 2022, by its own account to a federal court, the company "had gross sales in excess" of $150 million and employed more than 250 people.[13] Early in 2023 it split with the co-founder who had been its chief executive. In March 2023 Savage Enterprises sued The New Savage LLC, a Wyoming company whose predecessor "new savage inc was created on" 20 February 2023, together with four individuals, for trade-secret misappropriation and related claims.[13] The New Savage LLC is the company that filed the EXODUS trademark, as the Exodus dossier sets out. The case ended in a "settlement agreement in the form of a stipulation" and was "dismissed without prejudice" in July 2023.[14] In May 2024 Savage sued again, this time naming "exodus hemp llc a wyoming limited liability company" and "sacred exodus llc a wyoming limited liability company" among the defendants, over trade dress and the settlement's terms.[14] That complaint gives the company's own reason for part of the split: a product line based on Amanita muscaria, which a majority of the board "voted against pursuing this product line until further research could be conducted" at a meeting in December 2022.[14] These are one side's pleadings.

What they sell

Hemp THC. Delta Effex, then Delta Extrax, sold delta-8 and delta-10 THC cartridges, disposables, gummies and flower, and later a long run of newer cannabinoid names. The 2023 About page lists them: "we focus on emerging cannabinoids such as delta 8 thc delta 10 thcp thcv cbg and hhc among others".[12] The store's "Legal Notice" was a law firm's opinion letter: "savage enterprises requested that our office provide a legal opinion" on delta-8. It concludes that hemp-derived delta-8 is not a controlled substance, then says "no opinion is made as to whether delta 8 thc derived from hemp would satisfy any or all of these elements" of the Analogue Act, and that "the firm has not been provided with any specific samples of any delta 8 thc derived from hemp".[11]

The Delta Extrax Legal Notice page in September 2021, headed Legal Status of Delta-8-THC Derived From Hemp, beginning Savage Enterprises requested that our office provide a legal opinion, followed by paragraphs citing the 2018 Farm Bill and 21 U.S.C. 802 and 812 and introducing the Federal Analogue Act.
Figure 5. The store's Legal Notice, September 2021: a law firm's opinion written for Savage Enterprises. It concludes that hemp delta-8 is not a controlled substance and, in the same letter, declines to say whether it meets the Analogue Act's tests. [11]

Kratom, 2020: Zen Panda. On 13 May 2020 Savage Enterprises applied for ZEN PANDA PREMIUM KRATOM, for "dietary and nutritional supplements comprised in whole or significant part of kratom", claiming "first use feb 01 2020".[15] The application was signed by Chris Wheeler as CEO ("signatory's name chris wheeler signatory's position ceo") and gave the "website address https zenpanda co".[16] The examiner refused the first specimen, a screenshot of a capsule page, saying "the specimen thus appears to be in the nature of a digital mockup" because it showed no full address or date.[17] A second specimen was accepted and the mark was registered on 29 December 2020 ("reg no 6 232 001 registered dec 29 2020").[18] The registration is live, now at the Irvine Center Drive address.[15] The same day it applied for "zen panda premium kava", an application it later abandoned.[19] By August 2024 zenpanda.co showed a registrar's notice: "this domain has expired and is now suspended".[20]

The United States trademark registration certificate No. 6,232,001, registered December 29, 2020: a round black logo of a panda in profile with ZEN PANDA above and PREMIUM KRATOM below, issued to Savage Enterprises, a Wyoming corporation at 7 Vanderbilt, Irvine, for dietary and nutritional supplements comprised in whole or significant part of kratom, first use February 1, 2020.

A screenshot of a Safari window dated Fri Apr 3 showing zenpanda.co: a Zen Panda Holistic Health logo, a breadcrumb Kratom Capsules, Red Maeng Da Capsules 500mg, and a white bottle labelled Zen Panda Premium Kratom, Red Maeng Da, 50 count, 500mg per capsule. The price column is cropped off.
Figure 7. The specimen Savage filed in May 2020 to show the kratom mark in use: a Red Maeng Da capsule page on zenpanda.co. The examiner refused it because the screenshot showed only a truncated address and no year. [21]

Amanita, 2023. In February 2023 Delta Extrax listed "Trippy Extrax" chocolates and tinctures sold as Amanita muscaria products, with "1 000mg of amanita complex per bar" and an ingredient list that ends "kava cbd lions mane muscimol amanita muscaria".[22] On the day it was archived the page read "sorry this product cannot be purchased".[22] No certificate for these products is among the store's archived PDFs.

Kratom, 2024 to 2026: Pure Ohms. By December 2024 Delta Extrax had a kratom section, and all of it was Pure Ohms: "pureohms tabs and pureohms shots offer a hassle free way to enjoy kratom alkaloids".[23] The store presents the line as its own: "at delta extrax we take kratom seriously that means every bottle of pureohms kratom shots" is crafted with care, from leaf "ethically sourced from trusted local farmers in thailand", and "both feature 7 hydroxy focused blends making them significantly stronger than traditional kratom".[24] Its own explainer says "7 hydroxymitragynine works by interacting with the opioid receptors in the brain particularly the mu opioid receptors".[25]

The products:

  • Pure Ohms 7-Hydroxy Tabs, "18mg of 7 hydroxymitragynine per tablet".[26]
  • Pure Ohms Black tablets, "30mg of 7 hydroxymitragynine per tablet".[27]
  • Pure Ohms shots: Breeze with "125mg of mitragynine 2mg of 7 hydroxymitragynine and 520mg of kava root extract", and Black with "55mg mitragynine and 20mg 7 hydroxymitragynine".[28]
  • Pure Ohms Pseudo and 7-Hydroxy Tabs, from February 2025.

The Kratom category on deltaextrax.com in February 2025: a line saying PureOhms Tabs and PureOhms Shots offer a hassle-free way to enjoy kratom alkaloids and that the lineup was crafted with a focus on 7-hydroxymitragynine, above three products: a Pure Ohms starter kit of blue shots and a tablet card, a green card of Pseudo and 7-Hydroxy tablets reading 7-hydroxymitragynine plus pseudoindoxyl, and a row of blue and black 7-Hydroxy shots. Prices cropped.
Figure 8. Delta Extrax's kratom shelf in February 2025: every product is a Pure Ohms 7-OH tablet or shot, one of them sold as 7-OH plus pseudoindoxyl. [23]

The pseudo tablet is the product that matters most here. Mitragynine pseudoindoxyl is a compound made from 7-OH. The card says 30 mg a tablet and names only "mitragyna speciosa kratom leaf extract" as the ingredient. The description says "7 oh mitragyninecontent 7 5mg serving 15mg tablet" and "pseudoindoxyl content 7 5mg serving 15mg tablet". The box beneath it says "ingredients 18mg of 7 hydroxymitragynine per tablet". The page still headlines the product as "pure kratom alkaloids", and says "if consumed in recommended quantities pureohms has not been shown to cause any serious physical or social harm".[29]

A green Pure Ohms tablet card on the Delta Extrax product page, February 2025: Pure Ohms, Pure Kratom Alkaloids, 7-Hydroxymitragynine plus Pseudoindoxyl, four round tablets, 8 servings, 30mg per tablet, ingredients Mitragyna speciosa (kratom) leaf extract.
Figure 9. The card itself: 30 mg a tablet of 7-OH and pseudoindoxyl, with kratom leaf extract as the only ingredient named. [29]

The description of the same product: Pure OHMS Tabs, suggested use half a tab, then Ingredients: 15MG 7-Hydroxymitragynine, 7-OH content 7.5mg per serving and 15mg per tablet, pseudoindoxyl content 7.5mg per serving and 15mg per tablet, other ingredients microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and colorant; below, an Additional Product Information box saying 4 tabs per pack, 8 servings, serving size half a tab, Ingredients: 18mg of 7-Hydroxymitragynine per tablet, flavor mint.
Figure 10. Further down the same page: 15 mg of 7-OH and 15 mg of pseudoindoxyl a tablet in one paragraph, 18 mg of 7-OH a tablet in the box below it. With the card's 30 mg, that is three statements of what one tablet holds. [29]

The marketplace, 2025 to 2026. From late 2025 the store added a "marketplace" of other brands, introduced as "manage your mood with a selection of premium products tested and approved by delta extrax"; by September 2026 that included products such as "cbdmd calm full spectrum cbd calming gummies". The store opens behind an age gate that asks "are you over 21 years of age".[30] Its kratom aisle sold another brand's kratom extract chocolates, "100mg kratom extract per mini", described as "federally legal and compliant" and recommended with "this is for people experiencing pain and looking for energizing relief".[31] In April 2026 Pure Ohms was also among the brands on page 2 of a wholesaler's directory, "pure ohms edp dozo modus"; see Outcast Distribution.[32]

Nicotine and nitrous. The 2021 filing describes Vape 100 nicotine e-liquids and disposable nicotine vapes.[6] In December 2022 Savage filed a batch of flavour marks for "cbd infused nicotine vape products other than essential oils" and dropped them the next year, "abandoned because the applicant filed an express abandonment".[33] One was "vape 100 ripe collection".[34] The same month it filed "mark extrax whipx" for "gas propellant cartridges for whipping cream", the nitrous oxide canisters sold as whippets. The application was allowed and then lapsed, "abandoned because no statement of use or extension request timely filed after notice of allowance was issued", on 22 July 2024 ("date abandoned jul 22 2024").[35] No WhipX product was found in the store's archive.

What buyers report

Method: the local archive of 64 subreddits from January 2023 to 12 October 2026, searched on 2026-10-12 for post titles and texts naming the brands. "Delta Extrax" appears in 51 posts, most in r/delta8 and r/altcannabinoids; "Pure Ohms" or "PureOhms" in 229, most in r/7_hydroxymitragynine and r/7hydromitra; "Savage Enterprises" in 2. Threads were read in full where they described a purchase, a test or an order.

On the hemp side, buyers are split. One April 2023 thread asks whether Delta Extrax is safe, and its first answer is "it hits great tastes great and i feel good so far"; others in the same thread distrust the brand's labels and lab reports without naming a test.[36] Two threads describe orders that did not ship. In November 2024 a buyer wrote "ordered product mid october and my order is still" processing, with no reply from support; later replies report the same.[37] In May 2025 another wrote "i placed an order with delta extrax on may 23rd and 2 days later got an email that it was delayed", and had no answer after several emails.[38]

On Pure Ohms, the earliest thread, July 2024, is a buyer's comparison: "pure ohms are just eatohmz", disputed by others who found the tablets worked.[39] After TestMyKratom posted its methanol result in October 2024, buyers asked what it meant: "just saw a lab test about unsafe levels of methanol".[40]

Lab results

What the store posts. Delta Extrax has a lab tests page, and 278 PDF files from its upload folders are in the Wayback Machine. Three are kratom certificates, all from NN Analytics in San Diego. Two, for Pure Ohms Black and a blue four-count card, received in November 2024, give the "customer name id outpost brands" and "product sample name pure ohms black".[41] The third, for the Breeze shot in December 2024, names the customer as Savage Enterprises: "savage enterprises date of analysis testing 12 17 2024".[42] None is for the pseudo tablet. Outpost Brands also appears as the customer on an NN Analytics certificate for a tablet sold under another brand; see Opia.

What independent tests found. TestMyKratom buys products at retail and pays laboratories to test them.

  • A Pure Ohms 7-OH tablet, lot 2024-09, tested by Anresco: 15.32 mg of 7-OH against 18 mg, and a failed residual-solvent screen, "methanol failure confirmed with retest".[43] TestMyKratom graded it F because "the reason this product received an f rating is that it tested positive for methanol at levels that anresco laboratories deemed unsafe".[44] The Reddit post that announced the result reads "pure ohms tablets 7 oh claim 18mg per tablet lab result 15 32mg per tablet residual solvent methanol grade f".[45]
  • The pseudo tablet, lot 2024-12, tested by Cora Science: "7 hydroxymitragynine report results 14 5 mg unit" and "mitragynine pseudoindoxyl report results 4 46 mg unit".[46] That is 18.96 mg of the two against 30; TestMyKratom's summary: "pure ohms 7 oh pseudo tablets contained 18 96mg of combined 7 hydroxy and pseudo which was about 37 weaker than its 30mg claim". A later lot did better: "pure ohms 7 oh pseudo tablets contained 24 94mg of combined 7 hydroxy and pseudo which was about 17 weaker than its 30mg claim".[44] Against the page's own 15 mg of pseudoindoxyl, the December lot held 4.46 mg.
  • Pure Ohms Black tablets: "pure ohms black tablets contained 21 10mg of 7 hydroxy which was about 30 weaker than its 30mg claim".[44]
  • Pure Ohms Black shot, lot 2025-04: 9.98 mg of 7-OH against 20 mg.[47]

Page 2 of an Anresco Laboratories certificate dated 17 September 2024, Residual Solvent Screen: Fail. Every solvent passes except methanol, found at 3850.00 ppm against a limit of 3000; ethyl acetate 744 ppm passes. Comment: Methanol failure confirmed with retest.

Cora Science certificate of analysis I07532 for TestMyKratom, issued 23 December 2024: a photo of two green Pure Ohms 7-hydroxymitragynine plus pseudoindoxyl cards, lot 2024-12, and a results table: mitragynine 1.05 mg, 7-hydroxymitragynine 14.5 mg, mitragynine pseudoindoxyl 4.46 mg, corynoxine 0.582 mg, total alkaloids 20.9 mg per unit.
Figure 12. An independent test of the pseudo tablet, December 2024 lot: 14.5 mg of 7-OH and 4.46 mg of pseudoindoxyl, about 19 mg of the two together against a 30 mg card. [46]

Regulatory and legal

FDA. A search of FDA's warning letter database on 2026-10-12 for Savage Enterprises, Delta Extrax, Zen Panda, Pure Ohms and Vape 100 found no letter to the company. The PMTA for Vape 100 that the 2021 filing describes has no public outcome we found.

USPTO. The trademark office twice refused Savage's hemp marks as unlawful. On 26 February 2025 it refused CHRONIX BY EXTRAX, for hemp gummies and vapes, with a "controlled substances act refusal", reasoning that "here the mark indicates the goods and or services feature goods that contain delta 10 thc" and that "delta 10 thc is a tetrahydrocannabinol having similar chemical structures and pharmacological activities to those contained in the cannabis plant".[48] Savage did not respond; the record shows "date abandoned may 27 2025".[49] A trademark refusal decides only whether a mark can be registered, not whether a product may be sold.

Page 2 of a USPTO nonfinal office action dated February 26, 2025 to Savage Enterprises for CHRONIX BY EXTRAX, listing the summary of issues: prior-filed applications, a Controlled Substances Act refusal, a refusal for marks not in lawful use in commerce for synthetic cannabinoids, a request for information about synthetic cannabinoids, and a Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act refusal.
Figure 13. February 2025: the trademark examiner refuses CHRONIX BY EXTRAX, a hemp gummy and vape mark, under the Controlled Substances Act and the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Savage did not answer and the application died. [48]

Allegations: who says what, why, and what we could check. Buyers represented by the same law firm have sued Savage Enterprises in at least three federal cases over delta-8 vapes, each arguing that the products held more delta-9 THC than the hemp limit of 0.3 percent and that laboratory certificates said otherwise.

  • Perry v. Sheikhani Group (E.D. Tex. 6:23-cv-00489) names dozens of brands, distributors and laboratories. It lists among the products "extrax with a strain name of blueberry kush fire og and pie hoe manufactured by defendant savage enterprises".[50]
  • Nguyen v. Savage Enterprises (E.D. Ark. 4:24-cv-00815), a proposed class action under the racketeering statute, says "plaintiff files this suit to vindicate the federal laws" on cannabis and accuses a laboratory of certifying the vapes falsely.[51]
  • Green v. Savage Enterprises (E.D. Ark. 4:25-cv-00874), removed to federal court in August 2025, says "plaintiff purchased a d8 vape pen manufactured by savage labeled" Extrax, with a certificate from a San Diego laboratory.[52]

Why they say it: each complaint reports the plaintiff's own laboratory test of a vape. What we could check: the complaints and their exhibits as filed. We found no ruling on the merits in any of them, and nothing here treats the claims as established.

Still open

  • Payment. One buyer in the November 2024 thread says she disputed an order with her bank. No processor action or chargeback pattern was found; payment is unknown.
  • Outpost Brands. Who Outpost Brands is, and whether it makes Pure Ohms for Savage or sells it to Savage, was not established. The USPTO has no mark under that owner name and no PURE OHMS mark.
  • The pseudo tablet's certificate. None of the store's archived PDFs is for it.
  • Zen Panda after 2021. The kratom mark is live and its six-year declaration came due in 2026; no Zen Panda product was found on any Savage store after 2021.
  • How the 2024 dispute with the Exodus companies ended. Only the complaint was read.
  • How the buyers' suits ended. No ruling on the merits was found in Perry, Nguyen or Green.
