MGMPF: an Illinois MGM-15 seller from a Discord server to a web shop, its certificates, and the test it failed

Who they say they are, and what the record says

MGMPF sold MGM-15, a semi-synthetic opioid made from a kratom alkaloid, as powder by the gram and later as tablets. The letters stand, on its own pages, for “making great memories por favor”.[1] Buyers write it MgmPF, MGM-PF or just PF.

It began on Discord under another name. On 2025-06-19 the account that speaks for it, u/-FAD3D-, announced an “mgm sale today on sryd discord sort of a grand opening sale”.[2] Two weeks later the same account wrote that “mgmpf formally sryd has mgm for sale site hopfully comming soon”.[3] Buyers call the seller Faded after the handle. The domain mgmpf.com was registered on 2025-07-23, with no registrant named in the record.[4] The website took six more months; the vendor blamed the delay on a relative, “my uncle is taking his sweet time getting it together”,[5] and in December on its builder, saying the site was “getting it fixed by someone new as we speak”.[6] On 2026-01-14 it posted that the “site is finally open”, at “the buisness name dot com”.[7]

The site names its operator. The terms speak for MGMPF LLC: “products sold through mgmpf llc are intended solely for lawful and logical purposes”, and “these terms are governed by the laws of the state of illinois”.[8] The contact page gives a “location 1760 walbash ave 13251 springfield il 62704 usa”, a 217 telephone number, an email address, and says “telegram best way to reach me”.[9] The street is printed as Walbash; the number after it reads as a suite. A buyer confirms the town: “he ships out of springfield il”.[10] Every laboratory certificate the store posted names its client as MgmPF llc.[11] The footer credits the same web builder as StoutAlkz's site, “engineered by mefworks”.[1]

The site was last captured selling on 2026-08-24.[12] Two days later the DEA's temporary order placing MGM-15 in Schedule I took effect.[13] By October the domain showed a hosting company's placeholder under the store's name: “signup to be the first to know when we launch”.[14]

What they sell

On Discord, 2025. The first batches were iso salts and blends of MGM-15 with mitragynine, the main kratom alkaloid, such as “95 gs of 98 mgm 2 mit hcl salt”.[15] In September the vendor added a blend it described as “full spec is 92mgm 4mit 2speciogynine 1 7oh”, that is with 1% 7-OH and 2% speciogynine, another kratom alkaloid.[16] Orders were taken by direct message.

On the website, 2026. On 2026-05-15 the MGM category was “showing all 10 results”:[17] freebases called White Fire and X4 (“mgm x4 99 69”), a “kratom freebase off white for the people sale 93 22”, a “mgm mgm hcl salt 86 94”, salts made with citric, fumaric and malic acid, and flavoured tablets such as “mgm 30mg blueberry cotton candy mgm tabs”.[17] By August the list had grown to twenty, with a tartrate, a “mgm salt and vinegar acetate salt very small batch”, and MDX products such as “kratom mdx tri citrate”.[18]

What the listings say. The listings share one template. X5 was sold as “x5 99 99 sale”, and its first line reads: “this premium blend is designed to help ease discomfort support calm energy and improve daily flow”, then “every batch is verified for purity and quality assurance”.[19] The details call it a “classification analytical research grade compound” and give “ingredients mitragyna speciosa kratom leaf extract content mit complex”.[19] MGM-15 is made from a kratom alkaloid by chemistry; it is not a leaf extract. The MDX listings describe a different product again: “deuterated mgm 15 is a highly stable isotopically labeled variant of dihydro 7 hydroxymitragynine developed specifically for analytical chemistry forensic toxicology and metabolic profiling”.[20] A deuterium-labelled standard is a laboratory reference material, and it was sold here by the gram, with the same template and reviews of its effects.

The home page promised “at mgmpf we provide access to mgm 15 alkaloid materials that align with strict sourcing standards and high purity refinement processes”, and that “mgmpf maintains compliance first protocols across sourcing storage and fulfillment”.[1]

MGM-16. In August 2026, weeks before the ban, buyers said two sellers had begun offering MGM-16 privately: “shame on stout and mgmpf plus 150 dolls a gram is crazy”. Another answered that “mgmpf does not sell mgm 16 they sell mdx”.[21] A third wrote on the day of the order that “mgmpf some how got mgm16 and announced on his telegram”.[22] No listing for MGM-16 is in the archive, so it is recorded here as a suspicion.

What buyers report

We searched the local Arctic Shift archives of 92 subreddits on 2026-10-17 for the store's names and found 240 posts that name it, from 2025-07-01 to 2026-09-22, with 4,050 comments: 76 in r/mgm15, 75 in r/MGM_Fifteen, 22 in r/mgm15_community, 18 in r/dihydromitra and 49 in fourteen others. Thirty were posted by the vendor's account, mostly sale notices.[23] We read every passage that a keyword pass found in the threads (delivery, weight, effect, smell, harm, service, payment, testing), in context. Not every comment was read in full, so the counts below are a floor. A thread counts once in each group it fits.

Praise. Most threads are buyers recommending the store. “the product is always just over what i paid for and always seems to be shipped out same day if i order before 3pm cst”, one wrote in July 2025.[24] “always ships out on time highly recommend giving mgmpf a shot”, wrote another.[25] “i never got any duds or failed to receive my order or got anything that looked shorted”, a regular said in December.[6] A first-time buyer in February 2026: “this vendor is awesome and saved my life”.[26] Some of the praise is less independent than it looks. One reviewer disclosed that “mgmpf sent said varieties to me for real honest legitimate reviews”.[27] On 2025-07-28 one account posted five near-identical shout-outs in 41 minutes, all removed.[28] In June 2026 a critic claimed “this site is using reddit bots to sell boof”, and that “all product descriptions are ai written”; another buyer replied that “his tricitrate and wf 5 are both fantastic”.[29]

Shipping and weight. The site promised a cutoff, “monday friday cutoff time is 230pm cst”,[1] and the vendor wrote that “i ship at my local hub they have one pick up a day”.[30] Five threads describe parcels that left late or overnight shipping that was not overnight, such as “the fedex overnight shipping took 5 days since it was a weekend”,[26] and one buyer in South Carolina: “they sent the pack to fucking north dakota and it stayed there for days”.[10] A defender in the same thread: “hes a single dude handling 100 orders a day”.[10] On weight, one buyer wrote that “i ordered a gram and they shipped me half that”, and later that “hey he is making it right”;[31] another, that “each gram was short by exactly 04”.[32]

The one non-delivery. In April 2026 a buyer wrote “so i sent mgmpf 103 67 on april 14 2026”, found the store had no order under his name, and said the vendor answered that “he then emailed me saying why does your order say a different name and address”. Others in the thread took the vendor's side: “he has had people try every hustle in the book”.[33] The thread does not say how it ended.

Effect. Fifteen threads describe a batch that did little. “it only lasts me like maybe 4 to 5 hours”, of a 99% salt in 2025;[34] of the 20 mg tablets, “these 20mg let me down big time”[35] and “the mgmpf tabs have super short legs”.[36] The store's own Yellow Fire listing says it replaced White Fire because “this is taking over the white fire for now as ive had complaints on the last batch”.[37]

Harm. Three threads describe injury. In September 2025, “the last batch i got from him put me in withdrawals for some reason burned my mouth bad”, with the claim that “a bunch of people tried to get together one time to talk about it but he had each comment banned”.[38] In October a buyer said a 99% batch “makes the inside of my mouth raw i got a mouth sore from it”, and a reply, “i threw up after tasting his 99 and his full spectrum”.[39] Another: “it burnt the fuck out of my tongue”.[40] On smell, “the tri citrate taste and smells like straight acetone”.[32] One September 2025 post was titled “blue magic mgmpf jfaded and 7 waffle all 3 sold me mgm with fetty in it”; its body was removed, it had no replies, and no test was offered.[41]

Service. “he would be incredibly rude for no reason at all”, wrote a former regular in January 2026.[42] In April: “i have emailed them twice and gotten no response back from them”, and of a missed overnight, the vendor “said he would not refund me the 40”.[43] One buyer reported that “mgmpf dude asked for a donation the first time i ordered from him”.[44]

Paying. In 2025 the vendor listed “zelle venmo chime cashapp fee paypal fee or btc”,[45] and a buyer noted “no cc unfortunately though i paid with zelle”.[46] The website brought cards: “check pfs new site has cc and all”.[47] Asked about prices in August 2026, the vendor answered that “high risk cc processors charge 8 10 plus your cc fees”.[48] Refunds were narrow. The vendor told a buyer abroad that there were “no refunds on siezed packs”.[49] The refund page says “all sales are considered final once an order has been submitted” and, of chargebacks, “most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your payment provider”;[50] the terms require that “video proof of the unopened and opened package is required to prove any discrepancies”.[8]

The end. In August 2026 the vendor wrote of its range that “it is starting to slowly get smaller cuz my main chemist” had stopped making more,[51] and that “most chemists have stopped making mgm bro”.[48] On the day the DEA order took effect, a buyer complained that “he was still selling his grams for 80 yesterday”.[22] In September: “all my mgmpf pretty much is gone as well”.[52]

Lab results

What the store posted. The site tagged products as labs and carried certificate images from PharmLabs San Diego, each naming the client as MgmPF llc. Nine are in the archive, from April to July 2026. All test potency only, a kratom-alkaloid panel by HPLC; none tests for residual solvents, metals or microbes.

The figures agree with the product names: 86.94 on the HCl salt, 93.22 on the Off White, 99.99 against 99.9 or more on X5, and the Yellow Fire listing's “its testing at 95”.[17][37] They do not agree with the template's ingredient line, which promises a mitragynine complex in products where the certificates find none.[19] The X5 sample reached the laboratory on 26 June; the listing's first review, “zach verified owner ndash may 13 2026”, is six weeks older.[19] The Off White certificate carries a laboratory note that the sample name was corrected at the client's request.[55] The MDX certificate measures MGM-15, which is what an ordinary HPLC panel can see. Nothing in it tests whether the material is deuterium-labelled.[59]

What went untested, in the vendor's words. The vendor said it tests only some batches. In May 2026 it told a buyer it does not “do the labs on the cheaper batches”, that for the batch asked about it would “have to guess it at around 70”, and that “i do labs on my pricier batches so you know why your paying that price”.[61] Another buyer was told the same of the Off White iso salt: “i asked the vendor he said it was roughly around 60 to 70”.[62] In June the vendor promised that “potency coas will drop tomorrow night” for new salts, and said of the cheaper ones that it tests them only if there are complaints. It does not test them “as long as people enjoy them”, and “if their were complaints then” it would.[63] Every listing says “every batch is verified for purity and quality assurance”.[19]

The outside test. In March 2026 a site called Alkaloid Consumers, which buys vendors' products and sends them to a laboratory, posted a test of the store's tri-citrate.[64] The certificate is from Cora Science of Austin, Texas, with “client alkaloid consumers” and the sample “mgmpf tri citrate mgm 1 0g”. It found MGM-15 at 71.1% (“dihydro 7 hydroxymitragynine report results 71 1 w w”), and one solvent over its limit: “ethyl acetate nmt 5000 28 410 ug g 125 fail”, 28,410 micrograms per gram against a limit of 5,000.[65] Ethyl acetate is in the class of solvents the laboratory's own tables put at the lowest concern, and the limit is the one it applied. Methanol was 78.3 micrograms per gram, within its limit. A buyer repeated it: “that tri citrate has a fuck load of ethyl acetate left in it failed miserably”,[27] and in a thread about another seller's results, “mgmpf had ethyl acetate not methanol though”.[66]

Who is behind Alkaloid Consumers is disputed. In the same thread a buyer wrote that “the 3rd party who tested it was bx and they were going thru a dispute”, BX being another MGM-15 seller.[66] The comment replies to the post about StoutAlkz's results, so which test it means is not settled. The certificate itself names the client as Alkaloid Consumers of Littleton, Colorado, and the laboratory as Cora Science; the store's own certificates for its tri-citrate, if any, are not in the archive. This site's lab-results section holds no other test of an MGMPF product.

Regulatory and legal

In August 2025 Discord removed the store's server. A buyer quoted the notice: “their discord broke the rules for illegal and regulated activities”.[67] The vendor confirmed that “the main got nuked my main account got perm banned”,[68] and sent buyers to Telegram and to its subreddit: “everyone look up r mgmpf on reddit to find my reddit group”.[69]

Florida scheduled MGM-15 from 1 July 2026. Rule 2ER26-1 adds “dihydro 7 hydroxymitragynine mgm 15” to Schedule I, “history new 7 1 26”.[70] The store's shipping exclusions, unchanged from May, still named seven states and a list of counties, among them “or the following counties sarasota county florida san diego california”, and not Florida as a whole, in the last capture of 24 August.[1][12] Whether it shipped to Florida after July we could not establish. The DEA's temporary order followed nationally: “this temporary order is effective august 26 2026 until august 26 2028”.[13]

The site's only statements about law were the age box (“are you over 21 years of age no yes”), the line that “all information is for educational and research purposes”,[1] and the compliance claim quoted above. A search of openFDA's enforcement reports and of FDA's site for MGMPF on 2026-10-17 found nothing.[71]

Still open

Who MGMPF LLC is. The site, its terms and its certificates give the name, and the contact page gives a Springfield address with a suite number. The Illinois register of companies is the place to confirm the filing, its date and its agent.

Who runs Alkaloid Consumers, and whether the tri-citrate it tested was a sealed retail purchase. The certificate says what was tested, not how it was bought.

Whether MDX is deuterated, and whether MGMPF sold MGM-16. No test addresses the first; the second rests on buyers' reports of a private Telegram channel.

Whether anything was sold after 26 August 2026. The last capture of the shop is from 24 August, and the domain now shows a placeholder.
