ShopZaza and Smoke Kind: two storefronts, one helpdesk, one certificate library, and what buyers report

Who they say they are, and what the record says

ShopZaza sells from shopzaza.com under the name Zaza Delivery. Its terms of service in May 2026 ended with "self care nationwide dba zaza delivery 20731 holyoke ave 1st floor lakeville minnesota 55044".[1] The October 2026 version says its services are "provided by self care nationwide doing business as zaza delivery", under Minnesota law, with disputes going to the "courts located in steele county minnesota".[2] The Lakeville address is a Regus building that rents "virtual offices" at "holyoke ave lakeville 55044".[3] The shipping policy gives a second address: "we ship from 16755 von kerman ave 200 irvine ca 92606".[4] The contact page lists "Phone 888 346 2795".[5]

Smoke Kind sells the same kind of stock from smokekind.com. Its terms say its services are "provided by paradigm ship doing business as smoke kind", and they are "governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of nevada".[7] Its contact page gives "5940 s rainbow blvd las vegas nv 89118" and "business phone number 833 776 9844".[8] Its shipping policy says "we ship from 4695 macarthur court suite 1100 newport beach ca 92660".[9]

Why this page treats them as one operation. On paper they are two businesses: two operator names, two states' laws, two phone numbers and two addresses. They also run as two Shopify stores, with different Google Analytics, Google Ads and Klaviyo accounts. Behind the storefronts, four things are shared:

• One helpdesk. Both stores load the same customer-support account. View the page source of the archived Smoke Kind home page from May 2026 and search for "richpanel". The script it loads carries tenantId=zaza750.[10] ShopZaza's contact page from the same month loads the same tenant, zaza750.[5] Each store has its own client number under that tenant: 7503 for Smoke Kind and 7501 for ShopZaza.
• One certificate library. ShopZaza's certificate page links 451 certificate files. 440 of them are stored in ShopZaza's own Shopify file store and 11 in Smoke Kind's.[11] Smoke Kind's certificate page links 505: 463 in ShopZaza's file store and 42 in its own.[12] 338 of the certificate filenames are the same on both pages. The links are in the page source of each capture.
• One photograph library. The archive holds 688 uploaded image files from shopzaza.com and 751 from smokekind.com. 225 filenames are the same on both.[13][14] They include phone-camera originals named by a random serial number, which two businesses would not share by accident. 34 product addresses are also the same on both, such as biscotti-cake-28-grams-hybrid[15][16] and burger-breath-bulk-indica.
• One set of terms. The two terms of service are the same text with the names swapped. Each ends with an SMS section in the same form, "sms terms conditions zaza delivery known as self care nationwide"[2] and "sms terms conditions smoke kind known as paradigm ship".[7]

Neither company says publicly that it owns the other, and this page does not yet quote a state registration for Self Care Nationwide or Paradigm Ship. A corporation named Self Care Nationwide Inc is listed by a business-data aggregator in Tustin, California, near the Irvine shipping address. We have not seen its filing, and nothing here says it is the same company.

shopzaza.com was registered on 22 February 2023[17] and smokekind.com on 11 November 2024. The smokekind.com name had an earlier owner, whose captures go back to 2016.[18] The oldest Reddit thread about the shop is from 26 October 2024, when a buyer asked about Zaza Delivery and noted they had "been seen them advertising on X lately".[19]

What they sell

The catalogue is hemp-law cannabis. ShopZaza's shop-all page in June 2026 counted "1109 products", and its filter showed "flower 794".[20]

THCA flower is sold by the 4 g, 14 g, 28 g, quarter pound, half pound and pound, under house lines. The menu reads "shop by brand zaza delivery boutique exotics good day littles brand westwest".[21] Smoke Kind's menu carries Boutique Exotics too.[10] The home page sells it as "100 federally legal", "safe legal and high quality every time".[21] See THCA. When THCA is heated it becomes THC, which is why it is sold to be smoked.

Delta-9 THC gummies. Yummy Gummy comes in packs of up to 900 mg: "our gummies offer a potent amount of d9 thc".[22] Dank Forest gives "serving size 50mg per gummy total active ingredient 100mg per package".[23]

Vapes and concentrates. These include 2 g THCA live-resin cartridges such as "pur vyb 2g thca live resin blue dream sativa",[24] a "muha meds 3 5g live resin vape",[25] live rosin, and moonrocks, hash and concentrates by the ounce. The FAQ says "we offer a variety of cbd hhc and thca products".[22] See HHC and CBD.

What buyers report

Method. Reddit was searched through PullPush on 6 October 2026 for "shopzaza", "shop zaza" and "zaza delivery", with every query paginated to the end.[26] That returned 467 items, and 442 contain one of the names. Many uses of "zaza delivery" are street slang for weed delivery in New York or Paris, and those were set aside. That left 400 items about this shop, from October 2024 to October 2026. All 400 were read. 33 copy-paste advertising comments were not counted. One review was also left out of every count because of a conflict of interest: it was posted by the owner of this site. Counts below are of distinct buyers writing about their own orders. The two largest subreddits were cross-checked against our own archive of every post since January 2024: r/THCaFlower has 21 posts naming ShopZaza or Zaza Delivery and 42 naming Smoke Kind, and r/CultoftheFranklin has 26 and 45.

Shipping. 19 buyers report an order that arrived without trouble. In 2025 one wrote "The shipping was very fast (3 days Ca to UT)".[27] Six describe a delay or a parcel that did not come. In 2025 one wrote that their "package is just bouncing around" Colorado post offices.[28] In 2026 another wrote that they "didn't get any product and no refund".[29] One 2026 post is titled "1/2 lb seized" and names the order as from Smoke Kind and Zaza Delivery. It does not say who seized it.[30] The refund policy says a damaged, incomplete or wrong order must be reported on the same day: "you must contact us on the day of delivery".[31]

What arrived. 24 buyers complain about the product: dry or harsh flower, mould, a wrong item or short weight. In 2025 one wrote "Ordered ounce of flower it was 25gs".[32] In 2026 another wrote "Terrible flower, moldy and nasty".[33] 43 praise it. In 2025 one buyer wrote that they were "enormously impressed at the quality of both the effects" and the flower.[34]

Lab results

Both stores publish a page of flower certificates, several hundred files each, and each page links into the other store's file store, as described above.[11][12] We read two of the files. Both are from Excelbis Labs, "excelbis labs 1920 e warner avenue santa ana ca 92705", and both name the client as "client hemp hill farms". One was "completed 05 05 2026".[35][36] Hemp Hill Farms is a grower, not the shop. A certificate made out to a farm describes what the farm sent the lab, and it does not show that the jar a buyer receives came from that batch. The two certificates test cannabinoids and moisture, and nothing else. They have no pesticide, heavy-metal, solvent or microbial panel. A buyer made the same point in September 2026: the certificates do not "include a pesticide or heavy metals screen".[37] Another wrote that Hemp Hill Farms "supplies most of the bud to like zaza delivery".[38] In 2025 a buyer of concentrates wrote that their strains did not have certificates listed.[28]

/lab-results on this site holds no test of either store's products. The lab_vs_label verdict is unknown because the product pages we read give no potency figure to compare a certificate with.

Allegations: who says what, why, and what we could check

This section sets out four claims. For each, it gives who makes the claim and what they stand to gain, what we could check, and how it stands. Nobody is named inside an allegation, and no allegation changes the score on its own.

1. That Smoke Kind and Zaza Delivery are the same company. Who: 24 Reddit buyers in 31 posts between June 2025 and October 2026. None is known to work for a competitor. A few promote other shops. What: "are the same company, sister sites";[39] "turns out they are a sister company of smoke kind";[28] "they sell mostly the same inventory and use the same pics";[40] "look like the exact same shop with the same products, prices, and pictures";[41] "They even share bud pics".[42] One buyer wrote that a reply to their refund request "stated Zaza delivery from smoke kind".[39] We have not seen that email. One post adds a third shop and says ShopZaza, "Smoke Kind & West West are all the same company".[43] WestWest is one of ShopZaza's house lines. Two posts name a third shop. We did not check it, and this page makes no claim about it. What we checked: the stores' own pages, and that check is the basis of this dossier: one helpdesk tenant, one certificate library, one photograph library and one set of terms, as described above. How it stands: confirmed by the stores' own systems, not by any statement from either company.

2. That orders arrive as a different product. Who: an anonymous buyer in February 2026, who called the shop a scam and said they would file a chargeback. What: "they will send you a completely different product than what you ordered", after the listing changed on the day it shipped.[44] In 2026 another buyer reported that the shop "tried randomly double charging my card weeks after delivery".[33] What we checked: nothing we can see from outside settles an individual order. Three buyers report payment problems, out of 400 items. How it stands: unresolved, and reported here as the buyers' accounts.

3. That the certificates are from a farm, and some are old. Who: a buyer in r/THCaFlower in September 2026, without a stated interest. What: that Hemp Hill Farms "supplies most of the bud to like zaza delivery", and that many certificates date from 2024.[38] What we checked: two certificates. Both name Hemp Hill Farms as the client, and one was completed in May 2026.[35][36] We did not date the other 336. How it stands: the farm is confirmed on the two we read. The age of the rest is unchecked.

4. Whether ShopZaza is tied to THCASmallBuds. This question came to us, and the answer is no. We compared the archived file lists of shopzaza.com and thcasmallbuds.com. They share 0 of 688 and 1,970 uploaded image files, and 0 of 88 and 222 product addresses.[13][45] The house brands differ, and so do the addresses, phone numbers, email domains, registrars and certificate labs: THCASmallBuds' certificates are from PharmLabs San Diego. No Reddit post among 400 here and 2,693 about THCASmallBuds asserts a tie between the two. Six posts name both, and all six are comparisons. We found no shared operation and no sign that one supplies the other.

Marketing

The home page promises "safe legal and high quality every time".[21] A product page says every product undergoes "rigorous lab testing to ensure they meet california's strict cannabis health and safety standards".[22] California's licensed-cannabis standard covers pesticides, heavy metals, solvents and microbes. The two certificates we read test potency and moisture only.[35]

Payment and refunds

The refund policy opens "all sales are final we do not offer refunds or returns unless outlined below".[31] Three buyers describe a double charge or a refund that did not come.[33][29]

Regulatory and legal

CourtListener's federal docket search returned no record for "self care nationwide", "shopzaza" or "zaza delivery" on 6 October 2026.[46] For "smoke kind" it returned ten hits, all unrelated. An fda.gov search found no warning letter under any of the names.[47]

Legal status. The site calls its stock "100 federally legal"[21] and says "our products are compliant with the 2018 farm bill making them federally legal".[48] That claim depends on the 2018 rule, which measures only delta-9 THC. Congress changed the definition in November 2025: hemp is now measured by total THC, including THCA, "changing the limit to a total thc concentration of less than 0 3 on a dry weight basis rather than only delta 9 thc".[49] The two certificates we read show 12.8% and 15.9% total THC. The change was due on 12 November 2026, and an act signed in September moved it to 11 December 2026 for naturally derived THC: "section 781 extension until december 11 2026".[50] No page we read mentions the change. The shipping policy does list the states where THCA and delta-8 are not sent: "this product is not available for shipment to the following states".[4]

Age. The terms say "you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age",[2] and the FAQ says "we strictly enforce this age requirement and ask for age verification at checkout".[22] In January 2026 a buyer who gave their age as 20 wrote that they were "so not old enough but practically there, my order went through", after skipping the ID scan.[51]

Still open

• The registrations. Neither operator's state filing is quoted here yet. A federal docket search under all four names returned nothing.[46]
• The helpdesk owner. The Richpanel tenant name zaza750 shows that one support account serves both stores. It does not show who holds the account.
• The certificates' age. Two of the 338 shared certificates were read. The other 336 were not dated.
• Contaminant tests. A pesticide, heavy-metal, solvent or microbial result was searched for on both certificate pages and in the two certificates read, and none was found.
