The two grades are never combined. Ours is what the record shows; theirs is what people who dealt with this entity say.

  • Is there an identifiable legal operator: a registered name, a jurisdiction, an address that resolves?

a California suite address, then a New Mexico one, and a card descriptor, RAW Enterprises; the terms name no company and the domain records no registrant; no state filing found

    Evidence: [8][9][7][6][2][3]

  • How long has it operated, by evidence: first archive capture, domain registration, oldest attributable post?

selling from November 2024 to at least October 2026 under three domains

    Evidence: [2][4][3][32]

  • Does it publish third-party certificates of analysis for what it sells?

per-batch certificates on product pages, as images; the page came down in January 2025 after a lab objected; SR-17018 tablet certificates by email only

    Evidence: [46][47][22][21]

  • Where there are results, do they agree with the label, the marketing and the reported effects?

a lab said a certificate was altered; every independent test found came in under the label, from 64.6% for a 90% powder to 89.8% for a 98% one; one powder failed a solvent limit

    Evidence: [46][48][49][50][52][53][54]

  • Are contents and amounts stated on the product?

labels printed before testing as a 'target'; SR-17018 tablets listed as T-shirts; AI-generated product images

    Evidence: [22][21][20]

  • No disease claims, no 'safe', no borrowed botanical names for synthetic compounds?

cancer, Parkinson's and fibromyalgia named in the FAQ; 'natural pain reliever'; 'not synthetic' for a lab-converted opioid; 'trusted manufacturer for leading brands' unsupported

    Evidence: [7][1][47][13][56]

  • Pattern of complaints about orders not arriving, long delays, no tracking?

19 of 238 large threads report delay, loss or an unanswered claim; most report fast delivery; UPS and FedEx each stopped carrying for it in 2026

    Evidence: [24][33][39][63][21]

  • Pattern of complaints about wrong, inert, contaminated or mislabelled product?

37 threads report weak or inert product, 16 smell, residue or wrong tablets, 6 illness, one a benzodiazepine-positive urine test

    Evidence: [24][48][35][36][37][30][34]

  • Chargebacks refused, refunds unanswered, processors dropped?

Venmo and Cash App closed; card processing lost in August 2025 and 7-OH moved to a crypto-only domain; Discover cut in 2026; all sales final; customers who charged back named on a public page

    Evidence: [7][59][60][21][42][43][44]

  • Warning letters, seizures, lawsuits, attorney-general actions, platform bans?

no FDA letter or court case found; carriers and card networks cut it off; sold MGM-15 to the day before it was placed in Schedule I

    Evidence: [57][58][63][21][66][67]

  • Is there any attempt to keep minors out?

a 21+ checkbox and a line of text

    Evidence: [5]

  • Does it say what the legal status of what it sells is, honestly, where it ships?

posts every federal scheduling step to customers, but calls its products research and educational, its 7-OH 'not synthetic', and lists only kratom bans as limits

    Evidence: [19][7][21][69]

The long read

Who they say they are, and what the record says

RAW sells 7-OH, the concentrated kratom-derived opioid, as flavoured tablets and powder, and since 2025 sells mitragynine, pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15, SR-17018 and a compound it calls C9 beside it. It opened as 7hydroxyRAW at 7hydroxyraw.com, “your trusted source for high quality 7 hydroxymitragynine raw isolate and tablets”,[1] and has traded since August 2025 as RAW MIT at rawmit.com. Buyers call it RAW, Raw Mit, 7HR or 7Raw. The domain 7hydroxyraw.com was registered on 2024-11-09 and archived the same day;[2] rawmit.com was registered on 2025-07-31.[3] The first Reddit post naming it, on 2024-11-26, began “have to share an online source i recently found”.[4]

A white pop-up over a greyed shop page: a broken logo image, the word 7hydroxyRAW, the text Welcome to 7hydroxyRAW! The content inside is strictly for adults 21+ who know how to keep it raw. Are you old enough to join the club?, an unticked checkbox reading I'm over 21 and ready for the party., and a button Show Me the Goods!
Figure 1. The age check on 7hydroxyRAW's home page in February 2025: a checkbox the visitor ticks. [5]

The terms say only that “this website is operated by 7hydroxyraw” and that “these terms are governed by the laws of the united states”;[6] they name no company, and neither domain record names a registrant. The FAQ says “credit card charges will appear on your statement as raw enterprises”.[7] The 2025 contact page gave a suite address in “solana beach ca 92075”, north of San Diego, and offered “a rare behind the scenes tour of one of our conversion labs”;[8] by September 2025 the address was in “roswell nm 88203 usa”.[9] Fulfilment moved to contract packers: “all orders are shipped out of utah”.[7] We found no state business filing under any of these names.

Early buyers repeated what the sellers told them. In December 2024 one wrote that “they were a bulk distributor that is currently coming to the market for individuals like us” and that “they are pumping out 150 kilos a month currently”;[10] another that “i got a dm from a dude telling me to check them out”;[11] a third that “i noticed they are located in san diego”.[12] A tablet listing called the store “a trusted manufacturer for leading brands”.[13] We found no record of which brands, if any. In 2026 buyers noticed RAW's tablets looked like other sellers': of 7 Stax tablets, “opened the package and they look the exact same”;[14] of Bronx Extracts', “the only difference is rawmit has a logo pressed into it”.[15]

What they sell

7-OH tablets and powders. The catalogue is flavoured tablets (Juicy Jolt, Cherry Icee, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lil' Nans, Rocket Pop, Blueberry Cheesecake and others) from 12 to 75 mg by label, and powders: Golden Dose, sold first as “golden dose 90 pure 7hydroxy isolate”,[5] later as an 81% powder, and from 2026 Platinum Dose, “platinum dose total alks 99 1 98 7 oh”.[16][17] In 2026 the listings print both a test figure and a label figure, as in “maple donut dye free batch tested 70 7mg total alks 66 6mg 7 oh bottle label 60mg”.[18] The FAQ explains how 7-OH is made: “we use a semi synthetic process that starts with mitragynine”.[7]

The RAW home page: a menu with Products, RAW Merch, FAQ, Looped In, Wall of Shame, Contact and Bulk Inquiries; the heading come to the RAW side...; and a grid of tablets pictured with fruit, ice cream cones, cereal and cheesecake, each titled with a flavour and a line such as Total Alks 49.8MG (23.7MG 7-OH/21.1MG MIT), with prices and Add to Cart.
Figure 2. rawmit.com in May 2026. The 7-OH tablets are sold by flavour, each title carrying a tested figure; the store said that April its main product images are AI-generated. [16]

Mitragynine. When the card processor dropped the store in August 2025, rawmit.com opened with mitragynine only: “at raw mit we specialize in high purity mitragynine raw isolate and tablets”.[19] The line now runs from powders such as “mitrasalt 82 total alks 77 8 mit salt based”[18] to “mocha rush mit tabs total alks 195mg 159mg mit no 7 oh”.[16]

Pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and SR-17018 (2025 to August 2026). By May 2026 the menu read “mgm 15 non 7 oh sr reset mode” and listed tablets such as “salted caramel kick 35mg mgm 15 no 7 oh” and “peanut butter jelly 6 19mg mgm 15 no 7 oh”, and a “paeon powder pseudoindoxyl salt”.[16] SR-17018, a synthetic opioid, was sold as Reset Mode with the line “this product is intended for research purposes only and is not for human consumption”; the listing's text still carried markup pasted from a chatbot conversation, “data testid conversation turn 80 data scroll anchor true data turn assistant”.[20] In July 2026 the store's bulletin called the Reset Mode restock “a nice parachute should you need one”, and in August it wrote that “our reset mode tabs are made using 99 active sr 17018” and that “they are currently listed as t shirts and will be added to inventory shortly with our other t's”.[21] SR-17018's tablet certificates were offered only on request: “if you'd like to review the coas for any of our reset mode products just send us an email”.[21]

A product page for RESET MODE - SR-17018 under the brand RAW MIT: a photograph of white powder, five stars, quantities of 1 gram, 2.5 grams and 5 grams, a bold disclaimer that the product is intended for research purposes only and is not for human consumption, and text that the COA is back and testing at 99.8% according to Wonderland Labs.
Figure 3. SR-17018, a synthetic opioid, sold as Reset Mode in February 2026: research only, not for human consumption, in gram jars. [20]

C9 (after August 2026). After MGM-15 was scheduled the menu gained “c9”,[18] sold as “cherry lime slush c9 9 hydroxycorynantheidine 50mg”, which the listing says is “known to interact with opioid receptors primarily mu receptors as a partial agonist”.[22] Corynantheidine is a kratom alkaloid; the 9-hydroxy derivative has no page here. In October 2026 buyers discussed flavoured tablets with no active ingredient, “7 zero tabs”, which one called “one step away from selling placebo tabs without you knowing”.[23] We did not find that listing archived.

A product page for CHERRY LIME SLUSH - C9 - 50MG under RAW MIT, with quantities from 5 to 500, a disclaimer, and a bold line: LABELED MG IS A TARGET, labels are printed in bulk, not per batch. Actual potency is confirmed by the COA (often higher). The description names C9 as 9-hydroxycorynantheidine.
Figure 4. The C9 tablet in August 2026, after the MGM-15 order: a corynantheidine derivative with, the listing says, a pre-printed label that is a target. [22]

What buyers report

We searched the local Arctic Shift archive of 33 subreddits (7-OH, MGM-15 and cat's claw) on 2026-10-17 for every name the store has used, its initials and the phrase buyers used to avoid naming it. We found 2,244 posts by 1,157 authors from November 2024 to October 2026; 123 of them, by 94 authors, are in the MGM-15 subreddits. The archive holds posts, not comments, so a mention only in a comment is not counted. Posts peaked at 141 to 188 a month from January to July 2025 and have run at 57 to 99 a month since. We sorted the 238 threads with the name in the title and 25 or more comments by what the opening post describes, and read 105 of them in full with their comments.[24] A thread counts once in each row it fits:

What the opening post describes Threads
Praise, a haul, a recommendation 77
Tablets or powder weak, underdosed or without effect 37
Lab results posted, disputed or asked about 19
An order late, lost, misdelivered, or a claim unanswered 19
Solvent smell, residue, mould, odd taste or an unfamiliar tablet 16
Shills, the Wall of Shame, legal threats, the store's replies 11
Bans, the August 2025 move, carriers, the comment campaign 10
Mitragynine, MGM-15, C9 or alkaloid-free tablets 9
Illness after a dose 6
Card processing lost, crypto only 5
Short count or broken tablets 3
A lookalike site or a reseller 2

A question with no report 53

Praise is the largest row. Buyers praise the flavours, the price and the speed: “within 15 mins i felt my pain start to subside”, wrote a buyer in December 2024;[25] “so much smoother honestly seems more potent”, wrote another in August 2026.[26] Of its MGM-15 tablets, a buyer wrote in May 2026 that “now im sticking to rawmit for now”.[27] In July 2025 one buyer stocked 520 tablets: “bought all these because of the supposed ban in california”.[28] Others thought the praise was organised; in February 2025 a buyer asked “is raw compensating these people or something”.[29] One account posted 32 of the 2,244 posts, many of them praise or promotions.

Weak batches. Complaints of weak product come in waves: spring 2025, autumn 2025 and since the federal notices of 2026. In May 2025 a buyer whose order was labelled “the cherry ice was testing at 36 91mg of 7” asked whether it held any 7-OH at all;[30] in September 2026 another “compared two of their newest 12mg batches to my last three 12mg batches” and found the new ones weaker;[31] in October 2026 a buyer took three 75 mg tablets “and literally felt nothing”.[32]

Smell, residue, illness. Of the Golden Dose powder, buyers wrote in 2025 that “powder arrived wet reeked of acetone”[33] and that “7hydroxyraw has a lot of nastiness in their powder”, posting a cloudy solution.[34] In May 2025 a buyer described “late april another bad batch that smelled solventy and made me sick”.[35] In September 2026 a year-long customer wrote of a post-August batch: “i felt violently ill nauseas woozy extreme headache fatigue stomach cramps”, and that the store said its testing was sound and “they offered me store credit”.[36]

A urine test. In March 2026 a buyer on pre-trial supervision wrote that after taking Platinum Dose he “tested positive for fucking benzos”, that a switch to Golden Dose gave a clean test, and that the positive returned when he went back to Platinum.[37] He posted redacted court papers the next day, saying “my test came back from the lab and was confirmed that a substance”, oxazepam, was present.[38] Commenters offered other explanations; a laboratory replied “we can test it in our lab”.[37] We found no test of that powder for benzodiazepines. Alkaloid Consumers' test of Platinum Dose that month screened alkaloids and solvents, not benzodiazepines (see Lab results).

Delivery and claims. Most delivery reports are of speed. The failures are a parcel “delivered but to the wrong address” with no help from the store,[39] a 90-day wait for a reply,[33] a short count, “ordered 30 green apple tabs they sent me 25”,[40] and a shortage claim refused with the reply, as the buyer quoted it, that “we hand pack low count orders”.[41] The refund policy says “all purchases are final and non refundable” and “the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for a refund”.[42]

The Wall of Shame. Since 2025 the store has kept a page of customers it accuses of fraud, “our karma queue aka the chargeback chronicles”, which it calls “anonymous and compliant with privacy standards but just enough to hold folks accountable”.[43] The archived page prints first names, surname initials, cities, parts of email addresses and one buyer's Reddit name. A second page, the chargeback index, says “the uncensored list is shared with vetted vendors”.[44] Buyers were divided; one called it “a place dedicated to calling out people who attempt to rip them off with charge backs”.[45]

Lab results

The store posts certificates as images on each product page, usually several per batch. What buyers argued about is whether they match the product.

January 2025: a certificate the laboratory disowned. A buyer noticed that a Juicy Jolt certificate's tablet weight and concentration did not multiply to the figure shown, and wrote to the laboratory, NN Analytics. The buyer posted the reply, signed by the laboratory's president: “the original coa reflects the intended value of 28 94mg tablet”, against 29.94 mg on the store's copy; “we genuinely have a situation where a client of ours has falsified our results altered our coa and claimed it as their own”; and “we will stop analyzing any and all samples from 7hydroxyraw starting today 1 24 25”. The store's certificates came down that day.[46] By July 2025 its Labs page held no certificates, only an essay: “coas are a tool not the final word”, and “we encourage customers to look at the full experience not get caught up in minor fluctuations between test results”.[47]

A page headed LABS under the 7hydroxyRAW logo and a menu with Wall of Shame and Looped In. A banner reads Plant-based relief that actually works, a powerful, natural alternative to manage pain, ease stress, improve sleep and enhance clarity, without pharma side effects. The text begins Let's Talk Lab Testing: Why COAs Aren't Always the Whole Story and has bold lines: COAs Are a Tool, Not the Final Word; no standardized testing protocol; no lab test is perfect.
Figure 5. The Labs page in July 2025, six months after a laboratory said one of the store's certificates had been altered: an essay on why certificates vary, and no certificate. [47]

February and March 2025: the TestMyKratom tests. A buyer sent Golden Dose, sold as 90%, through TestMyKratom to Cora Science: “the actual 7 oh level measured in the same was only 64 6 vs the claim of 90”, and methylcyclohexane, a solvent, at “1755 microgram g vs a limit of 1180”.[48] In March TestMyKratom posted tests by Anresco Laboratories of tablets it said it bought sealed from the site: three 30 mg tablets at 19.9 to 20.9 mg, including “7 oh claim 30mg per tablet lab result 20 51mg per tablet grade c”,[49] then a 40 mg tablet at “lab result 30 69mg per tablet grade b”, two 30 mg tablets at 27.4 and 27.0 mg, and Golden Dose again at “lab result 63 38 powder grade c”. It added that it was writing “in light of raw sending us a cease desist yesterday”.[50] The store's statement, as a buyer posted it, blamed “yet another smear campaign from people threatened by our success”, said “so we rushed them to infinite chemical analysis labs for potency testing the results just came back 33mg”, and that “tmk was sent a cease and desist today giving them 24 hours to take down their falsified labs or face legal action”.[51] We found no lawsuit. The store later published its own test of a TestMyKratom tablet that, it said, contained SR-17018 although “tmk specifically states that the product does not contain sr 17018”.[21]

November 2025 and March 2026. TestMyKratom posted a third set, from a report dated in July: “potency claim 15mg per tablet lab result 12 47mg per tablet grade b” and “potency claim 50mg per tablet lab result 44 19mg per tablet grade b”.[52] In March 2026 Alkaloid Consumers had Cora Science test both powders. Platinum Dose, named on the certificate as “raw platinum dose total alks 99 1 98 7 oh”, measured “7 hydroxymitragynine report results 89 8”;[53] Golden Dose, sold as 81%, measured “7 hydroxymitragynine report results 69 8”.[54][55] Both passed every solvent limit. Every independent result found came in below the label.

Page one of a Cora Science certificate of analysis for client Alkaloid Consumers, sample RAW PLATINUM DOSE - TOTAL ALKS 99.1% (98% 7-OH), photographed in two RAW pouches; results: 7-Hydroxymitragynine 89.8 w/w%, Mitragynine 1.18, Total Mitragyna Alkaloids 91.1; residual solvents all below the limit of quantitation, PASS.
Figure 6. An independent test of Platinum Dose, March 2026: sold as 98% 7-OH, measured at 89.8%. Solvents passed. [53]

The labels. The store's own explanation of a gap is that labels are printed before testing: “labeled mg is a target labels are printed in bulk not per batch actual potency is confirmed by the coa often higher”,[22] and “the milligram listed on the label reflects our target potency because we print labels in large quantities before production and testing”. In the same bulletin: “please note that our main product image is ai generated for consistency”. It has also blamed a laboratory: in October 2025, “infinite chemical analysis let us know there was an error on their part”.[21] In June 2026 it described someone else's altered certificate, a copy of its site selling another brand's tablets, where “the official coa reported 45mg per tablet while the version being displayed had been changed to 51mg per tablet”, and warned that “the domains rawmitt com rawmit org and rawmit net are using our brand name to impersonate us”.[21]

Marketing

The 2024 home page said 7-OH “may help manage discomfort providing a natural alternative for those seeking relief from chronic pain”.[1] The 2025 FAQ said “many of our customers live with severe chronic pain ranging from cancer and parkinson's to fibromyalgia and other long term conditions”, and “while 7 oh is lab converted it is not synthetic”.[7] The Labs page's banner read “plant based relief that actually works”.[47] A buyer who liked the store wrote in July 2025 that “they literally make medical claims about 7oh all over their website”.[56] From August 2025 the home page said “our products are intended strictly for research and educational purposes only”,[19] beside tablets sold by flavour and a dosing guide.

Regulatory and legal

In July 2025 FDA “announced seven recent warning letters sent to companies for illegally marketing products containing 7 hydroxymitragynine”; none went to this store.[57] Federal docket and openFDA searches for its names returned nothing.[58] The actions against it came from payment companies and carriers, by its own account and its buyers'.

Payment. By mid-2025 “our cashapp and venmo accounts have been closed likely due to the nature of what we offer”.[7] On 2025-07-31 buyers reported an email that “they are saying they have to shut down by monday due to their credit card processors refusing to allow payment for the sale of 7 oh”.[59] Within days 7-OH left the site, “it also looks like their domain changed to rawmit com”, and buyers were told “they are moving domains and are only going to be accepting btc”;[60] the crypto shop was rawalx.com.[61] The store reopened for 7-OH on 21 August; a buyer summed up the episode as “their card processor dropped them”.[62] In September 2026 the store wrote “we received an unexpected update from our payment processor today and were instructed to disable discover transactions immediately”.[21]

Carriers. In March 2026 the store told customers, as a buyer relayed it, that “ups demanded they immediately stop using their service for shipping 7oh”.[63] In July: “we were just notified that fedex has pulled our account effective immediately”.[21]

The federal actions. The DEA gave notice on 2026-07-06 that it intends to place 7-OH above a threshold in Schedule I.[64] The store's bulletins urged customers to comment, and paid for it: a 2025 petition giveaway offered “a chance to win 100 dollars in store credit”,[56] and in July 2026 a discount, “your one time code is save7oh if you successfully submitted your federal comment”.[21] A buyer reported the store “completely shocked that not even a 1 3 of their customer base had sent in screenshots of submitted comments”.[65] It also wrote that “our bank has now confirmed that we may continue accepting orders unless and until an official scheduling notice is published in the federal register”, and that “we are not producing any new batches of 7 oh mgm pseudo or reset mode products”.[21]

The DEA's order placing MGM-15, MGM-16 and mitragynine pseudoindoxyl in Schedule I says “this temporary order is effective august 26 2026 until august 26 2028”.[66] The store's notice of 2026-08-25: “today at 1 pm mountain time is the last day to order mgm pseudo”. The same notice said of SR-17018 that it “has not been scheduled at this time it remains in limbo”.[21] Two days later the DEA ordered SR-17018 into Schedule I: “this temporary order is effective august 27 2026 until august 27 2028”.[67] Reset Mode was gone from the menu in the next capture we found.[18] On 2026-10-14 the DEA issued a second notice covering 7-OH and pseudoindoxyl;[68] neither 7-OH notice is an order, and the store was selling 7-OH tablets in its latest capture.[18]

Disclosure and age

The site has a checkbox age gate and the line “must be 21 years or older to purchase from this website”.[5] Its shipping limits are kratom bans: “we cannot ship to specific cities or counties in otherwise eligible states including san diego ca”,[69] a few miles from its first address. Its footer says “the fda has not approved kratom as a dietary supplement”.[5] It told customers each federal step as it came; it did not tell them on its product pages that 7-OH is a semi-synthetic opioid under a scheduling notice.

Still open

  • Who owns it. We found no business filing for 7hydroxyRAW, RAW MIT or RAW Enterprises; no domain record names a registrant; the terms name no company.[6][2]
  • The altered certificate. The laboratory's statement reached us through a buyer's post;[46] we did not see the original certificate.
  • The benzodiazepine report. No test of the powder for benzodiazepines was found.[37]
  • Manufacturing. The claims that it manufactures for other brands and that its tablets match 7 Stax's and Bronx Extracts' are unconfirmed either way.[13][14][15]
  • Payment. Card processors' letters were described by buyers, not seen.[59]
