A third, open 10 mL bottle from the same patient. Counts et al. 2025, Table 2 (qualitative GC-MS and LC-QTOF-MS): MDMB-4en-PINACA, ADB-4en-PINACA, CBD, THC and tianeptine detected. Bottles from one purchaser disagreed with each other: two held kavain and tianeptine, two held the cannabinoids as well.
