Be the first. The form below takes about twenty seconds and needs no account.

The two grades are never combined. Ours is what the record shows; theirs is what people who dealt with this entity say.

  • Is there an identifiable legal operator: a registered name, a jurisdiction, an address that resolves?

a trade name of Hause LLC, a Colorado LLC in good standing; the same street address on the site, the state record and a laboratory certificate

    Evidence: [2][3][1][6]

  • How long has it operated, by evidence: first archive capture, domain registration, oldest attributable post?

domain and trade name October 2019; archived from April 2020 to June 2026

    Evidence: [4][2][1][5]

  • Does it publish third-party certificates of analysis for what it sells?

the site says every ingredient is third-party tested but publishes no certificate; one KCA certificate survives on a reseller's site, and a reseller listed the delta-9 THC-O certificate as pending

    Evidence: [5][6][24]

  • Where there are results, do they agree with the label, the marketing and the reported effects?

the one certificate read matches its product's name; no independent test of a Hau product found

    Evidence: [6]

  • Are contents and amounts stated on the product?

a bulk ingredient maker; no retail label of its own was found

  • No disease claims, no 'safe', no borrowed botanical names for synthetic compounds?

its cGMP and ISO 9001 claims were also stated by the National Animal Supplement Council's supplier listing to April 2024; the throughput figure is its own and unchecked

    Evidence: [12][13][5]

  • Pattern of complaints about orders not arriving, long delays, no tracking?

a wholesale business; no buyer report about delivery found

  • Pattern of complaints about wrong, inert, contaminated or mislabelled product?

17 posts in six years, about taste and strength, for and against; none alleges contamination or a wrong product

    Evidence: [29][33][34][31]

  • Chargebacks refused, refunds unanswered, processors dropped?

  • Warning letters, seizures, lawsuits, attorney-general actions, platform bans?

no warning letter, suit or state action found under either name; named, not as a party, in another company's 2025 counterclaim

    Evidence: [35][36]

  • Is there any attempt to keep minors out?

a wholesale site with no consumer checkout

  • Does it say what the legal status of what it sells is, honestly, where it ships?

states the THC level of its distillates; says nothing about the 2025 federal hemp law while adding altered cannabinoids to its menu

    Evidence: [16][15]

The long read

Who they say they are, and what the record says

Hau Processing is a hemp refinery in an industrial park on the northern edge of Denver. It does not sell to the public. It takes in hemp, extracts it, refines the extract into distillates and powders, and sells those by the kilogram to companies that make finished products. Its first archived page, in April 2020, gives the pitch in one line: "hau processing is an advanced manufacturing facility achieving superior hemp extracts and providing all processing capabilities for the hemp industry".[1] The banner over it reads "from denver colorado", and the footer gives the address, "welby business park 2200 east 76th avenue unit 300 denver co 80229".[1]

The Hau Processing home page in April 2020: a menu reading Hemp Processing, Bulk Ingredients, Our Facility and Contact Us over a banner of water droplets and the words From Denver, Colorado, then a headline Hemp Processing and Bulk Ingredients and a section What We Do listing complete hemp processing services and hemp-derived ingredient production of CBD and CBN products.
Figure 1. April 2020, the first archived capture: a processing plant "from denver colorado", making CBD and CBN. [1]

The company behind the name. Hau Processing is not a company. It is a trade name. Colorado's records show it filed by Hause LLC, "tradenamedescription hau processing", with "registrantorganization hause llc address1 2200 east 76th avenue" and "effectivedate 2019 10 11".[2] Hause LLC is a Colorado limited liability company, "entitystatus good standing", "entityformdate 2019 07 30".[3] The same company filed a second trade name in April 2021, "tradenamedescription spectrums labs".[2] We found no page that uses that name. The domain hauprocessing.com was registered on 2019-10-09, two days before the trade name.[4] The site names no owner or officer, and we name none here; the state record is enough to say who the business is.

Two records from Colorado's open-data copy of the Secretary of State's trade-name filings: Hau Processing, effective 11 October 2019, and Spectrums Labs, effective 26 April 2021, both registered by Hause LLC at 2200 East 76th Avenue, Denver, entity 20191614726, status good.
Figure 2. Colorado's record: Hau Processing is a trade name of Hause LLC, filed in October 2019. The same company filed a second name, Spectrums Labs, in 2021. [2]

The address is the same everywhere it appears: on the site from 2020 to 2026, on the state's trade-name record, and in the client block of a laboratory certificate from December 2023.[5][2][6] That consistency is rarer in this trade than it should be.

The plant, as the company shows it. The site has published photographs of the building since 2020: a wall-sized logo over a door marked Extraction, and a clean room lined with large rotary evaporators.[7][8] The 2020 process page describes cold-ethanol extraction, "we use the refined method of cryo ethanol extraction", then distillation, crystallisation into CBD isolate, and a chromatography step to strip THC: "centrifugal partition chromatography cpc provided by rotochrom", through which "full spectrum cbd distillate is pumped through and thc remediation occurs".[9] By 2026 the extractor is described as "engineered to extract approximately 300 pounds of biomass per hour utilizing a cold ethanol method", and the home page says the line "accounts for over 100 000 pounds of through put biomass monthly".[10][5] Those are the company's figures. We have nothing to check them against.

Certifications. In February 2021 the home page said "hau processing has been assessed and certified by sgs as meeting the requirements of good manufacturing practice".[11] By 2024 it described "our cgmp and iso 9001 certified facility", and the bulk page carries three SGS badges with a link to SGS's directory.[5] A second party said the same for a while. The National Animal Supplement Council, a trade body for pet supplements, listed Hau as a preferred supplier: "hau processing was created to be an industry leading producer of cbd products and other minor cannabinoids", its isolate and distillate meeting "dietary supplements standards per 21 cfr part 111".[12] The listing's seal ran to "certified through 11 25 2023" in 2021 and "certified through 04 11 2024" in the last capture we found.[12][13] The council's badge was still on Hau's bulk page in July 2025 and was gone by November 2025.[14][15]

The Hau Processing home page in February 2021 headed Setting the Standard for the Global Hemp Industry, with sections on complete hemp processing, traceable hemp-derived ingredients with a sales email address, and Good Manufacturing Practice saying the company has been assessed and certified by SGS.
Figure 6. February 2021: "certified by sgs" for good manufacturing practice, and "a fully traceable chain of custody" for every ingredient. [11]

What it sells

2020 to 2022: CBD and CBN. The first bulk menu had four lines. CBN distillate: "hau processing has cbn distillate that is certified at 90 potency". CBD isolate: "cbd isolate is 99 pure isolated cbd in a fine white crystal powder". A broad-spectrum CBD distillate with the THC taken out, and a full-spectrum one that "is tested at 2 4 thc".[16] That last line is a plain statement of what an unremediated distillate contains, more than the 0.3% federal ceiling for hemp; the process page explains that this is the material the chromatography unit cleans.[9] By 2022 the menu had added CBN and CBG isolates: "cbn cannabinol isolate cbd cannabidiol isolate powder full spectrum cbd distillate broad spectrum cbd distillate cbg isolate".[17]

The Hau Processing bulk ingredients page in August 2020 with a green Order Now button and four products: CBN distillate certified at over 90 percent potency, CBD isolate powder at 99 percent, full spectrum CBD distillate tested at 2 to 4 percent THC, and broad spectrum CBD distillate tested at under 0.3 percent.
Figure 7. August 2020, the first bulk menu: four CBD and CBN products. The full-spectrum distillate is listed plainly at 2 to 4% THC. [16]

What a reseller sold under Hau's name. Hau's own menu never listed an intoxicating cannabinoid. A Texas shop did, in Hau's name. Gilded Extracts, a San Antonio reseller that closed in 2025 and has its own dossier here, named Hau as a supplier, "such as gvb biopharma and hau processing", and kept a Hau Processing brand page from 2022.[18][19] It described Hau as "an industry leader in cannabinoid production" and said "they are a small laboratory that is dedicated to producing high quality lab tested distillates and isolates".[20] Its Hau listings were mostly not CBD. "Clear delta 8 distillate hau". "Hau delta 8 thco acetate distillate". "Hhc hexahydrocannabinol distillate hau". "Hhco acetate distillate hau".[19] In 2023, "broad spectrum delta 9 thco acetate distillate delta 9o".[20] Product pages were explicit: "we offer delta 8 tetrahydrocannabinol produced by hau processing"; "we offer hexahydrocannabinol produced by hau processing"; "we offer hydrogenated cbd produced by hau processing".[21][22][23] In September 2024 a delta-9 THC-O acetate page, sold up to a kilogram, said it was "produced by hau processing", and "the coa for this product is currently pending please check back soon".[24]

The Gilded Extracts brand page for Hau Processing in November 2022, with a brands sidebar naming MC Nutraceuticals, Hau Processing, GVB Biopharma and others, and product tiles for broad spectrum CBD distillate, CBG isolate and terpene-infused CBD distillate labelled HAU, and below them a bottle with a HAU label reading Broad Spectrum O Distillate.
Figure 8. November 2022: a Texas shop's whole brand page for Hau Processing. Its listings included delta-8, HHC, HHC-O and delta-8 THC-O distillates, none of which Hau's own menu named. [19]

A Gilded Extracts product page in September 2024 for Delta 9 THCo Distillate, HAU Processing, sold in sizes from 5 grams to 1000 grams, with a description saying the distillate is produced by HAU Processing and a line reading The COA for this product is currently pending.
Figure 9. September 2024: delta-9 THC-O acetate "produced by hau processing", in jars up to a kilogram, with the certificate "currently pending". [24]

These are a reseller's statements about its supplier. They are the only public record we found that ties Hau to delta-8, HHC or THC-O, and the molecule links on this page mark them as marketed under Hau's name, not as Hau's own listings. Hau may make products it does not advertise. We found nothing from Hau that confirms or denies these.

A buyer's photo of a Gilded Extracts order: a jar of CBG and a jar labelled Gilded HHC with HAU written above, a small bag holding a 1 ml vial of CBT distillate labelled MC Nutraceuticals, stickers, candy and a thank-you card.
Figure 10. A buyer's haul, May 2023. The HHC jar says HAU on the lid; the vial beside it, MC Nutraceuticals. The same shop resold both companies' products. [25]

2025: the menu grows. By February 2025 the bulk page had added two acetylated cannabinoids, "cbg isolate cbgo distillate cbno isolate", CBG and CBN with acetate groups added.[26] The menu stayed at eight items through the capture of 2025-09-06.[27] The next capture is dated 2025-11-12, the day the federal hemp law discussed below was signed. It shows twelve products, adding "cbga isolate cbda isolate thcv distillate cbc distillate", and below them a line of further names, "h4cbd cbdp cbn cbg cbd crd cbgo cbdp cbdb cbdh cbdjd c8", "with additional compounds continuously being discovered".[15] H4CBD is hydrogenated CBD; a reseller sold Hau's as "we offer hydrogenated cbd produced by hau processing" as early as 2023.[23] We do not know when in those two months the page changed, only that the change falls between those two captures.

The Hau Processing bulk ingredients page in July 2025: eight product tiles for CBN distillate, CBN isolate, CBD isolate, full and broad spectrum CBD distillate, CBG isolate, CBGO distillate and CBNO isolate, then four certification badges, three from SGS for GMP, ISO 9001 and EFfCI GMP and one reading Preferred Supplier, National Animal Supplement Council.
Figure 11. July 2025: CBGO and CBNO have joined the menu, and the badges include a National Animal Supplement Council seal. [14]

The Hau Processing bulk ingredients page in November 2025: twelve product tiles adding CBGA isolate, CBDA isolate, THCV distillate and CBC distillate, and a line of further names reading CBNO, CBDV, H4CBD, CBDP, CBN, CBG, CBD CRD, CBGO, CBDP, CBDB, CBDH and CBDJD-C8 with additional compounds continuously being discovered, then three SGS badges.
Figure 12. 12 November 2025, the day the federal hemp law was signed: twelve products instead of eight, and a line of further names "continuously being discovered". The animal-supplement seal is gone. [15]

A chart of compounds against time from 2020 to 2026. Blue bars, for Hau Processing's own bulk page, run from 2020 for CBD and CBN, from 2022 for CBN and CBG isolate, from 2025 for CBGO and CBNO and from late 2025 for H4CBD and a dozen others. Gold bars, for Gilded Extracts listings labelled Hau, run from late 2022 to late 2024 for delta-8 THC, delta-8 and delta-9 THC-O acetate, HHC, HHC-O and delta-10. Dashed red lines mark 12 November 2025, 12 November 2026 and 11 December 2026.

Today. The latest capture, June 2026, still opens with the plant: "strategically constructed on the northern tip of denver colorado", and then "we are the direct source".[5]

The Hau Processing home page in June 2026: a sales phone number, the headline Industrial Hemp Processing and Bulk Ingredients, and over a photo of a lab of rotary evaporators a paragraph saying the cGMP and ISO 9001 certified facility on the northern tip of Denver runs a continuous extraction platform handling over 100,000 pounds of biomass a month.
Figure 14. June 2026, the latest capture: "over 100 000 pounds" of biomass a month through a "cgmp and iso 9001 certified facility". [5]

What buyers report

We pulled every post in r/altcannabinoids from the Arctic Shift archive on 2026-10-11, 33,289 posts from 2020-08-21, and searched our local copies of 36 other subreddits, including r/CultoftheFranklin, r/delta8 and r/THCaFlower.[29] Seventeen posts name Hau, all in r/altcannabinoids, from September 2022 to August 2025. We read all seventeen and their comments. Six were removed by moderators under the forum's rule against sourcing questions, among them the first, "Anyone have experience with Hau Processing?", in September 2022.[30]

The reviews are about taste and strength. A buyer of the "broad spectrum" delta-9 THC-O in December 2022 posted "heres the breakdown of the cannabinoids from the lab reports", and explained the choice: "i forgot i bought the broad spectrum d 9o because i wanted to stay away from the mc nutraceuticals d 9o", which had a vinegar smell. The verdict: "it definitely gets two thumbs up in my opinion".[31] He posted a second, equally happy review a month later.[32] In May 2023 another buyer wrote that he was "most excited about the hau hhc".[25] In September 2023 a buyer of Hau's crystal-resistant CBD distillate warned "do not dab this disty with no terps the taste and smell alone make me gag"; others answered that "they warn you that the aroma is very strong", and one that "this 100 hau is not good gvb is better".[33] In May 2025 a buyer whose HHC smelled of burnt rubber remembered reading the same about Hau's and asked "anyone know which other vendor sells hau hhc".[34]

None of the seventeen alleges contamination, a wrong product, a short weight or a lost order. Seventeen posts in six years is little, which is what one would expect for a wholesaler whose name reaches buyers only when a reseller prints it.

Lab results

The site says "all bulk ingredients at hau processing are third party tested in conjunction with our in house hplc testing", and in 2021 that "all ingredients that leave our facility come with a fully traceable chain of custody and qualified test results".[5][11] It does not publish the results. Its customers did, sometimes. The one certificate we could read is a KCA Laboratories report on a CBGO distillate for client Hau Processing at the Denver address, sample received in November 2023, completed 2023-12-20, typed as in-process material: CBG diacetate at 94.2%, delta-9 THC not detected.[6] It matches its name. Gilded's other Hau certificates were links to files we could not read, and its delta-9 THC-O page said the certificate was pending.[24] This site's lab-results section holds no independent test of a Hau product.

The top of a KCA Laboratories certificate of analysis for CBGO Distillate, sample SA-231121-30501, type In-Process Material, client Hau Processing at 2200 E 76th Ave, C300, Denver, received 21 November and completed 20 December 2023, with a photo of a jar of amber oil and summary boxes: total delta-9 THC not detected, CBG diacetate 94.2 percent, total cannabinoids 94.2 percent.
Figure 15. The one Hau certificate we could read: KCA Laboratories, December 2023, client Hau Processing at the Denver plant. CBGO is CBG diacetate, at 94.2%, and no delta-9 THC was detected. [6]

Regulatory and legal

We searched for a warning letter, recall, lawsuit or state action naming Hau Processing or Hause LLC and found none.[35] The only legal document we found that names the company is a pleading in a case it is not part of.

Allegations: who says what, why, and what we could check

  • That Hau Processing imports Chinese and Lithuanian cannabinoids and evades customs duties. In September 2025 Asterra Labs, a North Carolina hemp manufacturer, filed an amended counterclaim against MC Nutraceuticals and related companies in the Eastern District of North Carolina. It alleges, "upon information and belief", that "beginning in or around the first quarter of 2025" the MC companies bought raw ingredients through "purchases from an importer hau processing", that "hau processing obtains raw ingredients from suppliers in china such as shanghai minstar chemical co ltd and lithuania such as santobiotec", and that shipments were split to fall under the customs de minimis threshold or mislabelled.[36] Who says it: a company in a money dispute with MC, which is its motive, and not with Hau. Hau Processing is not a party to the case. It has had no occasion to answer in court, and we found no statement from it. What we could check: the counterclaim offers no document for the Hau allegation; its own words are "upon information and belief". Hau's pages describe a plant that extracts hemp biomass on site, and make no claim about where any ingredient came from beyond "we are the direct source".[5] The archive cannot show a supply chain. MC moved to dismiss the counterclaims; on 2026-07-14 the parties reported the motion still pending, and on 2026-10-11 the docket showed no order deciding it.[37][38] On Reddit, the post that brought the filing to the hobby noted it "also mentions hau processing in the suit", and its author added "no evidence yet just allegations".[39] It is untested, and no grade above rests on it.

A passage from page 39 of Asterra Labs' amended counterclaim: purchases from an importer, Hau Processing; upon information and belief Hau Processing obtains raw ingredients from suppliers in China such as Shanghai Minstar Chemical and Lithuania such as Santobiotec and imports them without paying tariffs, and with its suppliers splits large orders into small shipments to fall under the de minimis exception in 19 U.S.C. 1321 or mislabels them.
Figure 16. September 2025: the allegation, made "upon information and belief" by a company suing MC Nutraceuticals. Hau Processing is not a party to the case and has not answered it in court. [36]

If you bought from Hau Processing, hold a certificate for one of its products, or worked there, rate it below or leave a note.

The ban

Congress rewrote the federal definition of hemp in November 2025. Section 781 of Public Law 119-37 excludes from "hemp" "any intermediate hemp derived cannabinoid products containing" either "cannabinoids that are not capable of being naturally produced by a cannabis sativa l plant", or cannabinoids that "are capable of being naturally produced by a cannabis sativa l plant and bb were synthesized or manufactured outside the plant", and sets the same exclusions for final products.[40] A law of September 2026 staged it: "until december 11 2026 the amendments made by section 781 of division b of public law 119 37 7 u s c 1639o note shall only apply with respect to products described in paragraphs 1 c ii i and 1 c iv i".[41] Those two paragraphs are the exclusions for cannabinoids the plant cannot make. So that exclusion applies from November 12, 2026, and the rest of the new definition, including the clause on cannabinoids made outside the plant, from December 11, 2026.[41][40]

Page 139 Stat. 559 of Public Law 119-37, November 12, 2025: the exclusions from the definition of hemp, including intermediate and final hemp-derived cannabinoid products containing cannabinoids that are not capable of being naturally produced by a Cannabis sativa L. plant, or cannabinoids that are capable of being naturally produced but were synthesized or manufactured outside the plant.
Figure 17. The new federal definition of hemp, section 781 of Public Law 119-37. Its first exclusions are cannabinoids the plant cannot make, and cannabinoids made outside the plant. [42]

Hau's business is intermediate products: distillates and isolates sold to other manufacturers. Its menu now includes CBG diacetate, CBN acetate and hydrogenated CBD, and others made by chemistry from plant cannabinoids.[15][6] Which of them falls under which clause is for regulators and courts. The site, as last archived, does not mention the law.[5]

  • Who owns Hause LLC. Searched Colorado's open records of entities and trade names; the LLC's registered agent is a law firm, and no filing we read names a member.
  • Whether Hau made the delta-8, HHC and THC-O sold in its name. Searched every archived capture of hauprocessing.com from 2020 to 2026; none lists them. The only source is the reseller.
  • Whether the SGS certificates are current. The site links to SGS's directory; the National Animal Supplement Council's listing ended with a 2024 date in the last capture we found.
  • Whether Hau imports ingredients. Searched the North Carolina docket and the company's pages; no document either way.
