NotNatty.shop: what it sells, what the labels leave out, and what buyers report

Who they say they are, and what the record says

NotNatty sells pre-workout powders, fat burners and capsules from the domain notnatty.shop. Its about page gives its history in one line: “Formerly HighStimPreWorkout, now NotNatty.shop”.[1] The home page in June 2026 described the stock as “Curated performance supplements from independent brands”.[2]

No page names a company, a person or an address. The terms end with “If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact us” and give no name to contact.[3] The refund policy gives a support address at the domain and nothing else.[4] The registry record shows notnatty.shop was registered on 6 May 2025 through Tucows.[5] The registrant is a privacy service in Toronto, listed as a numbered customer.[6] Buyers on Reddit know the owner by a first name, Alex. The account that calls itself the shop's spokesman told one thread that the owner is not on Reddit and that “his only point of contact is through the broker”, meaning the owner does not deal with the manufacturers directly.[7]

The predecessor domain, highstimpreworkout.com, was registered on 21 November 2024.[8] Its first archived page that day said “launching soon”.[9] The oldest Reddit post found that names it as the source of a product is from 9 July 2025, describing a pre-workout from the “same manufacturer in Florida as ashes. From highstimpreworkout.com”.[10] By December 2025 its home page gave its only contact as “contacthighstimpreworkout@proton.me”.[11] The move to the new name was announced on Reddit on 31 December 2025: “Formally High Stim pre.com is back in (notnatty.shop)”.[12]

The first archived capture of notnatty.shop is from 9 December 2025.[13] It is not the shop. It is a one-page site reading “For research purposes only. Not for human consumption” above the words “Pure form peptides”, with a telephone number, “Tel 661-565-1755”, and an email address at another domain, “info@sarmsupply.com”.[14] Area code 661 covers Kern County and the north of Los Angeles County in California. That is the only location on any page. The shipping policy says “All international orders ship via UPS International Expedited”,[15] and a buyer in Australia reported an order that “arrived on my door step here in Australia” a week after it was placed.[16]

The shop has no Reddit account of its own. Of 434 mentions of the shop on the two pre-workout subreddits, 107 are by one account, u/gymdadreviews. It posted “As the official notnatty.shop spokesman” in February 2026[17] and “I have no ownership in Notnatty” in April.[18] In May it announced a product of its own: “The owner of notnatty.shop and I teamed up to create something new and different”.[19] It answers complaint threads on the owner's behalf, and several of the cited threads below include its replies.

What they sell

The archive holds 56 product pages from January to June 2026. 49 of them show a supplement-facts panel as text. 25 open with the same sentence, which on the Deliverance page reads “is designed for individuals familiar with structured training routines and supplementation familiarity”.[20] The Compound Pre page's description begins with the markup of a chatbot conversation that was pasted in along with the text, including “data-testid conversation-turn-12”.[21]

What the panels say. Most of the panels list amino acids and caffeine and nothing else that acts as a stimulant. Several carry an unnamed blend. Deliverance lists “Energy Focus Blend 300 mg: natural and synthetic caffeine sources, citrus-derived botanical extracts, plant-based alkaloid compounds”.[20] Demi God lists “Plant-Based Energy Support Matrix 75 mg, Adaptogenic Performance Complex 50 mg, Natural Alertness Blend 50 mg”.[22] Hyper Dose lists “Natural Energy Botanical Blend 300 mg: green tea extract, citrus-derived alkaloids, plant-based polyphenols”.[23] Lava Fuel's only stimulant is “Caffeine (from natural sources) 150 mg”.[24] Above All lists “Caffeine Anhydrous 300 mg, Guarana Seed Extract” and theobromine.[25] Hyper Power lists “Caffeine (from caffeine anhydrous, di-caffeine malate) 225 mg”[26] and Venom “Caffeine (from natural & synthetic sources) 200 mg”.[27]

What buyers say the tubs say. Buyers who held the products describe different labels. Of Deliverance: “Looking at the label, it looks like a pretty standard 2-amino preworkout”.[28] 2-amino is the community's name for DMHA. A reviewer who sampled it went further, “it's a DMHA DMAA pre”, calling it speculation from the effect.[29] Another described the onset of alpha-yohimbine: “it hit when I was on the toilet from the alpha yo”.[30] Of Demi God, a reviewer reading the tub remarked that “the amp citrate dmba is higher than the dmha”; AMP citrate is a trade name for DMBA. The same reviewer credited the effect to the noopept: “part of why I feel like this one hits a nice spot is the Noopept”.[31] None of these compounds is on the site's panel for either product. Of the twelve-sample box, one buyer wrote “above all has dmba” and another that “a lot of sites can't list the 'real' ingredients due to payment processor rules”.[32]

The spokesman gave the same reason in February 2026: “Many pay processors will not work with small companies that sale things claiming dmha and dmaa”. He added “The owner of notnatty.shop is working up a catalogue link that will contain all labels and offline products”.[33] No such catalogue was found in the archive.

DMAA by name. On the predecessor store the product names said it outright. The December 2025 home page listed “Thermo Shred with 1,3”, and 1,3 is DMAA.[11] In September 2025 a commenter called the store “the last bastion of real 1-3”.[34] The Venom sold there was a look-alike of other brands' Venom, which one buyer said “looks like a Chinese knock off”.[35] One reviewer of a sample box wrote of the gap between label and effect that the “label definitely doesn't match the experience”.[36] Another said of the predecessor store's stock, “I guarantee you that what's on the label for hyperdose, force of nature, ir8 etc are not actual labels”.[37]

Other compounds the panels do name. Caffeine is on almost every panel. Compound Pre lists “Citrus aurantium extract 75 mg”, the bitter-orange source of synephrine.[21] Rattle lists “KannaEase Sceletium tortuosum extract 100 mg”, which is kanna.[38] Focus AF lists “Huperzia serrata extract (standardized for huperzine A) 50 mcg”; see huperzine A.[39] Theobromine appears on Above All and Compound Pre.

Peptides. The December 2025 page offered “Pure form peptides” under the research-use line.[14] No peptide is named on any archived page, and no later page repeats the offer.

What buyers report

Method. Reddit was searched through PullPush on 5 October 2026 for “notnatty”, “not natty shop”, “highstimpre”, “highstimpreworkout” and “highstimpreworkouts”, every query paginated to the end.[40] “Notnatty” is also gym slang, so results were kept only from r/stimjunkiepreworkouts, r/Preworkoutsupplements and r/highstimpreworkouts where the text names the shop. That left 295 threads and 434 mentions between April 2025 and October 2026. Every mention was read, and the full text of 210 threads. 48 threads contain a first-hand report of receiving an order from an account other than the spokesman's. Thread ids for every count below are in the research file.

Delivery. 40 of the 48 receipt reports praise the order or the service. A typical one: “I could've sworn it was for 12 samples, but he hooked me up with 19”.[41] Two describe a wrong item that was replaced, including “they sent me the wrong flavor of Dystopia, which they have since corrected”.[42] One describes a parcel marked delivered and not received: “Preordered 3 tubs of deliverance through notnatty that were either stolen or delivered to the wrong address”. Asking the shop for help, the buyer “was completely ghosted”,[43] and the shop's policy is “We are not responsible for stolen packages”.[4] After the spokesman forwarded the thread, the buyer posted “They reached out to me via text and we're discussing a resolution to the matter”.[43] No other non-delivery report was found.

Unanswered email. Three buyers between April and July 2026 reported no reply. One wrote “Sent an email just wondering about a possible shipping time, no response”;[44] another, “doesn't respond to my e-mails”.[45] The spokesman's answer each time was that mail sent in reply to the order confirmation does not reach the owner.

Cancelled orders. In July 2026 the shop cancelled and refunded orders for a discounted sample box, then relisted it at a higher price. Five accounts in three threads report the refund. One thread opens “Cancelled my order to charge more”.[46] The spokesman's explanation in the same thread was “There was like 175 orders in 30 mins”, which he said broke the shop's link to its shipping platform.[46]

What came in the tubs. In October 2025 a buyer posted the same warning to both subreddits: “Highstimpreworkout.com is allowing/putting '7oh' samples in people's orders”.[7] 7-OH is 7-hydroxymitragynine, a kratom alkaloid with opioid activity, scheduled in some states. The spokesman replied that “he did not put this in the product it is the manufacture”.[7] A month later he confirmed what was found and where: “the 'CEO cocktail' found in the bottles of Game On and Hyper Power wasn't added or requested by him”.[47] The spokesman said the owner had decided against opening the tubs to remove it. In July 2026 another buyer recalled “the CEO cocktail that came in a tub of hyper power”.[48]

Samples. Samples come in small funnels marked by hand. One buyer reported in August 2025 that “the majority of the black sharpie wore off so I don't know what I got”.[49] Another bought the same product from NotNatty and from a second shop in 2026 and reported “The one from NotNatty came kind of clumpy and it looked blue”, where the other was a red powder.[50]

Three buyers reported feeling little or nothing from a product. No thread reports a refund refused.

Promotion. The discussion is shaped by people with a stake in it. One account wrote a quarter of the mentions and co-owns a product sold only at the shop. Most of the regular reviewers post with discount codes, and several received product from the owner to review. When the predecessor store hid its stimulant products behind a login in September 2025, the spokesman explained “You will now need to create an account”.[34]

Lab results

The June 2026 home page says “Every batch rigorously tested for purity and potency”.[2] All 77 archived pages of notnatty.shop were searched for a certificate of analysis, a laboratory name or a test result. None was found. The catalogue of labels the spokesman promised in February 2026 was not found either.[33] No independent test of any product sold here was found, and /lab-results on this site holds none.

Payment

The predecessor store's home page in December 2025 read “Payment processing has been shut down. New site will be up quickly”.[11] Until the new site opened, orders went by email, and the spokesman wrote that the owner “is accepting Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal”.[47] In August 2026 the spokesman wrote “Apparently not natty shop got reported to PayPal”.[51]

The refund policy begins “All sales are final”.[4] It says “Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion” and “Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy”, with account termination and blacklisting listed as the consequence.[4]

Regulatory and legal

FDA's warning-letter index and a site search of fda.gov returned nothing under notnatty, highstimpreworkout or sarmsupply on 5 October 2026.[52] CourtListener's federal docket search returned no record for “notnatty”[53] or for “highstimpreworkout”.[54]

The platform record is about the spokesman rather than the shop. In August 2026 the account wrote “I was reported to Reddit this week for the sale and promotion of illegal substances”, over its sample giveaways.[51]

No page of the shop says what the legal status of DMAA or DMHA is anywhere it ships. The shipping policy leaves that to the buyer: “It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that ordered products comply with local import laws before placing an order”.[15] The only age check is a click-through screen: “You must be over 18 years old to visit this site. Please verify your age”.[1]

What we could not find

• Whether the labels match the contents. With no certificate and no independent test, there was nothing to compare. This is the unknown in the scorecard.
• The operator. No business registration was searched, because no legal name appears anywhere to search for. OpenCorporates refused the query without an API key.
• Reviews off Reddit. Trustpilot answered both domains with a bot challenge. ScamAdviser hides its score behind a button for humans. Neither was read.
• The predecessor store's product pages. The archive holds only highstimpreworkout.com's home page, so its catalogue is known from that page and from Reddit.
• sarmsupply.com. The domain on the December 2025 page was registered on 9 September 2025. Nothing else connects it to this shop.
