StoutAlkz: MGM-15 by Discord, a Florida powder seller and its certificates

Who they say they are, and what the record says

StoutAlkz sells MGM-15, a semi-synthetic opioid made from a kratom alkaloid, as powder by the gram. It started on Discord. On 2025-06-26 the account that speaks for it, u/ProfessionTimely8098, thanked buyers in r/mgm15: “i appreciate everyone that joined the ride in the discord thank you for the trust in me”, and promised the website within days.[1] A day later it counted “over 2 weeks and 220 members and counting on the discord”.[2] The domain stoutalkz.com had been registered on 2025-06-11, with the owner's details withheld.[3] The welcome line on the home page read “hand tested lab sourced straight from the plug no cap”.[4]

The site gives no address and no company name. The record supplies both in part. Parcels came with a return label that, one buyer warned, “says stout alkz llc which might be off putting for some”,[5] and a laboratory certificate posted in 2026 names the customer as Stout Alkz LLC.[6] Payments were arranged by text to a 561 number, a Palm Beach County code: “zelle info will be provided via email once order is placed or contact 561 858 7919”.[4] Buyers place the seller in Florida, and some close to him. “he ships from florida so if you're out there it should get to you pretty quick”, one wrote; another, “he will uber courier it to you i live roughly 30 minutes from him”.[7] A third, in its first week: “lives 15 mins from me in irl down to earth dude”.[8] The footer names the web developer, “custom engineered by mefworks com”, and the contact links point to “discord telegram signal”.[4]

What they sell

The 2025 catalogue. The archive's only full capture of the shop, on 2025-08-05, lists four products, every one filed as a research-grade alkaloid: two MGM-15 powders, such as “research grade alkaloids mgm 15 97 iso 3 mit new july 22nd batch”, a 7-OH powder, “research grade alkaloids stout 81 iso 7 oh”, and a tablet.[9] The “3 mit” is mitragynine, the main kratom alkaloid, blended in. The vendor had said at launch that it would sell “for now exclusively mgm in a couple weeks tablets 7oh powder as well”.[1]

The MGM-15 listing describes the drug this way: “mgm 15 is a non plant based compound in the 7oh family ideal for precision research with less liver toxicity and high receptor activity”.[10] No study is cited for the liver.

Research tablets that are 7-OH. The tablet is described as “precision dosed 25mg tabz research grade tablets for sar modeling and receptor analysis”, and “lab pressed and sealed not for human use”. Its variation reads “stout berry 7oh 25mg tabz”, and the tags under it read 7-hydroxymitragynine and 7OH tablets.[11] The 7-OH powder is “uncut stout 81 iso oh isolate designed for precision botanical research”, “third party tested for consistency not for human consumption”.[12]

The same site tells buyers how to take them. Its FAQ answers its own question about authenticity with “is this the real svnoh yes verified 7 hydroxymitragynine lab tested no knockoffs no bs”; asked how to take it, it says “start with 0 5mg to 1mg of our premium alkaloids use a precision scale”; asked whether it is safe, “lab tested clean and crazy potent do your research start low”.[4] The disclaimer adds that “this site offers products containing 7 hydroxymitragynine an isolated alkaloid derived from the kratom plant”.[13]

After 2025. No later capture of the shop exists, so what followed comes from buyers. Flavoured MGM-15 powders appeared, one called Cereal Sorcery: “anyone able to enlighten me on what flavor this cereal sorcery is supposed to be”, a buyer asked in December 2025.[14] In February 2026, “he has the new mdx variant of the em gee eminems that's ultra strong”,[15] and a “99 'crystalline'” MGM-15.[6] In June 2026 a reader found that “this dude is selling 7oh and peptides on the same page”.[16] Three threads mention SR-17018, a synthetic research opioid this site has no page for, as something the store carried. Buyers say 7-OH left the menu after Florida's ban: “yea there still there they still have good stuff just not 7 being in fl and all”.[17]

The art. The site's banner shows the products as cartoon friends: a bag marked 7-OH, a muscled tablet and a bag marked Stout-15.[18] The vendor posted the mascot at launch, and the first reply was “ya that's great just what we need more cartoon characters to accelerate the ban”.[1] Another image on the home page is a field of chemical structures and DNA helices with a label that reads mitragydimc.[19]

What buyers report

We searched the local Arctic Shift archive of r/mgm15, r/7ohm, r/7_hydroxymitragynine and r/7oh for the store's names on 2026-10-11 and found 60 threads, posted from 2025-06-25 to 2026-06-14: 45 in r/mgm15, 9 in r/7ohm, 5 in r/7_hydroxymitragynine and 1 in r/7oh. All 60 were read with their comments, 1,215 comments in all; 52 contain a first-hand report or a statement from the vendor.[20] A thread counts once in each group it fits.

The early threads are mostly praise for speed. “he was very responsive and had my order out same day”, a buyer wrote in June 2025.[8] Another: “i ordered a ups next day order at 4pm and it arrived on my doorstep this morning”.[21] Stock ran out often; the vendor wrote in July that “as soon as the salt dropped yall have wiped out half of my batch in a day”.[22] One buyer of a quarter gram received closer to 400 mg.[23]

From autumn 2025 the batches drew complaints. In October a buyer wrote that “what he advertised is white off white this shit is a deep yellow it has an extremely pungent odor”, and that it “caused caustic burns on and underneath my tongue and makes my kidneys hurt like hell”.[24] In January 2026 another said a powder arrived as freebase rather than salt, and that “they will not offer an exchange refund or discount if you reach out”.[25] The vendor's answer to early criticism was that “theres just a few shills that try and bring people down doesnt matter didnt work”,[26] and that “same chemist does not equal same batch these batches are done accordingly not in thousands of grams”.[27]

Paying. In 2025 there was no card checkout. The vendor said at launch “we will not be taking cc right away no in the future yes”,[1] and that he was “looking up high risk processors as we speak”.[22] The payment page listed Zelle, Chime and Bitcoin, said that “all orders are manually approved”, and told buyers without those to text for alternatives.[4] One buyer in August had to go elsewhere: “i only have my credit card to use this time around and he doesn't accept them”.[28] By May 2026, “they take card now to so it's super easy”, and the price had dropped: “and they even lowered prices to 75 a g”.[29]

Allegations: who says what, why, and what we could check

That the certificates are not what they claim. Buyers have said so since October 2025: “stoutz coa has a graph that is literally missing the constant values youre measuring against”,[24] and in February 2026, “he still doesn't seem to be getting any labs done”.[15] What we could check is the report the 2025 site linked. The home page promised “third party tested verified for potency purity and safety no mystery mixes here” and linked a document as “view third party report of our 97 iso salt extract”.[4] That PDF is a compound reference sheet followed by an “1h nmr analysis uplc ms analysis”, heavy-metal and solvent tables “based on south carolina action limits”, and lines such as “methanol 3000 ppm not detected”.[30] No page names a laboratory, a client, a sample or a batch, and none states a purity. The only date in it is the NMR spectrum's acquisition date, 2025-03-31, about ten weeks before the store's Discord opened. It may show that someone made MGM-15 in March 2025. It cannot show what was in a 97% batch sold in August. The tablets sold as not for human use were listed as “svnoh tabz currently in testing coming soon pending”.[4]

In March 2026 a buyer posted the certificate for the 99% crystalline powder. It is from Altitude Consulting of Englewood, Colorado, names Stout Alkz LLC, and reports 99.393% MGM-15, with the sample received, extracted and analysed on the same day.[6] The buyer asked whether “stoutalkz was offering a 99 'crystalline' emgeem15 is that even possible”, and noted that “the employee is the same person for all of the roles and instead of cora it's a no name one person lab”. A reply claimed “anab has pulled their recognition jan 2026 search company name altitude says they were withdrawn”. Another seller, BX, then said it had tested the same material elsewhere: “bx is now claiming that the labs are bullshit and they also sent the same material in to cora and got around 50”.[6]

That the powder carries methanol. In May 2026 a buyer relayed that “alkaloid consumers ran some test on some of their mgm batches and all the batches they tested came up with extremely high levels of methanol”, and another added the context that matters: “the 3rd party who tested it was bx and they were going thru a dispute”.[31] One figure circulated: “something along the lines of 62 000 methanol when 75 was the acceptable limit”.[6] The 2025 report the store linked lists methanol as not detected.[30] We did not find the competing reports themselves, so neither side's numbers were checked. The tests come from another seller that, by a buyer's account, was in a dispute, and the certificate the store posted comes from a laboratory a buyer says lost its accreditation; a test of a sealed purchase by a laboratory neither side chose would settle it.

That the vendor wanted MGM-15 kept quiet. This is the vendor's own post. On 2025-08-15, after Florida's emergency ban on 7-OH, it wrote: “florida emergency ban is only and specifically for 7oh mit pseudo mgm are all still legal in florida”, and explained why: “mgm mainly because no one knows what it is and its not in smokeshops and every corner store”. It asked buyers to “keep something good under control while we have it instead of advertising it in every single reddit sub you can think of”, and promised that “stout alkz will continue the move forward with the sales of mgm and will soon be adding mit and pseudo to the menu”.[32] A June 2026 thread about the site's cartoons made the same point from the other side: “imagine that's the first site media sees they would have a field day with getting it banned”.[16] An account that speaks about the vendor in the third person replied that “other people made and maintain the website and he doesn't know a whole lot about that sort of stuff”.[16]

Lab results

The store's 2025 site linked one report, described above, and listed a second, for the 7-OH powder, that the archive did not keep. The 2026 certificate a buyer posted is from Altitude Consulting. Buyers also say the store posts certificates in its Discord, which is not public. This site's lab-results section holds no test of a StoutAlkz product.

Regulatory and legal

The site's disclaimer said in 2025 that “as of now 7 hydroxymitragynine is federally legal in the u s but laws change fast”.[13] Florida has since scheduled MGM-15 by emergency rule. Rule 2ER26-1 adds “dihydro 7 hydroxymitragynine mgm 15” to Schedule I, with the history line “history new 7 1 26”, that is from 2026-07-01.[33] The DEA's temporary order followed nationally: “this temporary order is effective august 26 2026 until august 26 2028”.[34] The buyers who place the store in Florida were still discussing orders in May and June 2026.[29][16]

An FDA site search for StoutAlkz and Stout Alkz on 2026-10-11 returned nothing.[35] The age check on the site was a one-click box.[4]

Still open

Who Stout Alkz LLC is. The name appears on a certificate and on parcels; the site gives no address. Florida's corporate register is the place to look.

Whether the store still sells MGM-15 after July 2026, and from where. No capture of the shop after August 2025 exists, and the last dated buyer posts we found are from June 2026.

Whether the Altitude Consulting certificate's laboratory held accreditation when it issued it, and what the competing tests actually reported. Neither the accreditation record nor the rival reports were read.
