The score above weighs both: ours is what the record shows, theirs is what people who dealt with this entity say.

  • Is there an identifiable legal operator: a registered name, a jurisdiction, an address that resolves?

the bottle names a distributor, SOS Glass, with no address, legal name or website; a wholesale pipe site of that name exists, and no document ties it to the bottle

    Evidence: [1][7][6]

  • How long has it operated, by evidence: first archive capture, domain registration, oldest attributable post?

on shop shelves from late August 2026; no website, trademark or registration found

    Evidence: [2][13]

  • Does it publish third-party certificates of analysis for what it sells?

"Third Party Lab Tested" on the bottle with no laboratory, batch or certificate named; none on the retailer page; the bottle's QR code not yet read (unknown until the owner's scan; fail if it leads nowhere)

    Evidence: [1][12][3]

  • Where there are results, do they agree with the label, the marketing and the reported effects?

no laboratory test of a Treat tablet found

  • Are contents and amounts stated on the product?

the front names Picralima nitida, the Supplement Facts name cat's claw, kava and kanna; directions say half a tablet, the serving is a quarter; the retailer gives ten times the kava and kanna

    Evidence: [1][12]

  • No disease claims, no 'safe', no borrowed botanical names for synthetic compounds?

sold as 'botanical relief' and cat's claw, under a warning of hallucinations; the retailer sells it as enhanced with 7-OH on a 7-OH-alternative menu

    Evidence: [1][2][12]

  • Pattern of complaints about orders not arriving, long delays, no tracking?

sold in shops and by retailers; the brand sells nothing directly that we found

  • Pattern of complaints about wrong, inert, contaminated or mislabelled product?

9 of 13 first-hand reports describe hallucinations, panic, vomiting or feeling unwell; none praises it

    Evidence: [13][2][14][17][1]

  • Chargebacks refused, refunds unanswered, processors dropped?

    no direct sales found

  • Warning letters, seizures, lawsuits, attorney-general actions, platform bans?

no warning letter, recall or state action naming Treat or SOS Glass found in a web search on 2026-10-21

  • Is there any attempt to keep minors out?

'not for sale to minors 21+' on the bottle; sold in gas stations and smoke shops

    Evidence: [1][18]

  • Does it say what the legal status of what it sells is, honestly, where it ships?

the warning names dependence, hallucinations and death; nothing on legal status

    Evidence: [1]

The long read

Who they say they are, and what the record says

Treat is a brand of 250 mg tablets sold as cat's claw, five to a bottle, in grape, cherry, pineapple and blueberry. The front of the bottle carries a round badge reading Next-Gen Botanical Relief. The back says it was made in California and is distributed by SOS Glass. It prints no address, no company type, no telephone number and no website.[1]

The front of a purple Treat Grape bottle: the word Treat in silver script, a round Next-Gen Botanical Relief badge, GRAPE, 250MG per tablet, 1250MG total, a shop's price sticker, and the small line Ingredients: Uncaria Tomentosa + Picralima Nitida Extract, Net Wt. 3.0g.
Figure 1. The front of the bottle the site's owner bought in October 2026. The ingredient line names cat's claw and Picralima nitida, the akuamma tree. [1]

It appeared in the summer of 2026, after 7-OH and MGM-15 left shop shelves and tablets labelled as cat's claw took their place. The first post that names it is a warning, on 2026-08-30, about “another of the new cat's claw tabs on sale through kures”.[2] We found no website for the brand, under Treat or under Next-Gen Botanical Relief, and no trademark filing. One buyer looking for it wrote in October: “i've tried looking into them and nothing comes up”.[3]

SOS Glass. A wholesaler called SOSGlass runs sosglassonline.com, a site for smoke-shop stock that calls itself “sos glass wholesale smoking instruments since 1988” and hides its prices behind a login: “login to see prices”.[4] Its About page says that “sos glass is the most established manufacturer and exporter of smoking instruments and handicrafts since 1988”.[5] The domain was registered on 2017-08-01, with the owner's details not shown,[6] and the site's footer reads “copyright 2017 sos glass all rights reserved”. Its contact page gives a telephone number in a Southern California area code.[7]

The site sells pipes, papers and glass. Its product sitemap also lists products it no longer shows: hemp vapes under a brand called Kream, from “kream d10 carts box of 5” to “kream galaxy 5gram disposable box of 5”, and in September and October 2024 four 7-OH products: “7 oh pills 20mg 4 pills per card 10 card box”, “7 oh mit shot box of 6” and “7 oh quick kick powder 20mg 40 pouches per box”, among them.[8] The image filed with those listings in September 2024 is a Kream card of four tablets, printed 7OH, 7-hydroxymitragynine, 20 mg per tablet.[9] The sitemap has no Treat product and no cat's claw.

Two blue blister cards of four tablets each, printed with a large K, the word Kream in script, Ohmz, 7OH 7-Hydroxymitragynine, 8 servings, 20mg per tablet, Premium Kratom Alkaloids.
Figure 2. A Kream 7-OH tablet card, from the image library of sosglassonline.com, September 2024. Three readers say Treat's bottle looks like Kream's. [9]

What this shows is that a wholesaler named SOS Glass has carried Kream products, including a Kream 7-OH tablet. It does not show that SOS Glass makes Treat, that the SOS Glass on the bottle is this wholesaler, or who presses the tablets. We found no document that ties the bottle to any company.

Kream. Three readers say Treat's bottle is Kream's under a new name. In September 2026 one wrote “this company was kream and they were great same font design and everything but now it's treat”, and another, who had taken Kream before, that the “bottle looks identical smoke shop didn't have kream and said treat is same thing”.[2] A third wrote in October that “treat was kream same design font bottle everything”.[10] A fourth reader thought the opposite: “i kinda assumed they were just copying because kream was popular”. One had been told by a shop that “smoke shop dude said kream had been discontinued”.[2] These are readers' impressions of a design. We found nothing that says who makes either brand, or whether they are related.

What they sell, and what the label says

One product in four flavours. The label has three panels, and they do not agree with each other. A retailer's page adds a fourth version.

The front. The grape bottle the site's owner bought in October 2026 says 250 mg per tablet and 1,250 mg in all. Its ingredient line names two plants: Uncaria tomentosa, which is cat's claw, and Picralima nitida extract. Picralima nitida is the akuamma tree, whose seeds are sold for their alkaloids, chief among them akuammine, which acts at the opioid receptors.[1]

The Supplement Facts. The back of the same bottle lists no Picralima. Its serving is a quarter of a tablet, twenty servings a bottle, and each serving holds 50 mg of cat's claw, 6.25 mg of kava and 6.25 mg of kanna, a South African plant sold for its mesembrine alkaloids. The three add up to the 62.5 mg a serving that a badge beside the QR code states. Under them, in capitals, the panel says that it contains no 7-hydroxymitragynine. Another badge says the tablets are third-party lab tested. No laboratory, batch or certificate is named.[1]

The back of the same bottle: a Supplement Facts box, serving size 1/4 tablet, 20 servings per pack, Uncaria Tomentosa (Cat's Claw) 50mg, Kava 6.25mg, Kanna 6.25mg, CONTAINS NO 7-HYDROXYMITRAGYNINE; an FDA disclaimer; a QR code; badges reading 62.5MG Per Serving and Third Party Lab Tested; MADE IN CALIFORNIA, USA, Distributed By SOS Glass.
Figure 3. The Supplement Facts on the same bottle: cat's claw, kava and kanna, no Picralima, and a line saying it contains no 7-OH. The badge for third-party lab testing names no laboratory. [1]

The side panel. The directions tell adults to gently chew half a tablet in any 24-hour period, which is two of the panel's servings. The warning says the product can cause dependence, addiction and serious side effects, including nausea, hallucinations, breathing difficulties and death, and that it must not be taken with opioids, alcohol or other drugs.[1]

The side panel of the same bottle: Not for sale to minors 21+; Recommended Use: for adults only gently chew half tablet in any 24-hour period; a legal disclaimer; WARNING: this product may be harmful to your health and can cause dependence, addiction, and serious side effects, including nausea, hallucinations, breathing difficulties, and death.
Figure 4. The side panel: chew half a tablet a day, against a serving size of a quarter, and a warning that lists hallucinations, breathing difficulties and death. [1]

So the front names cat's claw and akuamma, and the Supplement Facts name cat's claw, kava and kanna. A buyer reviewing the pineapple flavour titled the post “treat cc kava kanna pineapple 250mg 5ct”, the back panel's version.[11] The product image posted with the first warning badges the bottle as a “Prop Blend”, a proprietary blend.[2]

A product render of a purple Treat Grape bottle on white, with badges reading PROP BLEND, 250 MG and 5 CT, a silver Treat logo and a bunch of grapes.
Figure 5. The product image a buyer posted with the first warning, on 2026-08-30. It badges the tablet as a proprietary blend. [2]

The retailer. Kures, an online smoke-shop retailer with its own dossier, lists all four flavours on a menu headed “best 7oh alternative prop blend tablet treat”, and files it under “cat's claws prop blend”.[12] Its description of the cherry tablet reads “a thoughtfully formulated botanical blend featuring cat s claw uncaria tomentosa kava and kanna enhanced with 7 hydroxymitragynine for experienced botanical enthusiasts”, and it promises an “elevated alkaloid profile designed for experienced users”. Its version of the Supplement Facts gives the same 50 mg of cat's claw but 62.5 mg each of kava and kanna, ten times the bottle's figures, which would make a quarter tablet weigh more than the whole serving it states. It also warns that “discontinuation after regular use may result in withdrawal symptoms”.[12] Those words are the retailer's, not the brand's. They say the tablet contains 7-OH; the bottle says it does not.

None of these statements has been tested. The label is a claim about what is in the tablet, and so is the retailer's page. Without a laboratory result, this dossier states only what each panel says and that they disagree.

What buyers report

We read every post and comment naming Treat in r/catsclaw, r/catsclawtablets and r/CorynoxineBCatsClaw from 2026-06-01 to 2026-10-21, through the Arctic Shift archive, and kept those from people who say they took it. Thirteen people did, in ten threads, between 2026-08-30 and 2026-10-16. We count each person once, however many threads they wrote in.[13]

What the person describes People
Hallucinations, a "trip", panic or psychosis 6
Vomiting, breathing trouble, or feeling strange or unwell 3
No effect, a bad taste, a zero score, or sickness that reads as withdrawal 4

Figure 6. A buyer's September 2026 review of the pineapple flavour, scored zero out of ten. [11]

The first report. On 2026-08-30 a buyer wrote: “i took one treat tab it took more than two hours to kick in”, then “what felt like a bad delta 9 or shroom trip rapid heart rate chills visual distortions”, and “it took seven hours for the worst of the effects to wear off”.[2] The same buyer wrote again in September that “i didn't feel normal for three days after taking one treat tab”,[14] and twice more after that, once that it “felt more like a bad mushroom trip than 7”.[10][15]

Others in the same thread. One reader replied that “they just got these in at a gas station near me”. Another wrote “i had to call off work next day because i was so fucked up”; another that it “felt like a terrible weed high super paranoid”. One who had taken Kream wrote “i took my normal 2 tablets and these are delayed acting and i thought i was dying”, and “i had short breath tingling thought a heart attack or panic attack was coming then i threw up”. Two found it inert or worse: “the pills tasted terrible they kinda burnt my throat”, and “something in it gets you a little buzzed but overall it is crap”.[2]

September and October. “The treat brand put me into a psychosis”, a reader wrote on 2026-09-23; in the same thread a buyer who had switched to Treat when another brand ran out wrote that they “got treat brand tabs and for 2 nights i've been fucked up sick”, which reads as withdrawal rather than an effect of the tablet.[14] On 2026-10-04 a reader “took half of one personally and felt very strange on it”, and called them the “only tabs i've ever flushed”; in the same thread the first reporter described a whole tablet as “a very unpleasant shroom trip i had tunnel vision racing heart rate and cottonmouth”.[10] On the bunk list of r/catsclawtablets: “treat brand literally just feels like thc i took 4 and it was way too much for me”.[16] On 2026-10-10 a buyer asking about another brand explained why: “after i got sent into a 12 hour trip from the treat brand”,[17] and later added that “i took 2 5 of the treat tabs and tripped absolutely balls for 12 hours while at work”.[3] Another reader in a gas-station thread summed it up as “claw treat will make ya trip”.[18]

The site's owner. The owner of this site bought a grape bottle and wrote about it on 2026-10-15, with the three photographs of the label used above. That post is a reader report like the others, and it is counted once in the table. They wrote that they had been “testing several products and ate a quarter tab from this and thought it didn't do anything”, and that “later in that same day i luckily only increased to half a tab”. They described the result as “somewhere between a disso an an anticholinergic”, and wrote that “i had strange visions and hallucinations for many hours” and that “it took almost two hours to kick in too”. They also wrote that “eating known good tabs on top of it only made it worse”.[1] In a comment the same day they gave the rest of the day: “i was testing like 5 new products and didn't know what the hell was making me trip out like that”, and “i had taken something kind of trippy before that a disso which wore off before i took it”.[18] Several other products, a dissociative earlier in the day and other tablets on top were all in their system. Their report cannot separate Treat from them, and they say so.

What readers think is in it. A commenter who says “i have many customers”, and so appears to sell these tablets, has written that “it was a tweaked version of kanna causing that”,[17] that “they are using an enhanced version of kanna extract”,[10] and, of what a chemist told them, “i'm being told it is a mesembrane extract just an extremely potent version of it”.[2] No document is offered. Other readers disagree: “kanna even at high doses does not cause hallucinations something else is in this”,[2] “kanna is not psychedelic even strong or modified extracts”,[10] and the site's owner, “i have done plenty of kanna whatever this is isn't that”.[1] Nobody has posted a test.

Lab results

The bottle says the tablets are third-party lab tested and names no laboratory. No certificate was found on the retailer's page, in the threads we read, or under the brand's names on the web. The QR code on the back panel had not been read when this was written. Nothing in /lab-results on this site concerns Treat.

If you bought Treat and had it tested, rate it below or comment on the thread at the foot of this page. A test of a sealed bottle would settle which of the three label versions, if any, is right.

Regulatory and legal

A web search on 2026-10-21 for Treat, Next-Gen Botanical Relief and SOS Glass with "FDA", "warning letter" and "recall" found nothing that names them. State warnings about tablets sold as cat's claw in 2026, in Utah, Tennessee and Virginia among others, named other brands.

Still open

Who makes Treat. The bottle names a distributor and nothing else; the brand has no site we could find.

Whether the SOS Glass on the bottle is the wholesaler at sosglassonline.com. They share a name and a trade; no document joins them.

What is in the tablet. Three versions of the label exist, and no test.

Whether Treat and Kream are one company. Readers say the bottles look alike. We found nothing that says who makes either.
