Reddit posters describe Kama as a confusing product: some believe the tablets and shots contain 7-OH, while others suspect they are simply mitragynine extract or even counterfeit, with one poster warning of tabs that looked and tasted wrong, containing black dots. Several users report severe withdrawal symptoms when switching from other 7-OH brands, including sweating, joint pain, restless legs, and insomnia, and one person says taking a large amount in a single shot caused them to lose control of their bowels. Opinions diverge sharply: a few posters say Kama hits well for them, especially with pseudo added, but many more complain the products are underdosed and have wrecked their tolerance, with some using Kama to taper down from higher 7-OH habits.
