The long read

Who they say they are, and what the record says

7OH Hub sells 7-OH. Not kratom leaf: the opioid alkaloid 7-hydroxymitragynine, as powders sold by purity, pressed tablets and sublingual strips, by mail from a website at 7ohhub.com. In 2026 it also sold MGM-15. Its first archived home page, in December 2024, called itself “your premier destination for high quality 7oh products”.[1] Buyers write the name a dozen ways: 7ohhub, 7OHHUB, 7oh hub, 7-OH Hub, 7•Hub, 7hub, or just the Hub. Its laboratories address their certificates to The HUB.

A square logo on a dark page: 7.OH in black on an orange band, and below it 7• HUB in black on white; a menu reading Home, Shop, Blog, Our Story, Contacts.
Figure 1. The storefront on 2024-12-15, the archive's first capture: the logo buyers compared to a pornographic site's, and a cart at zero. [1]

The domain was registered on 2024-10-09 through Network Solutions, with the registrant hidden behind a privacy service.[2] The archive first captured the store on 2024-12-15,[3] and the first Reddit post naming it is from 2024-12-28. That buyer wrote: “never heard of em site looks a little sketchy but the price on powders is decent”.[4]

The website never prints a company name or a street address. Everything else points to New York. The terms say “you agree that the laws of the state of new york” govern any dispute.[5] By January 2026 the contact page gave “support 7ohhub com 347 349 0130”, a New York City area code.[6] A blog post on the site, dated July 2025, promised “local nyc distribution same day delivery and local pickups in select boroughs”.[7]

The certificates say where. A Cora Science report issued in September 2025 names the client, “client the hub”, at a street address on Kew Forest Lane in Queens, “flushing ny 11375”, and records that its second revision “changed customer information”.[8] ZIP code 11375 is Forest Hills. Buyers said the same from the start: “where does 7oh hub ship from forrest hills ny”,[9] and “7ohhub site appears to be in queens nyc so for local people it is a great option”.[10] The shop charges New York sales tax, which most of its competitors do not; a buyer reported that “they did ask their accountant about the tax but no they have to collect tax”.[11] Other buyers place it on Long Island: “i heard they are doing local pickup now in long beach”,[12] and a sceptic wrote that “the address they list as their business address is an empty house in inwood ny”.[13] Where that address is listed could not be found.

No company named for 7OH Hub appears in New York's register of active corporations.[14] See Still open.

The Stardust question

From its first week buyers have said the Hub is Stardust Kratom, an older 7-OH seller, under another name. On 2024-12-29 a buyer noticed that two of its tablets matched Stardust's: “the tabs are stardust tabs”. A reply written in Stardust's voice answered “we are not affiliated with this company we no longer use nn for our products labs”.[15] The claim did not go away. “bruh this is just stardust sister company lol”, one buyer wrote in January 2025.[16] Another said “they ship from the same place and one of the extras they gave me was a stardust product”.[17] By May: “people have gotten hub tabs as free ies from stardust and vice versa”.[18] In August 2026, “7hub and sd are the same ppl”.[19]

Others disagreed. “they are definitely not stardust no way for anyone following”;[20] “7ohhub is not stardust they are completely different companies just look at their menus”.[21] One buyer asked Stardust directly: “i asked stardust they said no tho lol”.[22] Of the 322 posts read for this dossier, 25 threads raise the question.[23]

One thing can be checked on the Hub's own site. Its WordPress publishes an author page for a user named stardustkratom, archived on 2025-10-11.[24] An account by that name can post on the Hub's website. That is a shared login, not a shared owner, and nothing read for this dossier settles which.

What they sell

Powders, 2024 and 2025. The Hub began with 7-OH powders sold by purity, 70%, 85% and 90%, then added an 80%, a “Shatter”, Sunshine, Crystal Fluff and White Berserk, each in numbered versions. The October 2026 home page lists “hub signature fluff 7ohm powder v 11” and “hub signature white berserk v 8 7ohm powder coa coming”.[25]

Tablets and strips. From the start it sold 20 mg tablets and 20 and 30 mg strips, then its own pressed tablets, up to a house 100 mg tablet and flavoured bulk packs of 28 to 100 mg.

Pseudoindoxyl. In 2025 it sold mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, another opioid made from kratom alkaloids, as tablets and a powder. The powder was named “62 mitragynine pseudoindoxyl powder”, and its description said “featuring 480mg mitragynine pseudoindoxyl delivering over 627mg of total alkaloids per gram”.[26] That is 48% pseudoindoxyl in a product named 62%; the 62 is the total of all alkaloids.

MGM-15. By January 2026 the home page listed a powder of MGM-15, a semi-synthetic opioid made from a kratom alkaloid: “shop 91 dihydro 7 hydroxymitragynine alkaloid powder mgm15”.[27] Buyers in MGM-15 forums describe salts and freebase powders from 77% to 99%: “7ohhub also has the 99 mgm 15 platinum freebase powder”.[28] The DEA placed MGM-15 in Schedule I from 2026-08-26.[29] No MGM-15 product appears on the home page archived on 2026-10-17, though its copy still reads “from pseudo to mgm15 and 7 hydroxymitragynine and more”.[25]

After MGM-15. In October 2026 an “Alkaloid Vault” range sells 9-O-desmethylmitragynine (9-ODM), a kratom alkaloid derivative this site has no page for, including “alkaloid vault 5ct 50mg 9odm 75mg kava”, and “alkaloid vault 77 mitragynine salt oxalate powder”.[25] Two buyers in 2026 describe buying SR-17018, a synthetic research opioid, from the Hub: “just bought from 7ohhub and it's legit sr and mgm”,[30] and, in a forum for that drug, “i chose to order from this company because their lab reports are thorough”.[31] No SR-17018 listing was found in the archived pages.

What buyers report

Every post in the local Arctic Shift archive of 7-OH, kratom and MGM-15 forums was searched on 2026-10-17 for every spelling of the name. 322 posts name it, in 18 subreddits, from 2024-12-28 to 2026-09-29. All 259 with comments were read with their comment threads, and the 63 without as posts.[23] A crosspost counts once in each subreddit, and a thread can fall into several groups.

What the thread says about the Hub Threads
Praise 155
An order delivered as described 51
A problem the shop then put right 38
Courier or dispatch delay 36
Short weight, short count, a wrong or crushed product 35
A chemical taste or smell 29
Weak or ineffective 27
A remedy refused, or no reply 21
A buyer made ill 12
Charged, and nothing sent 4

Praise is the most common thing in the threads. “if they make a mistake they are fast to compensate”, one buyer wrote in March 2025.[32] A buyer who had complained about the 85% powder came back: “shit is actually really good”.[33]

Weight. The complaints that recur are about grams. In February 2025 a buyer who ordered five grams got out a scale and “weighed the 7ohhub powder and sure enough it was only 1g”.[17] Another, shorted on two grams, was told “we use a very expensive scale and we pre pack all the powders into containers”.[34] Several were made whole: “they overnighted me the missing g and threw in an extra g of the shatter stuff”.[17][35] Not all. A buyer promised a missing gram in July 2025 wrote a week later, “the lack of communication is wild especially since they said they would expedite something last week”.[36] In November 2025 a buyer's public complaint about a missing tablet ended with the shop sending a parcel by second-day air; a commenter on the follow-up noted “notice how op mentions he was given product beyond what he paid for”.[37][13]

Taste, and buyers made ill. From the first weeks some buyers tasted solvent in the powders: “the 70 and 85 from 7oh hub have that same distinctive chemical taste and smell”,[38] and “beware tastes and smells like solvents powders do not hit well at all either”.[39] One buyer of the 70% wrote “by day three the morning dose i threw up and got dizzy after dosing”.[40] In August 2025 another: “i got three grams and it made me sick”, and of the shop's answer, “i told them and they basically told me everyone else loves it”.[41] In March 2026: “their 73 smelled and tasted like solvents when i told them they were pretty rude about it”.[42] The certificates the shop publishes for these powders report residual solvents under the pharmacopoeia limits; see Lab results.

Orders not sent. Four threads describe a charge with no parcel. “money is gone from my account and no order shipped”, a buyer wrote in August 2025.[43] In November: “not shipped at all in 8 days since ordering not a word back from their support”.[44] A buyer who needed a parcel before a trip was told of “an error with not syncing over to our shippo”, the shipping software.[45]

Florida. When Florida banned 7-OH by emergency rule in August 2025, a buyer who had just ordered asked whether it would come; the answer was “yeah but they don't ship here anymore”.[46] The site's list of places it will not ship to added Florida by January 2026: “union county mississippi louisiana and florida”.[47]

Affiliates, raffles and spoons

The Hub recruits buyers to promote it. In February 2025 a poster wrote “i just got an affiliate code to give out from 7oh hub”.[48] In October 2025 it ran a sale with a raffle and a referral contest for store credit, and the same shout-out appeared under several accounts across the forums. A reader replied “spamming all the subreddits to get more referrals racked up to win the store credit contest is a smart move i guess”.[21] In 2026 it packed giveaway spoons in orders, a few of them prizes: “each month there are two spoons which are significantly better than the others out in circulation that are pre chosen to be winners”.[49] In September 2026 a reader of the main 7-OH forum wrote “i really cannot believe i just saw a 7 hub add on disney plus”.[50] Buyers who post praise are told they are shills, and one early reviewer was wary of the reverse: “i find it kinda weird when people post reviews talking about the owner by name”.[16] 45 threads touch on affiliates, giveaways or shilling.[23]

Chargebacks

In October 2026 the shop's menu has a page headed “if you think you got free product you got another thing coming”. It lists customers by first name and initial: “the individuals listed below are associated with reported payment disputes chargebacks or alleged fraudulent activity”, with an amount beside each.[51] The same site's home page offers “hassle free return policy” and, in its banner, “all sales final on 7oh products”.[25]

The banner of the October 2026 home page: LOVEHUB = 12% off, then warnings reading USPS delays scanning beyond our control and All sales final on 7OH products, and a note about potential federal action involving 7OH following the August 5th announcement.
Figure 2. The top of the home page on 2026-10-17: all sales final on 7-OH, and a note on the federal action. Lower on the same page the shop promises a hassle-free return policy. [25]

If you bought from 7OH Hub and had a product tested, rate it below or comment on the thread at the foot of this page.

Lab results

The site promises testing of every batch. In 2025: “we proudly test every batch through iso accredited laboratories”.[52] In 2026 it names the laboratories: “every batch of our products undergoes rigorous laboratory testing at iso certified facilities such as cora and anresco”.[53] Its first certificates, in 2024, came from NN Analytics, a laboratory some buyers do not trust: “i was interested until i saw labs from nn”.[4] From January 2025 it used Anresco of San Francisco, and from June 2025 Cora Science of Austin. Every certificate read names the client as The HUB.

Anresco Laboratories certificate dated February 02, 2025, client THE HUB, description 85% 7OH Powder A, lot 01012025_85A: 7-OH mitragynine 88.978%, mitragynine pseudoindoxyl 5.869%, total alkaloids 95.289%.
Figure 3. The certificate for the powder sold as 85%: 89.0% 7-OH and 5.9% pseudoindoxyl, by Anresco. The client is The HUB. Signature cropped. [54]

The powders are stronger than their names. The Anresco certificates of February 2025 test the powder sold as 85% at 88.978% 7-OH with 5.869% pseudoindoxyl: “85 7oh powder a”, “88 978 5 869”.[54] The 70% tested at 74.646% (“70 7oh powder”, “74 646”),[55] and the 90% at 93.692%.[56] The same 85% sample passed a residual-solvent screen against the United States Pharmacopeia's limits, with 640 ppm of ethyl acetate and 490 ppm of methanol, both well under them.[57] A buyer explained the renaming: “it was called 85 now it's called 88 because it was actually 88 the whole time”.[58] For a powder measured by the milligram a higher purity is a higher dose. A buyer who doses the 70% as 70% takes about 7% more 7-OH than intended.

The house tablet matches. A tablet sold as The Hub 100mg tested at 103.72 mg of 7-OH: “the hub 100mg”, “103 72”.[59]

Anresco Laboratories certificate dated July 28, 2025, client THE HUB, description The Hub 100mg: 7-OH mitragynine 103.72 mg per serving, serving weight 0.4702 g.
Figure 4. The house 100 mg tablet, tested at 103.7 mg of 7-OH in a tablet weighing 0.47 g. Signature cropped. [59]

The Cora Science certificate of September 2025 for an orange powder reports “7 hydroxymitragynine report results 77 5”, with 1.19% pseudoindoxyl, and solvents under the pharmacopoeia limits.[8] It tests one sample bag, photographed with a handwritten label, and says what was in that bag.

Part of a Cora Science certificate: a red foil bag hand-labelled 7OH Powder 8152025, sample name 7OHM Powder Organge, received 26 August 2025, issued 4 September 2025; 7-hydroxymitragynine 77.5%, mitragynine pseudoindoxyl 1.19%, total Mitragyna alkaloids 79.0%.
Figure 5. A Cora Science certificate of September 2025 for an orange powder, 77.5% 7-OH. The customer block above this crop names The HUB and a street address in ZIP code 11375, Queens. [8]

Versions outrun certificates. In October 2026 the lab page lists its newest powder reports as “berserk coa v1 berserk coa v2 berserk coa v3 fluff v 1 fluff v 2 fluff v 3”.[53] The shop on the same day sells Fluff version 11 and White Berserk version 8, the latter marked “coa coming”.[25] In September 2025 a Crystal Fluff was likewise sold “available now pending coa”.[52] In March 2026 an MGM-15 buyer wrote “they did a presale and said they would release labs after and never did”.[60] MGM-15 buyers say the Hub's MGM-15 was tested at a different laboratory from its 7-OH, and one would “be happy if 7ohhub was using sdpharm or cora for their mgm 15”.[61] Another, of a powder sold as 77%: “i hate that they label that as 77 when its only actually 64 mgm and 13 other alkaloids”.[62] A buyer of a 91.4% MGM-15 received another powder in its bag: “ordered 2 more but they sent me the regular fb instead it was in the 91 4 package”.[63]

Two disputes. In March 2025 a hobbyist who pays for tests sent one sample of another vendor's powder to three laboratories and found that Anresco's result looked like the Hub's: “anresco got an alkaloid profile that is basically identical to the 7ohhub 80 powder where there was 1180 ppm methanol”.[64] He did not claim the Hub altered anything, and readers in the thread drew other conclusions. In July 2025 the 7 Kings shop advertised a powder with the Hub's certificate. A reader asked “why'd you steal the 7ohhub lab tho”, and 7 Kings answered that “the material that is on 7ohhub and ours is the from the exact same extraction lab”.[65] See our 7 Kings dossier.

This site's lab-results section holds no test of a 7OH Hub product.

Regulatory and legal

The FDA “announced seven recent warning letters sent to companies for illegally marketing products containing 7 hydroxymitragynine” on 2025-07-15; 7OH Hub is not among the seven.[66] An FDA site search for its names on 2026-10-17 returned no action.[67] CourtListener's federal search for the same names returned no case.[68]

The federal rules have moved under it. On 2026-07-06 the DEA gave notice that it intends to place 7-OH above a set threshold in Schedule I.[69] Its temporary order on mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16 took effect on 2026-08-26: “this temporary order is effective august 26 2026 until august 26 2028”.[29] The Hub had sold pseudoindoxyl and MGM-15. On 2026-10-14 the DEA published a new notice of intent covering 7-OH and pseudoindoxyl above a threshold.[70] The shop's banner says “we are actively monitoring the potential federal action involving 7oh following the august 5th announcement”.[25] On 2026-10-17 it was still selling 7-OH.

The site carries a dependence warning and a list of states it will not ship to, which in 2025 began “this product is not available for shipment to the following states alabama arkansas indiana rhode island wisconsin”.[71] The age check is a box: “are you over 21 years old yes i am no i am not”.[47] The shop has offered rewards for accounts since early 2025: “plus earn cash back rewards when you create an account”.[72]

Still open

Who runs it. The site names no company, the domain record is private, and a search of New York's corporation register found nothing under the name. The address on the certificates is a street in Forest Hills; county records of assumed business names in Queens and Nassau are the next place to look.

Whether the Hub and Stardust Kratom are one business. Buyers have said so for two years and Stardust has denied it; the Hub's own website has an author account under Stardust's name. Stardust's own records, read the same way as these, would answer it.

What was in the MGM-15 and SR-17018 the Hub is said to have sold, and until when. No certificate for either was found in the archived lab pages.
