Be the first. The form below takes about twenty seconds and needs no account.

The two grades are never combined. Ours is what the record shows; theirs is what people who dealt with this entity say.

  • Is there an identifiable legal operator: a registered name, a jurisdiction, an address that resolves?

names Wonderland Gardens LLC and a Wilmington suite address; the domain's registrant is a privacy service; no source read here gives the LLC's officers or formation date; its own pages give 2013 and 2015 as the start

    Evidence: [1][2][6]

  • How long has it operated, by evidence: first archive capture, domain registration, oldest attributable post?

operating since 2019 by the domain, the archive and Reddit

    Evidence: [6][7][9]

  • Does it publish third-party certificates of analysis for what it sells?

potency certificates linked per batch from product pages, few archived; the certificates page is empty; no solvent, metal or microbial result on any archived page; the lab's ISO 17025 accreditation is 'pending' by its own page

    Evidence: [47][19][4][51]

  • Where there are results, do they agree with the label, the marketing and the reported effects?

rests only on the printed arithmetic of the four certificates the vendor published: one sample weight and dilution each, but the factor from µg/mL to percent differs from row to row; no tablet certificate is archived

    Evidence: [49][50][51][52]

  • Are contents and amounts stated on the product?

milligrams per tablet by alkaloid, percentages per powder

    Evidence: [16][17][20]

  • No disease claims, no 'safe', no borrowed botanical names for synthetic compounds?

'completely natural and free from synthetic additives' over a 7-OH catalogue; 7-OH as 'a natural substance'; amanita 'refined for safety'

    Evidence: [54][55][18][56]

  • Pattern of complaints about orders not arriving, long delays, no tracking?

Arctic Shift, three subreddits, all posts to 2026-10-06: 124 of 2,225 posts naming the vendor describe a late, missing, cancelled or unanswered order, 86 of them in 2025; 36 say the vendor did not answer; 288 praise it

    Evidence: [32][35][36][37]

  • Pattern of complaints about wrong, inert, contaminated or mislabelled product?

same frame: 74 posts report weak, off-tasting or solvent-smelling product and 14 short weight; the vendor acknowledged a 2024 powder lot had an issue; no buyer cites a lab test

    Evidence: [32][41][42][43][44][38]

  • Chargebacks refused, refunds unanswered, processors dropped?

no card processor, by its own account after repeated bans; Zelle, Cash App, bitcoin or an eBay barter, none with a chargeback; no cash refund on a reship, restocking and cancellation fees; 10 posts describe a refund owed

    Evidence: [4][55][61][44][59][60]

  • Warning letters, seizures, lawsuits, attorney-general actions, platform bans?

no FDA action or federal case naming it; by its own account payment processors and sites 'have repeatedly banned us'; sold two compounds the DEA put in Schedule I on 2026-08-26 (listed as of 2026-06-07, before the order); stocked products of four firms FDA warned in July 2025

    Evidence: [4][24][66][64][65]

  • Is there any attempt to keep minors out?

a 21+ click-through in 2026 (18+ in 2021), no ID check except for named states; product pages say 18

    Evidence: [54][58][28]

  • Does it say what the legal status of what it sells is, honestly, where it ships?

lists the states and counties where kratom is banned and warns 7-OH and pseudoindoxyl are habit-forming; no archived page mentions FDA's position on 7-OH

    Evidence: [28][25][3][30]

The long read

Who they say they are, and what the record says

The site at wgbotanicals.com calls itself Wonderland Gardens. Its terms open “Welcome to Wonderland Gardens LLC”,[1] and its contact page gives “201 N Front St, Ste 314, Wilmington, NC 28401”.[2] Its own powders are labelled “Wonderland Gardens: Wilmington's finest craft mfg”.[3] Buyers call it WG.

Its pages give two founding years. The About page says “since 2015 Wonderland Gardens has worked hard to put beneficial herbs in the hands of consumers” and “we started in our early days as a small time vendor on eBay”.[4] A 2025 product page says “Wonderland Gardens: we opened shop in 2013, 12 years in the kratom industry”.[5] The record starts later. The domain was registered on 2019-01-03, through eNom, with the registrant hidden by a privacy service.[6] The archive's first capture of the site is from 2019-08-20,[7] when the About page was still template text: “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit”.[8] The earliest Reddit post naming it is from 2019-08-23: “Very please with Wonderland Gardens!”[9] That first home page sold kratom, CBD, kava and extracts by telephone, because, it said, the “payment processor is not linked to site yet”.[10] The LLC's registration date and its officers are not established here.

The Wonderland Gardens home page in August 2019: a banner for kratom, CBD, kava and extracts, a notice to order by phone because the payment processor is not linked yet, and a cartoon mascot on a pile of green powder.

The products of this business are not those of the “Wonderland” mushroom candy brand, sold in smoke shops under the name Wonderland Legal Psychedelics. CDC's July 2024 report on mushroom-labelled products found that one of that brand's products, “Wonderland Legal Psychedelics Cherry Nirvana”, contained “psilocin, N,N-dimethyltryptamine, caffeine, and mitragynine”.[11] No connection between that brand and wgbotanicals.com was found, and this page is not about it.

The laboratory on every archived Wonderland Gardens certificate is Wonderland Labs, of “1341 Distribution Way, Ste 16, Vista, CA 92081”.[12] The lab and the vendor share a name. The lab's archived home, FAQ, accreditations, forgeries and status pages, and a 2017 blog post on its own history, were searched on 2026-10-06 for the vendor's name and domain: neither appears. The two businesses give different states, phone numbers and domain registrars. Nothing beyond the testing relationship was found, and this page treats the lab as the vendor's lab, not as part of the same operation.

What they sell

By 2026 the archived home page is almost all 7-OH (7-hydroxymitragynine), the kratom alkaloid that FDA calls “an opioid that can be more potent than morphine”,[13] with mitragynine pseudoindoxyl and MGM-15 beside it. The earlier catalogue, by the product addresses the archive holds, was kratom leaf, kava, cannabinoid edibles and vapes, and Amanita muscaria.[14] The site says “Wonderland Gardens was the first vendor to offer 7OH extract powder to the public online”.[5] It presses and labels its own tablets, “crafted using high quality WG extract 88.96% strength 7OH”.[15]

7-OH tablets. Coconut: “each coconut tab delivers 42.4mg 7-hydroxymitragynine, 4.64mg mitragynine, 1.94mg mitragynine pseudoindoxyl”.[16] Tropical banana: “each tropical banana tablet contains 75.1mg 7-hydroxymitragynine”.[17] Mocha: “introducing the strongest tab in the industry: 121mg total alkaloids, 114mg 7OH, 7mg pseudo”.[18] The blueberry tablet kept its name while its strength changed: “Batch 3 44mg COA, Batch 2 30mg COA, Batch 1 25mg COA”.[19] A buyer reordering a product by name may be getting a different dose.

7-OH powders. Sold by percentage, for example “Specs: 97.8% 7OH, 1.45% pseudoindoxyl, 99.4% full spectrum, 0% MIT”.[20]

Mitragynine pseudoindoxyl. A 48.5% powder, described as “mitragynine pseudoindoxyl is said to be 3 fold(s) stronger then 7-hydroxymitragyinine”,[21] and a blend, “a potent 73% full spectrum pseudoindoxyl blended with 4.3% 7OH”.[22]

MGM-15. “Great White”, “featuring an impressive 85.4% dihydro-7-hydroxy mitragynine content”. The page warns: “Notice: do not use if 7OH works for you, 7OH will not work after 2 days of MGM use”.[23]

Figure 5. The MGM-15 listing as archived on 2026-06-07, eleven weeks before the DEA's temporary order placed MGM-15 in Schedule I. [23]

Both the MGM-15 page and the pseudoindoxyl blend page were listed as of the last archived capture of each, 2026-06-07,[23][22] eleven weeks before the DEA order that placed “mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15, and MGM-16” in Schedule I.[24] On 2026-10-06 both product addresses answered 404, and the site's 7-OH category listed one product.

Other firms' 7-OH. The store also carried the “Hydroxie 15ml 7-OH 15mg shot (2 servings)”,[25] Hydroxie Pseudo, “2 chewable tablets containing 15mg pseudoindoxyl each”,[26] “7Tabz 7-Hydroxy Tablets 15mg 4pc, 15mg 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) per tablet”,[27] “7OHMZ Advance Kratom Alkaloids Tablets 3 count 14mg each”[28] and an EDP shot billed as “introducing the strongest pure 7-hydroxymitragynine shot on the market”.[29] The four brands come from four firms, and all four are among the seven FDA sent warning letters in July 2025 (see below).

Amanita muscaria. From 2023 to 2025: a 30x extract powder, “legal in 49 states, not available in Louisiana”, and labelled “this product is not intended for human consumption, for spiritual and educational purposes only”,[30] and a chocolate bar of which “each bar is packed with 10,000mg of pure magic” whose page says “this product does not contain psilocybin”.[31]

The labels give milligrams per tablet by alkaloid, and percentages per powder. That is what makes the certificates below checkable.

What buyers report

Public discussion of the vendor is on Reddit, mostly in r/7_hydroxymitragynine. Every post in that community, in r/7OH and in r/KratomKorner was pulled through the Arctic Shift archive on 2026-10-06: 86,678 posts. Of these, 2,225 name the vendor as Wonderland Gardens, WG Botanicals, WG or Wonderland, from 2022-07-17 to 2026-09-29: 726 in 2024, 1,352 in 2025 and 122 in 2026 to date.[32] The 1,152 posts that matched a keyword for delivery, payment, quality or praise were each read and classified by hand. A post was counted only when the poster described their own order. The other 1,073 posts, mostly dosing questions and comparisons, were not classified, so every count below is a floor. Full comment threads were read for 71 posts. Counts are of posts, not of people, and Reddit is a sample of what buyers chose to report.

Praise: 288 posts, the largest category. “WG best customer service of my life”, wrote one buyer on 2025-03-12.[33] Another, on 2025-01-31, weighed an order and found “every single G was over. Some by nearly 200mg and some at least by 50mg”.[34]

Orders late, missing, cancelled or unanswered: 124 posts, from 2024 to 2026, 86 of them in 2025. They range from a confirmation email that had not come a few hours after ordering to orders that did not arrive. Thirty-six say the vendor did not answer, at least for a time. Paid shipping is a recurring complaint. One buyer “purchased from Wonderland Gardens on December 27th with Priority Express 2-Day Shipping” and wrote that “Wonderland Gardens shipped it out with regular priority mail and I have yet to receive my package”.[35] Another “paid 50 for overnight shipping three separate times now, and not once has it arrived on time”.[36] In April 2025, when posters describe a rush of orders for one powder, a buyer wrote, “despite sending them at least 5 emails”, that “my order is showing as canceled on their website”.[37]

Short weight or missing items: 14 posts, four of them suspicions with nothing weighed. “So i got my WG order today of the new 60mg pineapple tabs and I was shorted 10 tabs”; the same poster added that “they have already shipped out my replacement”.[38] Another “weighed it and it weighed .8” of a gram.[39] One account of short weight drew 194 comments. The poster, a buyer asking for a refund, wrote “I open up my PBV5 and weigh it.. on paper, without the jar.. and it comes out to 0.74g”. The vendor's account replied in the thread that “we over weigh all our grams to 1.1+ to avoid any issues with others scales”.[40] Nobody else weighed that order, and the replies split. We could not check it.

Weak, off-tasting or solvent-smelling product: 74 posts. In September 2024 a buyer of a powder sold as 93% wrote “I have only tried the coffee 93% which I am finding out was only 50%”.[41] A customer reposted the vendor's answer, which says of the third jar of that lot that “we noticed was black and a different constituency but trusted our supplier”, that the vendor would stop carrying that supplier, and that “we have moved on from solvent 7oh extracts”.[42] Later reports: “Anyone else getting HEAVY acetone smell/fumes from the WG PBV5” (2025-05-18),[43] and, in a review of the tablets on 2026-01-11, “the most alarming being a sour chemical taste that persisted for 10+ hours”.[44] A buyer who says they review products, with a team, for a vendor-listing site wrote that the banana tablets “appear to be ineffective or severely underdosed”.[45] None of these posts cites a lab test of the product, apart from the vendor's own reference to a report on the 93% lot.

Adverse effects: 15 posts, for example a buyer who wrote that “all 5 of them had the worst chemical taste that would not go away for a while, and each time I got abnormally nauseous” (2024-06-25).[46]

The vendor's own Reddit account commented in five threads in the frame, the last on 2025-04-16. Of the 220 complaint posts, it replied in two.

Lab results

The site's page titled “Certificate of Analysis” was archived empty in 2021 and in 2025: a title, a disclaimer, and no certificates.[47] Instead, product pages link certificates per batch, as images: the blueberry page's “Batch 3 44mg COA, Batch 2 30mg COA, Batch 1 25mg COA” are three links.[19] Few of these images were captured by the archive. A search of the archive's index for the site's uploads found four certificate images and two PDF certificates, all from Wonderland Labs and all dated 2023 or 2024. None is for a tablet.

The About page says “we test all shipments for heavy metals and microbials via a third party laboratory; these lab tests are available to customers upon request”.[4] No metal, microbial or solvent result appears on any archived page of the site. The lab's own accreditations page says “we have a pending ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation via Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation”.[48] This site's lab-results section holds no test of a Wonderland Gardens product.

The Wonderland Labs accreditations page: a pending ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation via Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, then A2LA accreditations attributed to other labs in its group.
Figure 6. Wonderland Labs' accreditations page, archived 2026-03-12. Its own ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation is pending; the A2LA accreditations listed under it are attributed to other labs in its group, not named. [48]

Each of the four image certificates prints one sample weight, 200 mg, and one dilution, 0.01, for the whole sample. Each then turns a concentration column (µg/mL) into a percentage column for each compound:

certificate printed rows, µg/mL → %
28 Aug 2024, #706, client Wonderland Gardens[49] 7-OH 74.7 → 74.7%; mitragynine 45 → 4.5%
28 Aug 2024, #699, client Wonderland Gardens[50] 7-OH 76.7 → 76.7%; mitragynine 81 → 0.81%
30 Sep 2024, WG7OH722, client Wonderland Gardens[51] 7-OH 73.7 → 73.7%; mitragynine 0.9 → 0.9%
10 Oct 2024, PIMG-740 K6, client field covered[52] pseudoindoxyl 44.0 → 44.0%; 7-OH 79.9 → 7.9%; mitragynine 0.76 → 0.8%

With one sample weight and one dilution, one factor should carry every row from µg/mL to percent. The printed figures do not reconcile under one factor. On each certificate the headline compound is converted at 1 to 1. On #706 mitragynine is converted at one tenth. On #699 it is converted at one hundredth. On the pseudoindoxyl certificate 7-OH is converted at one tenth. Read at the headline compound's factor, #699's mitragynine would be 81%, and the pseudoindoxyl certificate's 7-OH 79.9%, so the totals would exceed 100%. Read at the other factors, the headline figures would be a tenth or a hundredth of what the listing says. The headline figures do match the listings: the 73.7% certificate is linked from a 73.7% powder, and the 44.0% one from the pseudoindoxyl page as “Batch #2 (48.5%), Batch #1 (44.0%)”.[21]

Figure 8. Certificate #699, the same date and sample set. Sample weight 200 mg, dilution 0.01. 7-OH: 76.7 µg/mL, printed as 76.7%. Mitragynine: 81 µg/mL, printed as 0.81%. [50]

Wonderland Labs certificate 87-7OH / WG7OH722, 30 September 2024, client Wonderland Gardens: a chromatogram and a table of five alkaloids.
Figure 9. Certificate WG7OH722, 30 September 2024, client Wonderland Gardens, linked from a 73.7% powder. Sample weight 200 mg, dilution 0.01. 7-OH: 73.7 µg/mL, printed as 73.7%. Mitragynine: 0.9 µg/mL, printed as 0.9%. [51]

On the 10 October 2024 certificate the client field is covered by a white box. The certificate is attributable to Wonderland Gardens through the page that published it: the vendor's 48.5% pseudoindoxyl product page links it as its Batch #1.[21]

Wonderland Labs certificate PSEUDO / PIMG-740 K6, 10 October 2024, with the CLIENT line empty: a chromatogram and a table of six alkaloids.
Figure 10. Certificate PSEUDO / PIMG-740 K6, 10 October 2024. The CLIENT line is white where a name would be. Sample weight 200 mg, dilution 0.01. Pseudoindoxyl: 44.0 µg/mL, printed as 44.0%. 7-OH: 79.9 µg/mL, printed as 7.9%. Mitragynine: 0.76 µg/mL, printed as 0.8%. [52]

We draw no conclusion about who produced these documents or how. An explanation consistent with an honest test would have to account for a factor from µg/mL to percent that changes from row to row on one sample. The lab's own forgeries page says that “from time to time a few bad apples choose to digitally edit certificates of analysis from a lab”, and offers to check any certificate for whoever holds it: “we will tell you whether or not the certificate you have is a forgery or whether or not that certificate exists at all”.[53] We have not contacted the lab. The lab_vs_label verdict rests on the printed arithmetic alone.

The two PDF certificates, from July 2023, are of a liquid “prepped by Wonderland Gardens”[12] and of a Mitragyna hirsuta powder, and are text, not images.

Wonderland Labs certificate #00283, 7 July 2023, client Wonderland Gardens, a 2 mL liquid: a chromatogram and a table of five alkaloids.
Figure 11. For comparison, the lab's July 2023 certificate for a Wonderland Gardens liquid. Every row goes from µg/mL to percent by the same factor, one hundredth: mitragynine 143 to 1.43%, speciogynine 15 to 0.15%, speciociliatine 10 to 0.1%. [12]

If you hold one of these certificates, bought one of these batches, or know more about how they were produced, rate Wonderland Gardens below and leave a note, or comment on the thread at the foot of this page.

Marketing

The 2026 home page says “100% natural: our products are completely natural and free from synthetic additives”.[54] The 7-OH pages call it “a natural substance generated from the mitragynine found in the kratom leaf”.[55] FDA's position is that “7-OH is not lawful in dietary supplements”, and it calls concentrated 7-OH “an opioid that can be more potent than morphine”.[13] The mushroom page says “our Amanita muscaria mushrooms are refined for safety to cleanse them from potential toxicity”.[56] None of these pages cites a test or a study.

The pages also carry warnings, more than most in this market. “7OH is addictive, can cause dependency.”[3] “Pseudo is habit forming, must use a milligram scale.”[21] “Do not use 7OH daily, best used in rotation.”[55] One product page tied its sales to lobbying: “portions of the sales of Pahoa Dream will be donated weekly to 7Hope Alliance to help keep 7OH legal”.[57]

Payment and refunds

The site takes no cards. In 2021 it said “we offer 6 payment methods; bitcoin receives 10% off”.[58] By 2025 its extract listings said “Zelle, BTC, CashApp only”.[55]

Part of the Red Infernalure 7-OH powder page, its title ending (Zelle/BTC/Cashapp Only!), with its label and specs: 68.1% 7OH, 0.93% MIT, 1.78% pseudoindoxyl.
Figure 12. A 7-OH extract listing archived 2025-03-18, with the payment terms in its title: Zelle, bitcoin or Cash App only. [55]

The About page explains: “switching as payment processors and sites have repeatedly banned us”.[4] Buyers describe the card route that replaced them: one wrote “I had to select the BarterPay option during checkout, which incurs an additional 5% processing fee”,[44] and another, of buying through an eBay listing, “You have to make the purchase go directly to his address”.[59] None of these methods carries a chargeback. “What sucks is the BTC is already on chain and in their wallet, I have no way to dispute the charge”, wrote a buyer on 2025-04-16.[60] Payment is the subject of 27 posts in the Reddit frame.

The return policy says “we do not offer cash back refunds when we reship”, charges a “30% restocking fee”, and says “there is a $25 cancellation fee”.[61] The terms give the restocking fee as “40% restocking fee”.[1] Ten posts describe a refund that was owed. Some were paid: “over 2 weeks and am still awaiting the refund”, wrote one buyer, and later, “They sent the refund today”.[62] Another wrote “Despite being eligible for a refund, WG refuses to initiate one”.[36] One buyer's missing item was refunded in cash: “They even sent me $7 cash to refund the mulungu extract that was out of stock”.[63]

Regulatory and legal

An FDA site search for “Wonderland Gardens” on 2026-10-06 returned no warning letter or other action.[64] A CourtListener search of federal dockets the same day returned no case under the name or the domain.[65]

By its own account the business has been dropped by payment platforms: the About page describes “switching as payment processors and sites have repeatedly banned us”.[4]

On 2025-07-15 FDA “announced seven recent warning letters sent to companies for illegally marketing products containing 7-hydroxymitragynine”.[66] Four of the seven, each a separate letter, made products this store listed: “Relax Relief Rejuvenate Trading, LLC dba RRR Trading or EDP Kratom”, “Thang Botanicals, Inc.” (7OHMZ), “Hydroxie, LLC” and “7Tabz Retail, LLC”.[66] The archived listings are from 2023 and 2024, before the letters.[29][28][25][27]

On 2026-08-26 the DEA placed mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 in Schedule I by temporary order: “this temporary order is effective August 26, 2026 until August 26, 2028”.[24] Wonderland Gardens had sold both; the last archived listings are from before the order (see What they sell). For 7-OH itself the DEA published a notice of intent on 2026-07-06,[67] and HHS “is extending the comment period to solicit input and comments on a request for information” on the threshold, to 2026-09-10.[68] No order for 7-OH was found in the Federal Register on 2026-10-06.

In North Carolina, where the business gives its address, House Bill 328 would regulate kratom and 7-OH; its “last action: re-ref Com On Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House on 7/30/2026”.[69] It is not law.

Age: in 2021 the site asked visitors to “confirm your age: we require users to be 18 years to use the site”;[58] in 2026, “please verify you are 21 years or older to enter”.[54] Both are a click. For some states the product pages say “for shipping to South Dakota, Florida, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Maryland we will require ID verification”.[25] The product pages list where kratom may not be sent: “kratom is banned in the following areas: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont”, with counties and cities after.[28] No archived page mentions FDA's position on 7-OH or the DEA's notices.

Still open

  • Who owns and runs the LLC, and since when. The site names Wonderland Gardens LLC and a Wilmington suite; the domain record names a privacy service; the archived pages read for this dossier name no officer and give no formation date.
  • The other batch certificates. A search of the archive's index for the site's uploads, run on 2026-10-06, returned six certificates, the four images and two PDFs discussed above. None is for a tablet, and none is later than October 2024.
  • Whether the lab stands behind these certificates. The lab offers to authenticate any certificate for whoever holds it. We have not asked it to.
  • State actions. The federal searches are above. State attorney-general press rooms were not searched one by one.

Changes

  • 2026-10-11: linked to the Pain Relief Kratom dossier, a Thai-phone wholesale store selling blank 7-OH strips, which buyers in 2024 named as the source of WG's strips. That rests on buyers' reports, not on any statement or document from either business.[70]
  • 2026-10-07: added twelve figures from archived captures: the first home and About pages (2019), three product listings, the lab's accreditations page, the four 2024 certificates whose printed arithmetic this page sets out, the July 2023 certificate for comparison, and a payment-terms listing. Renamed "What we could not find" to "Still open" and moved notes on sources this site could not read out of the public text.
