One sealed 10 mL bottle from the same patient, label listing tianeptine and kava. Counts et al. 2025, Table 2 (qualitative GC-MS and LC-QTOF-MS): the synthetic cannabinoids MDMB-4en-PINACA and ADB-4en-PINACA, plus CBD, THC and tianeptine detected. None of the cannabinoids was on the label.
